NimeZ drivers can give you support for newer games, even if your GPU was abandoned by AMD Officially. It's like using a custom rom.
Seems pretty useless, as i can play newer games using the drivers windows update installed for me (windows 10), though the performance isnt great on some games because the gpu is a mobile series one and its not too great. its not supported anymore by amd, but it works fine with newer games.

vulkan is not magic. Vulkan drivers are here, but we need software that use vulkan.
I'm using dolphin...whit dolphin we can use vulkan but is extremely buggy, because qualcomm has wrote ****ty vulkan drivers (same as sammy), as you can read in dolphin forum.
Actually the only mobile chipset with good vulkan drivers are nvidia k1 & x1.
Okay but what about ppsspp? It has vulkan support, but doesn't show any option to enable

i have the htc 10 with venom rom 5.7.0 latest firmware and apps that are require vulkan api for letting you use the max graphic settings like heroes of incredible tales which has unreal engine 4 i only can use the 5th setting the 6th doesn't let me to use it.
Well, Vulkan is supported since Android 7. So if you are on the latest FW as you said, Vulkan support should be present. But I have no idea specifically about your problem with this game.
try it out for your self if you are using the same device there are several game using vulkan and the setting which requires vulkan does not let you use them.
Dead by Daylight mobile is the only game that require OpenGL 3.1. Disasspointed that Bliss OS only supported 3.0, checked using AIDA64 app
I'm been looking a way to play Dead by Daylight mobile on emulator for long time with no luck. Emulators that support OpenGL 3.1 doesn't even run the game
Is it possible to support OpenGL 3.1 with compatible with Dead by Daylight? I'm running Bliss OS on VMware though lol

I have a surface RT with some apps, and another one migrated to windows 10 ARM 32.
On the one still in RT, there are apps that are not available any more on the windows store, for example,
- Splashtop RT client (works wonderfully well)
- VLC for RT (yes it existed!! - ok there is now VLC for ARM 32 so not a big deal, just wanted to compare)
- Poki for Pocket
- Some webradios that i like
- Some photo apps that i like (very occasional use for sure)
As a standard feature, there is no way to backup apps AFAIK, but maybe one jailbreak is done for W10 installation, there might be?
So that we could make a repository of RT apps and share them
