How to flash larger GSI rom like havocOS, corvusOS, octaviOS - Nokia 3.2 Questions & Answers

Hello Everyone
my phone is Nokia 3.2 Global 00WW, right now I'm struggling to explore custom ROM, due to no support from devs
this phone has no stable TWRP or OF recovery, there is one TWRP I'm using that are not that good at all,
somehow I was able to flash LineageOS 19(S) and 18(R)
right now I'm using LineageOS 19
and my root partition is only 2.61 GB and after flashing LineageOS 19 with Gapps there is only 16.6MB left their.
and after flashing LineageOS 18 without any gapps there is only less than 100MB free on the root partition
I cant flash gapps on right now I'm using LineageOS 18 for storage limitation.
and I can't flash larger gsi on my Nokia 3.2 due to 2.61 GB storage
is there any way can repartition those partitions ?

Hi
How did you unlock bootloader?
(I think you need to factory reset from the GSI ROM to get all space from partition)

firmware without root installed on the drain simply does not start even with zip fixes, so you just need root to at least start the system

I successfully installed some GSI ROM without gapps on my phone, after installation their is a small space left in root partition. For that cause i cant install open gapps or nik gapps from TWRP
Twrp says their is not enough free space for Gapps installation.
That's the problem

Kirin GSI Custom ROMs Developments for Huawei

I have found this android 10 Rom for which you are uninterested in the probe on my p20 EML L09 and it works correctly
https://www.haky86.com/kirin-gsi/#Android_100
Does it work with L29? What version of the recovery has to be used?
Thanks in advance for your answer?
Screens?
I can confirm the ROM is working pretty fine !
Flashed via fastboot then I flashed TWRP (downloaded the P20 Pro version from the official TWRP website) and sideload Gapps since touchscreen isn't working

Get the official TWRP app, choose Berkeley as your device and download latest TWRP 3.3.10 I think
Then flash it via fastboot, reboot into recovery by holding volume down while powering up. Plug back into your PC, adb sideload gapps.zip , you might have to adb shell twrp sideload before

It will be booted automatically.. there are many kernel available but u can choose one kernel to flash at once if you want to use another kernel you have to flash the rom again flashing kernel is as like flashing zips.
Do not flash 2 kernel in one rom. You will be held in bootloop

Data folder encrypted in TWRP

Hi, i have the next problem:
After installing TWRP, it starts but doesn't even ask me for a password, so I am not able to acces de data folder, every other opens, it even show me how many free space I have, but can´t acces the internal storage.
Also I'm not able to wipe cache, davlik, data, etc.
I tried to use the command 'decrypt <password>' but it just fail.
Here's the log and the only thing I understand is that TWRP isnt allowed to acces /data folder.
I have the stock official ROM
V12.0.3.0.QCOMIXM
Unlocked bootloader by Mi_flash_unlock.
Can´t solve the problem trying older versions and other TWRP-bases recovery, all of them claims the same problem.

Put your phone into Fastboot mode and connect it to your PC via USB cable
execute this fastboot format userdata in your command console (assuming you have Android platform-tools)

TWRP not able to wipe data

I've unlocked the bootloader, flashed TWRP through ADB, when I tried to wipe data/cache/dalvik it failed and I had to flash stock ROM using the official Mi tool (I think I accidentaly wiped system? I don't remember). it basically failed to mount partitions when trying to wipe and subsequently gave me "operation not permitted" errors. can I flash the custom ROM despite not being able to wipe partitions? is this a common issue?

I had to flash stock ROM because I couldn't boot into system or recovery mode ("system destroyed" error). I tried again after successfully flashing stock ROM and it worked this time.
