Development EOL[ROM] Project Zephyrus [OFFICIAL] [13.0.0_r4[raven & oriole] - Google Pixel 6 Pro

Project-Zephyrus is a minimal Android fork, focused on design and performance
(Fancy obligatory html banner to follow, maybe, i don't care what the thread looks like, i will say the rom will speak for itself. Flash the rom and enjoy, or not )
Brought to you all for both the Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6
Support Chat: https://t.me/+9DvqglUXQZ9iYjkx
This is a highly customized rom mostly based on Proton, with all the same performance enhancements, but with most of the favorite features we love and adore.

wipe data/factory reset
reboot to bootloader
fastboot update zephyrus_raven_v2.zip
OR
fastboot update zephyrus_oriole_v2.zip
V1 was only posted on telegram
Changelog:
-Implemented Android 12.1 Easter Egg
-Fix suspicious spaces around mobile icons
-Fix QS mobile icon disappearing on theme switch
-Restore brightness adjustment on boot
-Force a reset if brightness adjustment is changed directly
-Doesn't let "extra dim" affect brightness adjustment
-Some Fixes & Improvements
Device side:
-Updated to latest Radioactive 5.10.110 Kernel built in- just like DerpFest, do not change kernel
-Powerhint updated to match Radioactive standalone zip Thanks @acuicultor
-Safety net passes out of the box without root
All custom settings are housed in the normal location relevant to the feature set. ie Pulse is in settings/sound. Also, feel free to use other launchers, but features such as smart space may have issues, same with themeing mods, and screenshot sharing.
Also, if you mod or change kernel, launcher, or add other mods, you are on your own. I cannot support every new variable introduced.
If you experience previously declared issues- as a result of said modification, undo your mods, clean flash(without mods), see if your issue persists, and if so, capture a log. If you do not do this, I will not address your issue. Simply, bc the issue is likely due to your own actions/mods.

Update 10-16-22
Guys i tried to do a zephyrus build for Raviole. My computer simply will not let me. It doesn't want to. And neither do I.
Sorry. My work for pixel 6 series is done. After using Pixel 7 Pro I clearly have no desire to do a build for Zephyrus/ Raviole.
A. I don't like that phone, I honestly f$#king despise it and always have. Plastic [email protected]&$ing steaming ....
B. Derpfest 13 was my swan song and is as close as perfect that can come for Raviole, use that.
If you would like to follow my work, it will have to be on the 7 series for Pantah
Thanks for the support and hanging out, best of luck everyone and keep in mind there are some great devs working on Android for this device. Check out their work!

Thanks to my awesome community of friends, testers, and many more... I would plug in the xda tags but I don't really use xda and don't know them anymore. I talk with you all in my chat and you all know the thanks are there
thanks again!

Super solid rom, no issues at all, thx for the assume build

Smoothest ROM I've used on Oriole to date

Yes

@Hurt Copain Just to confirm, are there any Pixel apps/features missing or not working in this rom ie. magic eraser, camera, live translate, now playing etc.
And do I have to flash back to July 12.1 from latest A13 Beta 4 first and then flash?

Some users report magic eraser not working but it's bc of what we spoof to pass safety net. The community has some other method to use it. Check the chat. Everything else pixel end is just like stock.
Yes. Be on stock July. We aren't on Android 13 yet. So, use Android 12.1

Yes it would be best to return to July stable first

Awesome ROM! Super stable and ROM is buttery smooth. Great work as always @Hurt Copain

Good work buddy

OHHH YEAHHHH!!! GET IT PEOPLEEE!!!

Get it Jack Get It!

