ArrowOS is an Android Open Source Project-based Android mobile operating system started with the aim of keeping things simple, clean, neat, and organized, both for the Android system and users. We added features that will be helpful in the long run, while aiming to deliver smooth performance and longer battery life. We understand the pain of unnecessary and sometimes rarely used mods/features being shipped with custom ROMs nowadays which may end up causing battery drains and/or memory leaks & crashes. This is being strictly avoided on our side keeping everything to a bare minimum, delivering stable performance all the time without destroying the AOSP interface. INSTRUCTIONS
Clean flash (coming from a different ROM or arrow-11.0/12.0):
Download ROM from below
Reboot to recovery
Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache
Flash latest android-11 firmware (Ginkgo | Willow)
Flash ROM zip
Format data (if encrypted)
Reboot and voila!
To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash Magisk.
Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
Use the built-in OTA updater, or
Reboot to recovery
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Flash ROM zip
Flash firmware update if required
Reboot and voila!

I set the animations to 0.25x speed and the rom became like a jet. Less specific but wonderfully stable. Battery performance seems to be good too.
After installation I had some trouble first, then most of them were resolved by auto or reboot. Whatever was working "Device Personalization Services" was constantly giving a "stopped" error. I also disabled it and problem solved.

Does this have OTA updates?

Same problem here. An update from play store fixed this.

The device does not go into sleep mode when Bluetooth is turned on. I checked it with the BetterBatteryStats app.
Battery performance is not what I expected either. It is more better than MIUI 12 of course, but I would expect better battery performance from such a lightweight rom.
Edit: Battery performance is fine actually.

It is confirmed. No deepsleep if BT turned on.

Latest build. I can't turn on the screen with the power button.

I really like this rom but I prefer that it does'nt have gapps, could it be removed in the next compilation?

Styx official requires GAPPS, you can remove using an adb script on github though from TWRP

I flashed everything seemed ok & root checker verified that device e is rooted, but magisk wouldnt grant permission to any app. It shows in modules the apps are granted root but the app displays it is not rooted. This happened with SKVALEX & ES explorer !

as of now, yes. But Google will open source it when Android 12.1 releases. Until then, custom ROM devs will use kdrag0n's monet(wallpaper based themeing system) which is open source.

No, TWRP cannot decrypt data in android 12.

Though it is a beta version, but the performance is impressive. Gaming performance is better than Android 11 ROM (kernel 4.19). Battery backup is good.
But the launcher and camera app isn't polished. Camera quality is very poor.
Waiting for Android 12.1

Thank you @pranavkpr for such an amazing work and quick releases. This is super stable rom with only minor improvements needed.
After using the latest build (2021-10-19), I found some things which could be improved:
USB settings are disabled and getting enabled even after connecting with USB cable, tried with multiple cables, in earlier builds the USB settings was working fine.
Mobile data gets turned off automatically or at least that's what happens for first SIM even after turning on --> Next time when network connectivity is expanded from the quick settings dropdown, the mobile data is always off.
With the support of Android 12, overall entire system is crisp and fast, no lags, no sudden drains, no mishaps so far. Can you try to improve the charging speed or suggest something that would help speed up the charging? It sometime shows me upto 14 hours from 20% to full charge even on 5A charger.

Nice Rom but some bugs here and there, some apps are crashing like WhatsApp for example, lag in home screen animation. Need some maintenance, but looking forward for next update.

Does this rom works in rmx1825? I have seen many rom pages saying that fp sensor et152 is not working. Does this rom support that fp sensor?

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 13 (T), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

Thanks @yangcyborg for rom nubia z17s. I expect the fingerprint to work. I got an error that netflix can't be used even through saftynet and also the phone restarts sometimes from screen on with DT2W or notification when phone screen off.

@yangcyborg when i install E2001 : Failed to update vendor image ERROR : 1 and i can't find firmware V3.32 Pls help me i newbie

Increase_vendor_parition must use twrp_recovery_3.7.0_9_for_nx595j-new-partitions.img for install.
