Question No OS and no TWRP = Please Help - Xiaomi Poco F3 / Xiaomi Mi 11X / Redmi K40

Hi.
I am new to Custom Roms and therefore have absolutely inadequate experience, so I would be very happy to receive help.
(It's a Poco F3 [Alioth]+Bootloader is Unlocked)
Currently neither an operating system nor TWRP is "installed".
I have already tried to load the .img from TWRP onto the mobile phone while it is in the state where I entered the command fastboot boot twrp-3.6.0_11-0-alioth.img in the Platform Tools (cmd) (i.e. in Twrp only it is not installed?) And you can activate MTP under "Mount" (file transfer?). Only that doesn't work (mobile phone is only displayed on the PC when I want to drag files to it, it loads forever. (Mobile phone also has no SD card slot.
But how am I supposed to install TWRP without getting the file on the phone and with it Magisk and a Custom Rom?
Help is very much appreciated.

My LG G4 - LG-H815P locked in fastboot mode. It's hopeless, help please.

About two weeks and a few days, I bought an LG-H815P (used - came in the box, with the same IMEI number and voucher) Stockrom with root, as I could not upgrade because of root, I decided to install a modified rom. Then my problems started: the device had the message [secure boot error / error code: 1002]. So I decided to install a new stockrom, I downloaded the LG site, tried it first with [LGMobile Support Tool], it did not work I did with [LG Bridge] as the program itself sent. By an unfortunate distraction I believe I have installed the wrong version Stockrom. My device simply erased, did not give a sign of life. After following some tutorials on the internet I was able to recover it with [QFIL], I installed all the drives of the tutorial I followed, at the end of the process instead of going into download mode, it enters [fastboot mode] and does not leave it. I tried several times the procedure [volume up + plug the USB] for a second the image download mode appears, but soon it goes to screen [fastboot mode] and does not leave it, never.

Hello, there is a program called LGUP. You can downgrade/upgrade android using this tool with your device kdz files. I would recommend to install same android version as it was before. Plus you can install custom roms only same android version as it was original. So i think that was the reason why you can't boot up your phone now.
Here is simple tutorial how to install and use this tool i mentioned before: https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/help/lgup-install-kdz-mm-lp-t3249803
If there will be error during android installation i add .dll file to change with original one (its path: LGUP/models/ directory.)
I hope you succed. Cheers.

There is easy fix for that my friend. Use UPPERCUT program to fix this problem for not showing your device.
Cheers.
Edit: Here is the link for that: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g5/development/uppercut-lgup-loader-g5-variants-t3511295
No need to instal it, just run as superuser.

Well let me explain this question, i bought this device in aliexpress cause i live in mexico, so, my device version is the chinese (this for the network compatibility).
when the new software version roll out i downloaded in the realme web i tried to install it. But i was not able to, so i unlocked the bootloader to try some custom roms, i install the recovery TWRP , and then i downloaded the pixwel experience, before installing i checked and the realme ui update was released, so i tried to install it, but i couldn't cause i had the bootloader unlocked and the custom recovery.
Next thing i did was install the stock recovery, and then i locked again the bootloader, but now the cellphone dont start, it only shows the screen of "The current image (boot/recovery) have been destroyed and can not boot. Please flash the correct image or contact customer service to fix it" .
The problem here is, the recovery dont start and the fastboot its locked and i can't bypass that.
I'm looking for a solution, but i want to know if anyone have solve this before or have any idea to do it. Thanks guys!
well it happened to me same the only way is to take it to realme service center or finde some one who have the oppo realme server to flash it like i did ifound a guy who have an official server the flash my device am from algeria

i´ve been "searching" (not too much to be honest) a way to flash my device, or even easier, to unlock the bootloader, once that is done, i will be able to do the next thing.
There are ways to "force" flashing modifying the hardware (i really don't want to that), other places suggest flashing a vbmeta.img, but i get back to the same, i need the bootloader
im actualy downloading UFI android tool, any update i will post it

