I want to covert my phone AT&T G960U to global rom? Help me
I actually don't believe you really can to be honest. The 960U is the US unlocked variant. So even if you wanted the vanilla feel you wouldn't get it. From my experience, each carrier has been using the same variant of the S9 so they would just rebrand it with a OTA update.
Personally I've switched from Cricket (Original Purchase) to Boost (Boost ROM loaded) to Straight Talk (Verizon) with no issues except one. Which has to do with Sprints activation crap. The latest carrier switch has a default boot screen from Samsung.
You may be able to flash a rom using odin that isn't carrier branded. Like I said though, I'm pretty sure if its activated an OTA update fixes you up either way.
I get my firmwares from Sam Mobile.

[HOW TO] Flash U1 firmware on F device... is it possible?

So hello guys! I just bought a used Galaxy S9 after almost 3 years with my iPhone 7. I'm so happy to be back with Android since my phone before iP7 was the Galaxy S5. But unfortunately it was locked to a carrier in the Philippines (cause I'm from here so it's Globe locked). I've done some rooting and stuff with my S5 before and flashing firmware so doing this again might need some familiarizing.
I've done some slight research and somehow I didn't find any, or maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. There were different versions of the G960 but the one I easily familiarized with was the U and U1 which were the locked and unlocked versions...
Is it possible to unlock my phone by flashing a firmware? My model number is SM-G960F btw... thanks guys!

do not flash the U1 firmware on a G960F device! Teh F devices have the Exynos processor and the U versions have the snapdragon and are therefore incompatible regarding firmwares. The G960F is the international unlocked version. Go into the settings and factory reset it from within the operating system, download the latest G960F using the frija or samfirm tool with the modified Odin for your desired cell provider. Standard Odin will likely give you errors

change stock rom for another stock rom

Grettings! I have this sm-g9600 (the snapdragon one) with stock android 10 firmware but it has a lot of bloatware (carrier telcel from mexico) bunch of games, clarovideo, etc, that are draining my battery.
i search that firmware with the MXO is a free carrier firmware for my country and i want to flash it on my device.
device box show an unlocked lock so i asume that i can change the stock firmware for another stock firmware
my current status are:
base band G9600ZCS6DTD5 compilation G9600ZHS6DTF1
and i want to change it to:
AP G9600ZHU7ETG4 - CSC G9600OWO7ETG4 android 10
so, my question is:
i know how to use odin 3.14 but what i need to do on my device?
do i need to enable usb debuggin or not?
do i need to enable oem unlock on development options or not?
i have working knox but i don't care if i lose it 'cause i don use it nor samsung pay, but i do use netflix and bank app from playstore (i dont know if doing this could break some playstore certificate)
thank you very much in advance for your comments.
well i have to leap of faith.. did it and it goes very well, there's a youtube tutorial (really good one) of R3DLIN3S covering all error of others non explained tutorials..

How to change from tmobile to verizon firmware?

Hello guys. How can i change my firmware from tmobile to verizon? I want to be able to take advantage of all the features i just dont know what firmware they use or what software is needed.(its been a long time since ive done anything to phones).
Its a s20+. Thanks

can someone help ME

I have a note10+ t-mobile carrier. I bought it in china and still living here. It works fine, but on android 9, one UI 1.5 SM-N975U, the phone keeps asking me for an update which I did once and blocked my sim card after, so I had to return it. They back for me android 9 . my question is if I want to flash my phone to another carrier, it should also be t-mobile or USA, and can I do it with an open carrier, which I can use with any sim card?
and before flashing, what the most important things, I have to be careful when it comes to firmware or the phone model?
if someone can share with me the link of firmware I can use with the newest android I can install that would be awesome
