Question How to Disable Wi-Fi Call notifications on S22 (Possible or not?) - Samsung Galaxy S22

For as long as we have had these phones, I have dealt with numerous bloatware apps I had to uninstall ala adb command line args, but one aspect of it i'm trying to deal with proves to be stubborn to a massive fault: Wi-Fi Call Notifications
Multiple times this aspect of my phone refuses to stop giving me notifications on "hey, guess what, if u enable wifi call and blah blah blah". Yeah, I get that its an alternate way to call if phone lines are down or for emergency reasons or whatever, but I DON'T CARE!!! Yet the option to turn off notifications for it are unavailable for me, greyed out, and I even set the delivery of said notifications to silent and quiet by long pressing the notification on my top-down menu when extended, but nope, still here
I need help, is there a way for me to disable these notifications in some way that wont bad times my phone, or better yet, is the wi-fi calling app, while an integrated system app and whatnot, relatively safe enough for me to adb/pm uninstall it without my phone having a hiccup and bricking itself? I just want to shut it up already, I don't want to use it, I will NOT use it, never and no how. pls halp

I'm trying to figure this out now as well... Did you solve it already?

This is probably of little help to you both, but I kept receiving that notification concerning Wi-Fi calling (USA unlocked firmware) until I stopped notifications from whatever app was displaying the Wi-Fi calling "offer", perhaps by tapping on the notification itself, or long pressing on the notification (it's been a while).
Unfortunately, I don't remember which app served the notification. In any case I haven't been bothered by it subsequently, although I don't know what else I might be missing! (Nothing that I've noticed.)

How to avoid incoming calls when using BA for other things?

(My apologies if this topic has been addressed elsewhere.)
It drives me absolutely crazy when I'm composing SMS, for example, and someone calls. I must stop whatever it is I'm doing and wait for the caller to stop ringing. Is there some other way, short of using flight mode or blacklisting/blocking numbers, to deal with this situation? It would not be so bad if I could ignore select calls (w/o hanging up on the callers) and carry on about my work without interruption.
Thanks for any advice you may have.
My phone (imate PDA2k with PDA2k 1.40 ROM) has a popup window that actually says answer or ignore.
I click on ignore. It takes it a second to figure it out but they just go straight to voicemail when I do that.
Yeah, mine gives the "answer" or "ignore" bubble, too, but if I tap ignore I only have the caller trying again two seconds later. This, repeatedly. It might be 5 minutes before I can get back to my work! So, in effect, "ignore" hangs up on them. I need something to keep all dialogues out of sight so as not to disturb whatever work I may be doing. I want to know when someone is calling me, but I want the option of knowing or not knowing who it is. In other words, a ring is ok, but the dialogue is intrusive and frustrating.
you might want to use sms notifier. with it, you can immediately hangup & the caller will get a pre-defined message from you, like..."pls don't bug me, i'm having fun right now." or something similar.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just wary of having yet another program running in the background constantly. Sorry this has turned into one of those nagging pet peeves.... I think what I need is a third-party program that will make the incoming call dialogue less intrusive -either smaller (why must it take up the whole screen and stop me from doing other things?) or optionally hidden. If anyone knows of such a thing, please advise.

Google Now losing focus.

I have a Note 4 fully updated, fully stock, not rooted.
I have Google Now set to wake up on any screen including while asleep.
It usually works great, but occasionally it will stop responding as if it was disabled. It will do this in the sleep mode as well as after I wake it up by hand and swipe to unlock. I have yet to determine what conditions create this problem as it seems to be a randomly occurring issue.
Once Google Now decides to ignore me, it seems the only way to get it to pay attention again is to navigate to the Google Now search bar (which resides on one of my side screens) and wait for the microphone to become solid again. There were even a few instances where I had to actually press the microphone icon to get Google's attention.
Normally I would not care so much about this, but I am wanting to use this feature to help a quadriplegic who cannot physically interact with the phone. He could use it to answer calls, and all the other voice features that Google offers. But if the listening service is unstable it will not be a practical solution.
Is anyone else experiencing intermittent "listening" from Google Now even though you have all the full listening options turned on?
Like I said, it does work...just not always.
Thanks!

