I have followed every single forum on how to fix the driver issues I've installed them all I can get it to reboot into recovery but it still won't detect it which makes no sense any help would be appreciated

Did anyone managed to get it working?
I wasted few hours trying to find a solution today but no go (few months ago i had solution but it was for 8, and it's not working anymore), now i only got adb working but fastboot wont detect device. (unknown usb device)

Install htc sync/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.
Cant even install HTCDriver3.0.0.007 on W8.1

Tried it already, this is how i got adb working.
But fastboot is still not working, after entering bootloader the device is not detected at all. (unknown device enumeration failed)

If someone really wants to stick with W8.1 and needs fastboot, i'd recommend dual booting Ubuntu.. dealing with it on Linux isn't easy either but atleast it's doable.
Took me about half hour to get everything running..

think i got lucky ,fastboot working fine with 8.1 on my desktop,i didnt do or change anything just upgrade from win 7 to 8 then to 8.1
i have htc desire s and i have flashed pacman 23.0.0 in my phone ( jellybean 4.2.2 ) and installed latest htc sync in my pc but whne i connect phone to pc i cant mount usb, the screen on mobile onlys shows loading screen , i have installed htc fastboot driver forcefully by giving it compability of windows 7, before it i was getting "usb not recognized " as error ? help me
If your problem is because Windows 8.1 gives you a driver error that "A request for the USB BOS descriptor failed" SEE FIX HERE.

i am using ignorance v4 on my htc one v and i trying to move to shpongle.i did everything.i flash the kernel before flashing the ram but after the rom flash, when i go to fastboot mood, my laptop says cannot recognize the device by saying maybe the device is not working properly try reconect the device. I have all drivers installed and before this i used many roms but never faced this problem.android sdk installed.al in one toolkit and every other option.when i go to the adb or fastboot whatever you say, the laptop stop recognizing my device.it works when my phone is in normal mode and i can transfer files or anything.htc sync manager is also there.I can reinstall the ignorance from my sd card and it works normally.but shpongle stucks on boot screen, which mean i need to flash the kernel.but how can i flash the kernel file.it stop recognizing usb connection when i try to connect fastboot usb.
i change ports,laptop, cable but nothing works.
plz plz help me on this,i cant go back to stock rom in this situation

I've bricked my phone and now it just turns on to bootloader, all options in bootloader except turn off just loops it back to bootloader where it says "continue the fastboot process".
I've download the xFSTK_ZE551ML but it won't install the moorefield driver it detect it for only a few seconds and then change to android-phone driver, i believe moorefield doesn't work on bootloader but i can get the phone to hang on something else.
I also can't acess via ADB, when i type adb devices, no device is found.
Also tried the Asus FlashTool, but the raw files i tried (WW_ZE551ML_2.15.40.13_20150506.RAW) didn't work, i believe because it's Android L and phone was on Android L.
I've searched alot but haven't found a solution, can someone point me in the right direction?

What happens when you type "fastboot devices"?
Nothing happens with that command.
It's working now, after i tried several raw files, it worked with "WW_ZE551ML_2.20.40.194_20160713.raw".
I know it's sounds newbie since i've just oppened the thread, but it literaly spend all day yesterday following guides and installing stuff on my pc, anyway glad it's apparently solved.
Anyone stuck on bootloader like i was that can't use xFSTK_ZE551ML, install the "WW_ZE55t1ML_2.20.40.194_20160713.raw" with flash tools, this was the only one that worked for me.
Just a warning to anyone who visits this thread --- If you have bootloader-- DO NOT use xFSTK -- xFSTK is to install a temp bootloader to bricked devices and only used if you have NO bootloader .
Hello i have tried many times to unlock my lg g4 bootloader but every time i have tried i get towards the end (fastboot flash unlock unlock.bin) its says "waiting for any device" although i have installed and updated every single driver required its keeps giving me the same problem

I m trying to unlock the bootloader on my Z1C but there is something wrong with the fastboot.
If I follow the instructions from sonymobile.com in order to unlock the bootloader, I stuck in the fastboot section
My command fastboot devices returns with no result. The command line just reappears.
If i continue with fastboot -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0x..... then the system says: waiting for any devices and nothing happens.
I tried the Flashtool to establish connection and if the device is turned on then it gets all conections properly
but if I want to use the flashtool bootloaderunlock it works in flashmode but then i have to switch to fastboot and it doesnt recognize the device. it says i need drivers.
if i want to install the driver package then i get an error while installing the google usb drivers.
i tried to uninstall and install the google usb drivers wirh sdk manager but it doenst help
does anyone have an idea what to do?
