HELP! Can’t boot up my phone after magisk update. - Samsung Galaxy A50 Questions & Answers

So I used twrp to flash the pixel rom on my A505F and it all worked but then I went into the magisk app and it said it needs to update so I pressed update and then it restarted and never went past the warning screen(the one where it says your bootloader is unlocked and press power key to continue).I can only hold both volume keys + power button to restart it and it shows the galaxy a50 logo quickly and goes to the warning screen again. When I put it to charge the charging lightning logo appears and sometimes flashes but it doesn‘t show a precentage. I also can’t acess twrp or download mode or connect my phone to adb but I might be doing something wrong so idk. Please help. I can’t afford to buy a new phone.

Galaxy Tab S SM-800 stuck with flashing TWRP logo

I was provided this device to try and help resolve the issue. I am not sure how it got to this point. I believe that it was rooted with a custom ROM, then the individual tried to install a stock ROM (method unknown).
The current situation is:
Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T800 stuck in a bootloop with the TWRP logo on the screen. I can not get the tablet to go into download mode. I have tried all of the different methods to enter download mode, i.e. Power & Vol - & Home, Drain the battery > Plug into PC while holding Vol - & Home, Power & Vol + & Vol -. None of these combinations do anything. The only thing I can do to get a response is to press Power & Vol +, which reboots the device right back into the TWRP loop after the Samsung Logo. Power button alone does nothing.
The device is seen by Windows with the Samsung Drivers but is not mounted to a drive letter, and I can not mount it.
ADB , fastboot and Odin do not see the device.
I would like to flash a new rom either custom or stock, but I need to be able to get the device into download mode so it can be seen by odin.
Any help would be great.
Mike
Probably just timing and pilot error this one. I've never known of any Samsung device boot but be incapable of booting to download mode as download mode is bootloader related.
No working bootloader means dead device.
No matter what state the device is in at the moment with the usb cable removed, hold POWER + VOL DOWN (not up) + HOME until the Samsung boot logo comes up, hold for another couple of seconds then release. Download mode should appear.
I know it should be easy....
I know it should work but it is not, I will make a vid of the process and post. I can not make heads or tails.

Is the home button actually working, are you pressing it firm enough?
If the home button doesn't register then the tablet will simply reboot.
Its a bit odd why twrp doesn't fully boot though unless it's the wrong one.
Does it hang at the twrp logo or continually reboot?

[SOLVED] Help with Fire Phone (bricked?) after reboot attempt

***SOLVED***
I ended up taking the SIM card out, opening the phone and detaching the battery. The phone came back to life when the battery was re-attached. Its in sorry shape for other reasons, but alive enough to get data that was not auto backed-up.
-----------------------------------------
I recently used the volume button + power combo to get to the reboot screen of a fire phone. This phone had TWRP installed. I was trying various methods of getting the phone to stop booting in "Safe Mode".
Note that I rebooted from Fire's recovery, not the TWRP recovery. No software was installed or removed before the reboot. I was only looking for ways of escaping "Safe Mode".
I chose "reboot" in the volume+power combo screen and the screen went black. Since then, I have been unable to boot -- I can't get the amazon logo or any sort of vibration. There is no charging logo when I insert a USB cord.
What can I do to reset or reboot this phone? Naturally, I've tried holding down the power button for long periods of time.
I'm fine with opening it up to get at the gnomes inside if need be.