I think EDL mode flashing stock ROM is a good way, but is there compatible download tool or image? I have ever used Miflash to downgrade my bootloader locked Xiaomi 4c for unlocking bootloader in EDL mode (maybe "fasboot oem edl" ,"fastboot reboot-edl", or "fastboot reboot edl" command).
Unlocking the Mi4c Bootloader: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-4c/general/guide-unlocking-mi4c-bl-verification-t3336779

did u get the solution bro
Not yet, i have some steps to do it, but now im facing the last step, the file don´t get recognized by the tool, this tool ask for a scatter file, and the one with QFIL, i need a xml firehose fle, and i havent found it
did u get the solution bro[/QUOTE]
What i got is this:
Emergency download: press vol + and vol - then connect it to the pc, the pc will recognize it as port 9008 com in the device manager of your pc, if yor phone reboots u have to disconnect the battery cause the battery forces the reboot of the EDL mode, maybe if you put the phone on EDL mode an then quickly flash would work with out tearing appart the device
Files: you need to install qualcomm drivers (https://gsmusbdrivers.com/download/android-qualcomm-usb-driver/), download the .ofp file of your device (i get if from here https://oppostockrom.com/oppo-realme-x-rmx1901 ), then you need to download the tool you will use
here is where things are gonna get a bit harder
MSMDownload: this is the official tool, it came withe ofp file from the link i put before, the proble is you need a user and password, i haven't found where to get one official, its from oppo workers i guess
There is a cracked version, but don't recognizes the file
QFIL: its for qualcom devices (found it here https://androidmtk.com/download-qualcomm-flash-image-loader-qfil), this will let you flash every qualcomm device (or thats what they tell you), it shows the port, but ask for a xml file and a programer path (thing that i haven't found it yet)
Cracked MSMDownload: i found this https://www.techoxygen.com/msm-download-tool/ , https://romprovider.com/2020/02/flash-qualcomm-devices-using-msm-download-tools/, or this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CKsEOfGGaQ
now, in my case the file its not recognized, it says incorrect scatter file, from here you can start diggin around, if you solve this please let me know

Question How to flash stock ROM?

hi guys. Someone pls help me and provide me detailed instructions as to how to flash stock ROM. i have bought MI 11x indian variant. some of the xiaomi websites are blocked in India. pls provide me a link ( preferrably GDrive or Media fire) to xiaomi mi flash tool for flashing stock ROMs and official stock ROM download links. i want to install custom ROMs( in 2 days bootloader unlock tool timer will expire and i will be able to unlock bootloader). so i want to know how to revert back to Stock ROM just in case something happens when flashing custom ROMS. How do i flash firmware only? and also do we need any authorisation to use mi flash tool to flash stock ROM?

Sorry fella, I've not got Mi11x. Although I understand they're besaically the same device (i have poco F3), i wouldn't want to advise on flashing in case there are any differences... plus this is the first xiaomi since some years ago, so i'm a little vague too. That said i won't advising on flashing, you'll have to do your own research. What i am here for is to offer my mega account folder where i've uploaded MiFlash Tool, MiFlash Pro and XiaoMiTool V2. These are all the tools i am aware of.
i've included the other two not to confuse you but in the past i've found where one failed, another succeeded. eg the original MiFlash here has in the past failed for some reason (can't remember why now), so used the 3rd party MiFlash Pro, which also contains the MiFlash tool (not sure which version) under one of its tabs. That tool worked. Also XiaoMi Tool V2 is another 3 party tool for getting you out of trouble, though hopefully you won't need it!
No need to sign into your account to use these tools, even though it prompts to.
Also, when flashing with MiFlash, make sure you select 'clean all' at the bottom right corner, NOT 'clean all and lock'
here's a link to said folder with tools in it. Let us know if you can't use mega in India.
Also, let me know which roms you need from where for your device, i'll download them and re-up them to mega (assuming that works for you), failing that gdrive.
One more thing, in order to download your current stock rom, like you say, in case there's some issue, be good to know which build you are currently on...
this thread may be of use to you...
can you access this site for instruction?

i've uploaded stock global rom for Mi11x from that site to gdrive for you... alioth_global_images_V12.0.3.0.RKHMIXM_20210416
unzip the tgz file TWICE to the root of C drive on your pc so that you are left with access to some .bat files and a folder containing images.
connect the phone in fastboot mode to pc and start miflash. click 'refresh' and check your device is recognised. (if you need drivers, i may be wrong, but i think when i installed miflash PRO, it installed neccesary drivers... use USB 2 port also)
select 'clean all', NOT 'clean all and lock' in bottom right corner of miflash
click 'select' and point to the extracted folder in C drive.
click flash. that should hopefully be it..... now, i'm pretty tired after a long night, but i think that's everything. can't remember, but phone will most likely reboot once completed...
give us a shout if you have issues or for steps on flashing custom rom... but all the info is here already in xda or youtube vids etc

