New phone. Want to use custum rom

Hello friends. I just received my phone xiaomi redmi note 5 pro Chinese version of honkong goldway.
Currently the bootloader is unlocked (the seller said that) and there is a global rom that is installed: 8.8.2 beta.
I would like to install the miui 10 stable rom xiaomi.eu Is this safe? and if so, what is the procedure to do? Thank you in advance.

I have a Redmi Note 5 Ai chinese variant with "MIUI 10.0.2.0 China stable" rom.
Can i change it to "MIUI 10.0.2.0 Global stable"?
If yes, it would really help if anyone can tell me how.

You have to unlock bootloader and install twrp
You can't flash global Rom with stock recovery on a Chinese phone

i want to flash global latest rom 10.2.4.0 but i get mismatching rom or device

Xiaomi 6 PRO dont offer GLOBAL rom, you have to unlock your bootloader (wait 360hours for it requied) and next upgrade with xiaomi.eu rom/

i mean can i go right to fastboot flash?

I shifted to pixel ROM but due to many bugs I again want to shift to miui but i am getting some error like error 7 and this ROM is for sakkura India and device is sakura so what to do now (for Redmi 6 prp?)

I know how to flash to global.
but there is a trouble if you convert to global. storage will reduce to 16gb. it can fixed to 128gb by another tutorial on this forum.
if your phone 256gb, idk how to fix it. someone knows how to fix for 256gb, but it pays for $30

first, your bs4pro need unlocked bootloader
download the rom here