Cannot boot into download mode

Hi everybody, yesterday I was playing with my old Galaxy A50 trying to install a custom rom unsuccessfully.
I repeated the procedure three times installing TWRP and then Havoc OS but every time I tried to reboot from TWRP to OS I was stuck at the warning screen saying that the phone bootloader was unlocked and booting into download mode to reflash TWRP was blocked as it showed "only official binaries can be installed" (yes I installed Samsung disabler but still).
Still I was able to get the phone into download mode and reinstall the stock firmware as it seemed to be the only way to install and boot TWRP.
But at 4th time repeating the process I got frustrated, shut down the computer and left the phone on the warning screen still connected to computer usb cable.
Then I got back and noticed the phone was off as the battery died.
Indeed the battery died, so I put the phone in charging and after it reached 100% I tried to boot into download mode again to reflash stock firmware.
But here's the strange thing, I cannot boot into download mode anymore as pressing vol up+vol down while connecting usb cable, shows the lightning charge logo for 5 secs and then reboots infinitely with the same pattern.
If I force reboot by pressing vol down+power it shows the Samsung logo with the warning below it, then skips to another screen with another warning suggesting to press power button to continue (which does nothing) and after a while reboots to samsung logo.
So it doesn't seem it is bricked, it looks more like a battery controller fault, so I tried to detach the battery flex from the board, hoping it would reset the controller but it's still the same.
Also I tried with the flex detached and still no download mode is possible.
Was the download mode somehow erased? (if it's even possible considering it's the motherboard firmware)
If you need photos, videos or even a call on zoom, Skype, webex I would be glad to show you
same i got the same problem i can't find nothing for this when i press volume up and down and put the otg cable its simply charges but it gets stuck on the logo image there's no way to fix this but the only way is to open the phone, change the emmc and put one from samsung, close the phone flash a custom rom and you are done.
If you can enter recovery, do it. As soon as your phone gets into it, select the power off variant and then try to enter the download mode.
It seems like you did not unlock the bootloader, did you?
The bootloader Is unlocked i can't enter in the recovery because the phone locks on charging logo and its fully charged but when i try without charger It doesn't start.

Samsung S20+ Magisk uninstall bootloop.

I followed this guide to get my S20+ rooted: https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...root-s20-series-and-upgrade-firmware.4079353/
I wanted to return my phone to it's original state so I tried uninstalling Magisk through the app but am now stuck in a bootloop where I can't seem to enter recovery or download mode.
The screen pops up and shows the logo, followed by the bootloader unlocked warning, back to the logo, and then restarts this process.
I can't seem to turn it off either. Have to wait for it to be 0%, but once I connect it to a charger, it automatically turns on again.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Recovery mode: volume up button and plug it into PC via cable, press power
Download mode: both volume buttons and plug it into PC via cable, press power
both modes only work if you have a cable connected

Stuck at bootloader unlocked warning

I have TWRP and LineageOS with Magisk installed on my A50. Normally, when my phone boots, I get the following sequence:
1. Phone vibrates.
2. Samsung Logo appears for a very short time, with bootloader unlocked warning at the bottom.
3. A screen showing a bootloader unlock warning at the top and "PRESS POWER KEY TO CONTINUE" appears.
4. After a while or if you press the power key, an additional unofficial software warning appears in red letters at the bottom.
5. After some time the phone continues to boot normally.
My problem is that after the latest reboot ("reboot into recovery" via power menu), it gets stuck at step 4 and won't continue to boot, neither recovery nor system, even if I wait for tens of minutes.
What I've tried:
-reboot with volume +/-/poweroff
-reboot with volume volume -/poweroff
-all of the following with and without USB connected to PC:
-power/volume +/- at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen, as well as releasing power at logo screen
-power/volume + at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen, as well as releasing power at logo screen
-power/volume - at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen, as well as releasing power at logo screen
-volume + at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen
-volume - at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen
-volume +/- at boot, both starting after logo screen as well as starting before logo screen
None of these helped. I just get the normal sequence 1-4 and then stuck every damn time. Can't get into recovery or download mode. Can't even power off, obviously.

With some help I managed to get into download mode, and from there reflash stock rom with ODIN.
Basically, you need to reboot the phone with power/vol+/vol- and as soon as the screen goes black, you release power but keep pressing the volume buttons, and also immediately connect the USB cable with the PC. Timing is key.

bro, you helped me alot, i'm stucked at this screen maybe 2 hours I didnt know what to do.
Btw, I've it just in 1 time =))
I got a way easier Method which has saved me several times
Is something i came up myself
Il be as precise as i can be so everyone understands!
1.Plug the phone to the wall (Your charger to the outlet)
2. Hold Power And Volume - (Volume down) until the phone shows the second charging animation (Which is the one after the first image of the phone charging [A circle with the lightning icon in the middle], this second screen shows a charging animation and the percentage of the battery) This indicates that the phone is fully Turned Off
3. Unplug your phone and the charger off the wall and bring it to your computer
4. Plug your cable to your Computer then back on your phone Hold Volume + and Volume - (Volume up and Volume Down) and plug your phone to your computer WHILE HOLDING BOTH VOLUME BUTTONS.
This little trick will put your phone in download mode so you can restore your device using Odin OR Flash Twrp with Odin and boot to right into Twrp (There is a way to do it without turning the phone on and having to go back to step 1, Follow this Tutorial to do it
(
)
I Hope this helps you all
And Happy Flashing!
