[Q] Fastboot Recovery - Error

I'm trying to get my Nexus, I think I have a problem of plate when installing the recovery fails, here are some pictures, to see if any know if you have solution.

My htc is in bootloop, I can access recovery menu and fastboot.

If i remember correctly, I flashed back to stock and then tried to relock the bootloader and then was greeted with that. Now stuck in a boot loop.

Hello, my Samsung Galaxy J6+ won't enter in the regular download mode. It gets recognized by Odin3 but no matter what I flash, It says failed. This is the only screen I get
