Question Redmi Note 10T keeps rebooting (or stuck on) to recovery mode - Redmi Note 10T 5G

Right after purchase I happened to uninstall quite a lot of bloat using adb. The attachment contains a list of the uninstalled apps. I'm not sure which one is causing this issue. Can someone please point it out?

I reset the phone from recovery and again uninstalled every bloat except for these:
com.miui.bugreport
com.miui.cleaner
com.miui.mishare.connectivity
com.xiaomi.account
com.xiaomi.mi_connect_service
com.miui.securitycenter
It works fine now.

[Q] How to safely uninstall Xprivacy ?

Hello,
I have installed Xposed Framework and Xprivacy successfully in my rooted stock HTC one (m8), everything was working fine but i didnt like how xprivacy bugged me whenever I updated an app. anyways I chose to disable the module.
So I went to Xposed app, disabled Xprivacy, I also uninstalled xprivacy manually after that in android's App management.
since then the phone keeps on restarting, it restarts and functions for a minute then automatically restarts.
I restored using a Nand recovery backup and now its working fine, but I still have Xprivaxy installed.
has anyone faced this issue? Also, does someone know a safe method to uninstall Xprivacy?
Thanks

Did you check if was already installed when you did the backup? It looks weird because TWRP does a wipe before restoring data, so Xprivacy should not be there anymore. Yoy can also try to wipe manually the data partition, but you will have to start config, install & update apps again from scratch.

Try to install it again and enable the module in Xposer, restart, then disable the module in Xposer, restart once more and then try to uninstall it.
Do a full restart every time, so disable the fast boot option in energy settings.
Good luck!
right now it is installed, ill try updating then uninstalling, Fastboot is turned off for my phone.
I tried wiping cache and dalvik cache, didnt work.
I hope someone has a solution, I want to uninstall it.

This is weird, I tried to install, enable, configure and then I uninstalled without any problem.
I'm using ARHD 8.0, but it's almost totally stock.
I'll try to check what files are installed with the package, and maybe you can try to remove them manually using filemanager from TWRP.
I'm sorry, I tried a lot things and I can't replicate your problem. Even if I try to uninstall it with the module enabled in Xposer does it works.
I've been reading at: https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/M66B/XPrivacy the uninstall methods and are the same we tried.
If you want to uninstall XPrivacy, you have two options:
1. Disable XPrivacy in the Xposed installer
2. Uninstall Xposed using the Xposed installer
I think I can't help you with this
Maybe you could try to uninstall and reinstall Xposer and see what happens...

Thanks for your assistance mate, I uninstalled Xprivacy again, this time I didnt disable the module in Xposed before uninstalling the App, I just uninstalled Xprivacy, it worked, no issues
So I guess an advise for anyone disabling or uninstalling Xprivacy would be to take a NAND backup of the phone before uninstalling incase the restart issue happens.
Thanks to all.
Great! I'm glad finally you get rid of that module! :highfive:
Make a Nandroid backup is always recommended for everyone having rooted devices, it takes less than 5 mins and saves a life... :good:

How to uninstall system apps without unlocking bootloader?

Is there any way to uninstall system apps like mi app store and others.
I've tested 'pm uninstall user bla bla' using adb on my old poco f1 with miui stock rom.
It seemed ok but when i rebooted my phone, it didn't boot up and I had to do data reset.
So I just want to know that is there any way to uninstall because I don't want to unlock bootloader. Sorry for my bad English.
I think you cannot uninstall any system app without unlocking and then root the phone to access system tray.
Have you read this article?
Try it :
https://www.xda-developers.com/uninstall-carrier-oem-bloatware-without-root-access/amp/
Tell here if it works.
It's working. Have done this directly on Day 1, before I could unlock my BL!
I've orientated me on this List, from our Brother, the "big" Mi 9. There is a list of the pre-installed apks, which you can uninstall. Pretty the same like on our Mi9 SE
Thanks a lot, I was searching for a way to do that too, as there is no custom rom yet.
I'll try it right away.
Hi there, I can recommanded XiaomiADBFastbootTools: https://github.com/Saki-EU/XiaomiADBFastbootTools. Uninstall/Reinstaller system apps and services on demand. etc. Need installed JAVA.
Hi, it seems quite cool, does it work properly with Mi 9 SE? Is it safe to uninstall all those apps from this device, too?
Yes I did uninstall all apk here. All is running and you can install all apk back via aplication (reinstall).

Question pixelify bootloop error

does anyone else have an issue with installing pixelify? i used to be able to install 2.1 but then i started to have issues with it not working with android auto so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now i keep getting bootloop errors
i am on stock OOS/A13 and have the bootloop protector module installed (which is what typically saves me lol) but ive deleted everything associated with pixelify i think within my phone after uninstalling it and getting the same issue, i ran the ADB logcat command while it was bootlooping and got the following attachment but im not really sure where to even begin looking in it, this issue only occurs when trying to install pixelify and i can install other modules
I'm experiencing the same. It looks like it's been reported to the developer. Hopefully, he can sort it out. https://github.com/Kingsman44/Pixelify/issues/144

If you use pixelify to benefit from Google Photos, I recommend that you use this lite module.

Question [Root] Device crashing & rebooting after one minute of usage

I'm using a Pixel 6 Pro rooted and after 1 minute of using the device the device completely freezes and reboots. This happened one day after I rooted my phone and I rebooted my device and it completely stopped working. The logs provided in Magisk don't seem to be useful nor point to the main issue. Safe mode doesn't have this issue, but I'm looking to see how to fix this issue. I'm running TQ1A.230105.002 build. I can try and install a module to help diagnose the issue if it's useful.
Magisk modules installed: Universal Safetynet
Zygisk: Enabled
Rooted apps: Greenify, GoogleDialerMod, Shizuku, Storage Isolation, BBS

Do you have any Magisk mods installed? If so, one of them may be causing it given you don't have any problems in safe mode.

My bad, I'll edit the post right now. The freezing does occur even after denying all of them permissions
If it is a module just type in adb magisk –remove-modules
there's also a magisk module that disables misbehaving modules at boot to protect against bootloop it's called magisk bootloop protector

I've seen another person who had similar problems while using Greenify, so maybe try to uninstall that and see if the problem persists.
Also, if you booted into safe mode and rebooted your modules should be disabled. Does the problem persist with those mods disabled?

No safe mode is completely fine, but I will look into uninstalling Greenify and see if the problem is fixed.
Thank you! Greenify is the issue!

I'm not sure why Greenify has been so problematic recently, it even crashes on non-root devices. Maybe it's out of date for such a long time?

Excellent! Glad you got it straightened out.
I find Greenify and similar apps aren't really needed these days.
