Is overclocking the Redmi Note 8 Pro safe?

Estaba viendo videos de un kernel gamer llamado quantum killer, donde supuestamente aumenta el los Ghz del procesador hasta 2.8Ghz, si me pudieran resolver la incognita se los agradeceria mucho
