geodemars

Dear Geodemarse,
A colleague of mine had the same issue.
Seems those toasters are issued by com.android.systemui.
Workaround we found was to deny com.android.systemui from issuing toaster using the follwing adb command:
adb shell appops set com.android.systemui TOAST_WINDOW deny
Let me know if that fixes the issue

Hello ThibHo,
I followed your recommendations and it seems to work : no more toasters
Thanks for your help !

Problem with CM13 and ANT+

After using ANT+ with my OPO for last 2 years I'm now really frustrated, that ANT+ doesn't work at the new OP3 .
Ant-Tester says, that ANT is build in and requires ANT Radio Service. This is also installed, but a very annoying problem: the app-right to use the hardware may be set - but gets lost when leaving the page. It is impossible to set the right permanently .
Does anybody knows something about tis problem?

Same here. Latest cm14 nightly installed. No Chance to activate App rights

That sounds really bad - I've had the hope, changing to CM14.1 will solve the problem...

Random share window pop up every couple minutes

At random intervals, my phone has a share popup that will cut me off. For example, watching a YouTube video, and it will pull up a share window. Picture attached below, and I've also gone and copied the shareable message. Here's what I've got:
USER_COMMENT=null
ANDROID_VERSION=9
APP_VERSION_NAME=86.0.0.24.87
BRAND=lge

Currently, I've been going through my applications looking for one with a matching version "86.0.0.24.87" to no avail. If anyone can help, please do
Thanks in advance!

Disable big white gray circle around key in Pin Lock Menu [Sony Xperia XZ2 compact]

Hi all,
I'm enjoying this new model, but is getting really complicated to disable this big white-gray circle that appears around a key in the Pin-Lock menu, see picture below:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
So far I have disable:
Developer options:
Show taps - off
Pointer location -off
Xperia Loops - Off
Assist & voice input
Assist app - None
Glove Mode
Use glove mode - off
So, in terms of security is kind of spoofing your password to others.
Is any one having the same problem? Did some one found another option different of the one I tried?
Thanks for any hint.

My friends Note10 + soft bricked after an update and have no idea

Basically shows an error message which I looked up and the only place I've seen anything about it is on the subreddit called Intune which is a Microsoft developer tool for Android I think. Never seen this on any phone before and it's crazy I can't find anything about it.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The error message reads:
" Error
This phone can't be enrolled using a legacy Device Admin profile, which is supported only on devices running Android 10 or below. To continue enrollment, use an Android Enterprise profile, such as a Device Owner profile."
You can use unbrick tool on PC.
All problems with software can always be fixed.
Whats the name of the tool? You think that will fix it? Much appreciated.

Question Bulb đź’ˇ icon on lockscreen??

Hi there,
Red Magic 8 Pro users, Does anyone else have this large bulb icon that's stuck at the bottom left part on the lockscreen? I'm not sure what it's related to so I don't know how to remove it. Anybody else having this issue? I hoped the latest software update that came on on Feb 22nd would have fixed it but no luck.

Ooh interesting, well the would make sense if that is the case as I definitely use the Google Home app often. The phones so new I know bugs are par for the course so I'll just wait for the next update. Thanks for the reply!
