My Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (i9195) went into coma "by itself" (when only charging) one year ago. Since then it is stuck at the white Samsung logo.
KIES can´t get any contact with the phone at all.
When I use Odin to install stock firmware it got stuck on ”aboot.mbn”, and after a minute or two: ”FAIL”. After that the phone doesn´t boot to logo, just says that loading firmware failed, try again, until I load the "pit-file" and the phone boots to Samsung logo again...

...but it got stuck at "recovery.img", and then "FAIL". but after that experiment (and a new pitfile-loading) the Recovery mode only shows "recovery booting" and "Set Warranty Bit: recovery" but no menu and nothing more happens. I can still use the menu for downloading via Odin. Text in upper left corner:

KNOX seems ”tripped” so I guess it´s no longer possible to flash any stock rom:
The flash memory could have died, but even if the phone is nearly nine years old, it is not used much, and I can write at least some bytes to the flash memory.
Is it possible to save a KNOX-tripped phone which gets stuck at Samsung logo via some non-stock-rom? And if so; How?

To send my phone to warranty ( battery issues), i installed the orginal rom with odin. I reseted the flash counter with Triangle Away. Than i connected my phone to kies for "firmware upgrade and initialization" . ( Than first problem started ) . First it worked smoothly . at 70% of the process its stopped and after waiting 3 hours it didn't worked again . Than i cancelled the process . Kies stoped without any problem. Because of the battery runned low i pluged my phone to charge . After that morning the battery level was still same. It shows it still charges. I tried to turn on my phone but it didn't work. It stays at Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini screen and resets continuouslly . I tried many custom and stock rom but the problem didn't solved. ( Before and after installing Rom i wiped my phone). I can't give my phone to service because i can't reset the flash counter.
Revovery mode and download mode of the phone still works.

Are you sure you have S4 mini? There's no flash counter as far as I remember and Triangle Aways isn't for our phone.
S4 Mini has a KNOX flag (on most) which shows 0x0 or 0x1 - You can't reset that once tripped 0x1 and it voids warranty.

Yes i am sure. But it resets the flash counter. Ps: it uses another type of kernel

Things were great and I was getting settled into the new tab when one morning it just crashed.

So I think I need to flash this device as it will no boot.
Occasionally I can get it to run the samsung logo, the logo starts flashing , and then the screen goes dark.
Any advice on next steps would be appreciated.

I have a problem... I recently tried to root my samsung. I used odin and all went well. It said that it had succeeded. But my device didn't reboot and is now stuck in a bootloop. I used this root: "https://androidmtk.com/root-samsung-galaxy-s4-mini-gt-i9195"

and my computer doesn't recognize it, but if i pull out the battery and boot it into ODIN mode it does recognize it.

there is no root for GT-I9195I/samsung galaxy s4 mini plus yet, but there is a recovery file, so if you have problems or you've tried to root with a wrong version i found this link: "http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-mini/development/recovery-cwm-twrp-philz-t3182207" there is also files for GT-I9192I i hope i'm helping someone out there.

Used this method myself and it works great.
KingRoot latest version + Super Sume work fine, even for the most recent firmware.
Hi there, I found a s4 mini duos i9192 that it's stuck on logo, and when I try to flash it with odin it gets stuck on "initializing" and doesn't flash at all, not roms or recovery. Also I can't get in recovery, by pressing power + vol up + home button all I get is vibration.

According to Kies it was running on I9192UBUCOI2_I9192UUBCOC1_I9192UBUCOI2 (TTT) so I tried to flash that one, along with many others, still the same. Tried with other usb ports, other cables, another pc running a different version of windows, still the same, odin does nothing. Any help?

i got it too but probably emmc is damaged or you have messed up with partitions
Hello,
i need a working debrick.img because my phone is bricked after a update for Google Chrome. I have tried 8 different Images but nothing works. It comes "WRITE 39008 SECTORS" and then the device stuck in a reboot loop. No Samsung Logo, no DLOAD mode, no recovery.
What can i do now?
