I noticed it after the security patch upadate from Feb 22. Sometimes after receiving incoming call phone stops ringing and the screen goes all white and won't respond untile the call ends

Any ideas why the screen on my AT&T S3 turns off immediately after ending a phone call? As soon as the call (sent or received) is ended, Smart Stay is activated and the screen responds accordingly.

When changing ringing mode from just ringing or ringing and vibrate, to vibrate only or silent, the screen goes blank every time and after about 5 seconds I end up on the lockscreen. Not a major issue but just making sure you guys know

Hi. When I try to call anybody my screen gets pitch black, but I can hear dialing tone in background. If I press Home button screen goes back on. How can I keep screen on during dialing till I put phone to my ear?
P.S. proximity sensor is working. Did't have the same problem on 5.0.1

If you are using a screen protector most probably it is blocking the sensor which triggers screen sleep so that your face can not shut the call down. check your screen protector.
I have strange problem that a phone call disconnects when screen goes off, I've noticed this issue while making normal phone calls and on Telegram X. The strange thing is it happens one time, for example if I make a phone call and the screen goes off the phone call disconnects, but when I redial again it keeps connected even after screen goes off.

I tend to have my phone on silent a lot but the notifications still light up the screen such as text messages etc but I have noticed a few times that when I get calls on silent (Haven't tested on other profiles) the screen only lights up when the call has been missed but it literally lights up the screen and has no notification to say I have missed a call, I only see that once I unlock the phone and swipe down on the notifications bar... I haven't changed any notification settings and it only seems to happen with calls.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I have the same Problems on Vibrate-Only, some Calls get missed some others lights up the Display.
I don´t have an answer why it sometimes work and sometimes not.