SMS notifications

HI everyone...
Got a bit of an odd one here, hoping someone can help.
For some reason, when the screen on my Sprint S6 is off, any SMS notifications get cut off (or I don't get them at all). I am expecting both an audio and/or vibration notification. If I turn my screen on, I will get the full notification as expected.
I thought maybe this was a problem with the DOZE settings, but I disabled YAATA from Battery Optimization, and it didn't fix anything.
Then I thought maybe it was a YAATA problem, so I went back to the standard built-in SMS app. Same results... either a cut-off, or no, notification when the screen is off, and a full notification when the screen is on.
Anyone have any suggestions on something else I could look at?
(For the record, I'm running stock, non-rooted Sprint S6...)
Much appreciated!
OK, after this has bothered me for MONTHS... I post here, and then figure it out.
I also have Glimpse Notifications installed on my phone. I just opened the app, and saw the following:
"Android Marshmallow sometimes cuts off notification sounds when the display turns on. In this case select Delay Screen On in the Extras menu."
... which, oddly enough fixed it.
I'll leave this here rather than delete it in case it helps others in the future.

That's weird, I did never face this issue but my A2L is relatively new (1 week only).
I'll try to phone to my own A2L using different devices to see if I face this issue.

Yes, it is very weird and annoying. Not happens every time, but sometimes... ?
This happened to me yesterday for the first time, but I thought that was a problem of the person that was calling me.
It was a number I didn't have in my contacts, and after the bug I immediately called back that number, but it was not available.
I thought the person that was calling me had a very low battery charge and while calling me his phone turned off, causing the bug (because immediately after the bug it was unavailable).
To this date I still did not have this problem.
Me too, i cant answer and reject calls when i upgrade to android pie
Solved: Screen not turning on with incoming calls
Step 1: Go to Dialer or Phone app settings. To do so, you can either go to main settings, then open ‘Apps’, and then scroll down to Dialer or Phone App.
You can also access App Info page by long pressing the app icon, and then tapping the App info option or the small ‘i’ icon in the corner.
Step 2: Now select “App notifications” option and turn it "on"
Step 3: Now if App notifications are turned off, your display won’t wake up when someone calls you. Also if only the “Incoming calls” permission is off, your screen will not light up with incoming calls. Make sure required permissions are turned on and your issue will be fixed.
Xiaomi Mi 2 Lite. I cannot get incoming calls to show on my screen, so I can't answer. Tried switching notifications off and on again, tried forcing stop. Two days ago I did a factory reset and was OK for 2 days. I think this is since latest Android update about a 10 days ago.
Call answer bug
I have similar issue on Mi A1, been going for a while. Sometimes, call comes in, the answer key cannot pick and cannot reject the call. This happened after a certain update I just dont know which. I have noticed that this mostly happens at some particular GSM antennas, sometimes, just by moving away from that antenna (that's when in a car) solves the problem. But as long as I remained in that location at that time, i cannot pick or reject calls, I also can't make calls, I get the promt, network problem, even though the service bars r showing. And in some cases the people calling will tell me, that calls to me are not going through.
This is driving me nuts. When I get a phone call I get a bar at the top of the screen with two buttone, one saying Decline and the other sayng Answer. I can tap on it like a demented woodpecker, but nothing happens. If Itry to swipe it, the two buttons just disappear into a void and the phone keeps ringing with no way to answer. Very, very occasionally I get the normal notification that I can swipe to answer, but I have to phone nearly everybody back.

Clear data and cache of the "phone" App and if necessary reinstall the application

Notifications not showing up

Hi there
Sometimes when I receive an email the notification will not show up on the phone, that is no sound and no led notification.
However as soon as I press the power button or unlock the screen the notification will pop up.
It is almost as if the device goes to sleep state when screen is turned off.
The emails that I miss at times due to this problem are time sensitive and really important for my work.
Such delays are at times resulting in direct monetary loss.
This was never an issue on my Galaxy Note 3 from which I have upgraded.
Can anyone of you guide and assist me as to which settings need to be changed to get it to work properly.
Many thanks for your time.
I have a simmilar issue here. Some notifications show up normally, like mail and facebook, but other apps only show notifications if i have they are opened.
It's like the system is forcing close those apps.

Still haven't found any solution.
Things I have tried :
1. Going to Power Master > Battery Mode > Balance
Thinking that in other modes it would kill background apps to save power.
2. Went to Power Master > Autostart Manager > Added apps I need notifications to start on system startup.
Apart from the mentioned problem, I see another one.
I opened What's app notification setting and turned Group Notifications off and Message notifications are set to show silently and minimize.
However the app itself changes the setting and forces messages on screen by itself over riding my changes. Have been happening since a long time now no matter how many times I change the settings.
Update if you can find any resolution.