Return to stock firmware completely + relock bootloader

I have a Ginkgo model which I am using with LineageOS 17.1 / TWRP. It is pretty cool.
However I want to return completely to the Global (EU) version of the software, including stock recovery, ROM, relocked bootloader, anything, because I am willing to sell the phone.
Next user will be average user, unlike me, so he/she won't appreciate any modifications.
Tried to search for suggestions but no luck.
Before installing LoS, I installed Xiaomi.EU 12.5 stable from here: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/miui-12-0-12-1-12-2-12-5-stable-release.56191/
Could have some relevance like firmware partition, etc. AFAIK it is Chinese ROM based, will that make any problems when I re-flash EU version?
Found this one: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/how-to-completely-revert-back-to-stock.4088665/
But before trying and possibly bricking the phone, I'd like to hear some encourage from you guys. Phone was EU version originally.
Many thanks.

Thank you so much. It means I must not relock the bootloader? This is pretty sad because then I cannot guarantee 100% factory software. Buyer for my phone will complain. No chance to reach factory software 100%?

it will brick the phone and your only way to fix it is EDL
I am happy to update the thread with good results.
Please note that the following are my personal experience described, I cannot guarantee anything and you might get a bricked phone. Please dont blame me if anything goes wrong!
Originally my phone was Global/EEA, and I had Xiaomi.EU and LineageOS 17.1 also this year. After this, I successfully reverted to complete factory software, including relocking the bootloader. This is necessary if you want to sell your phone to other people because they dont need custom ROMs and will complain.
First, go to this link: https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?guide=2
(make sure to follow the 'Fastboot Update' guide on this link!)
On Step 1, click on the link to download the Flash tool.
On Step 2, select your proper device (mine was 'Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Latest EEA Stable Version Fastboot File Download'). I think region (like Chinese, Global/EEA) is hardcoded to the phone, so you cannot flash Global ROM to a Chinese phone, but please fix me. Pay attention what you select here.
Once both files are downloaded, extract them (you can use 7-zip).
Put your phone to fastboot mode.
Connect your phone with USB cable to your Windows machine. Start the flash tool, make sure to run it as admin. AFAIK it will present a dialog to install the necessary drivers which is needed to communicate with the phone in fastboot mode, just click OK for that.
Check if your phone is present in the list. On the left bottom side, click on 'clean all and lock'. Select the extracted directory of the fastboot ROM you downloaded. Press the flash button.
Wait for a few minutes. Your phone will boot up with original MIUI ROM.
You might also check logs. You need to have a ton of fastboot commands and a successful locking at the end.
Important notes: flash chinese ROM for chinese phone, global or eea for european/global phones. You can only relock your bootloader using the proper region.
Good luck anyone reading this!

ISSUE! HELP! Unable To find custom/stock ROM/OS for OnePlus Nord N100 [BE2015]

As my question dictates, I have erased my data partition through TWRP and currently unable to find a custom/stock ROM/OS. Details on how this happened is below.
I have done the following to my OnePlus Nord N100:
Unlocked the bootloader, Installed TWRP, then I got stuck. I discovered the reason why Magisk wouldn't install through TWRP; it is because I have already encrypted some partitions when enabling a pin/pattern/facial recognition. The only way to fully decrypt those partitions is to factory reset the phone and set it up without ANY lock configuration. Here is where I made my fatal mistake, I acted without checking if there was a stock/custom ROM/OS available to download and flash through fastboot. I was wrong. I deleted the "data" partition through TWRP and I have basically bricked my backup phone until I can find a ROM/OS that is fully compatible with my phone. ANY help would be much appreciated in helping me search for any ROM/OS suitable for the "OnePlus Nord N100".
Thank you in advance,
x_____________
I hope you booted into twrp from fastboot and didn't flash it. If you have stock recovery you should try factory reset from there. Otherwise use one of the unbrick tools.