Zephyrus is running great on my Raven! This is amazing......Thank you @Hurt Copain

[ROM][AOSP][6.0/7.1/8.1 RC/9.0 BETA] Unlegacy Android Project

The Unlegacy Android ProjectIntroduction
Unlegacy-Android started out as the OMAP4-AOSP Project. It was created in late 2015 in order to maintain a clean and organized place for pure AOSP support for various OMAP4 devices, such as the Galaxy Nexus and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 series. Over time this evolved to support more than just these devices, but still maintains its roots of supporting "legacy" devices that no longer receive "official" updates: hence Unlegacy Android was born. In our opinion, these ROMs are how the official updates would look.
On top of AOSP, we only include changes which are necessary to support the hardware, be secure, and get acceptable performance. Current features for hammerhead include:
BFQ IO scheduler (official kernel 3.4 release), set up so GUI processes have the highest priority
Volume button wakeup (setprop persist.wm.volume_wake_screen 1)
Last upstream (kernel/msm) hammerhead kernel tag merged
Charging LED control (setprop persist.sys.led_on_charger 0)
Enhanced backlight map for lower min brightness
Night display blue light filter (GLES-based)
KCAL & PCC color temperature interfaces
Other security patches & minor bug fixes
F2FS support from K4.4 backports
SELinux in Enforcing mode
Installation
It's important that /system needs to be unmounted before installing the ROM - some recoveries tend to leave it mounted after performing operations on it.
If you're planning to install GApps, be sure to read the second post.
Aside from these, installation and upgrading is no different than on other ROMs.
Problems
No known issues on Nougat builds
See post #3 for Oreo/Pie notes
If you notice anything, be sure to report it in this thread. Stability is our main concern. While it may takes some time, I usually read the thread and acknowledge the bug reports, even if I don't reply directly to them.
Downloads
See: http://builds.unlegacy-android.org. Our automated builds ensure that we always have the latest Android security patches merged in, without having to manually start and upload builds
Also, we'll have a built-in OTA updater (just like stock) soon (it's a work in progress).
Features?
There isn't much to say here - this is AOSP, if you install GApps, you pretty much get the same thing that's running on the Nexus devices (see second post). The aim of this project is to create a fast and stable ROM, as close to AOSP as possible without diminishing usability. Occasionally, small non-AOSP features may be implemented, provided there is a clear need and they make sense on hammerhead.

GApps
If you want to install GApps, we recommend micro packages on N builds (e.g., Open GApps), and pico otherwise.
An important note: as this is a pure AOSP ROM, installing GApps tends to be problematic: in order to try to avoid installation issues, be sure to install GApps immediately after installing the ROM, before booting the system for the first time. If you experience any issues with the Google applications, be sure to go into Settings -> Apps, and grant every permission to every Google application - most importantly, Google Play services.
In the case of an upgrade, be sure to re-install the GApps package, as upgrading wipes /system. You shouldn't need to re-set the permissions afterwards.
Stock-like setup
Disable the following built-in (AOSP) apps:
- Android keyboard (once you installed Gboard)
- Browser
- Calculator
- Camera
- Clock
- Email
- Gallery
Install the following apps from the Play store:
- Google Photos (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.photos)
- Calculator (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.calculator)
- Chrome (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome)
- Clock (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.deskclock)

- Gmail (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gm)
- Google Calendar (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.calendar)
- Google Camera (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.GoogleCamera)
- Google Now Launcher (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.launcher)
Rooting
You can flash the latest SuperUser (phh's open source fork), Chainfire's SuperSU, or Magisk to get rooted.
Oreo/Pie Status & CAF Notes
Oreo 8.1 builds are almost bug-free at this point, but still tagged as experimental. While last issues are sorted out, I will trigger manual builds, also published at https://builds.unlegacy-android.org/aosp-8.1/hammerhead.
To my knowledge, these are the remaining issues:
Bluetooth HFP speaker (mono/SCO) output is garbled. This seems related to a more general issue with audio effect/ACDB blobs.
Once all visible issues are fixed, and stability is comparable to Nougat builds, I'll switch on official builds on our Jenkins server.
Pie 9.0 builds are also becoming fully usable. Current builds have the same one remaining HFP bug described above.
Beyond "official" experimental builds, I post personal builds (including CAF experiments) in the hammerhead folder here.
Regarding sources for the WIP CAF kernel-based builds, see https://github.com/airend/android_kernel_lge_hammerhead/commits/tmp/caf+113+common. Corresponding device tree is still in rough shape and not uploaded yet, but assuming everything goes well, it'll replace current device tree when it's ready.
I've used the 05/04 build for 2 days a few weeks ago and it was a great rom.
The only issue I came across back then was that it has the green flickering when recording videos.
It's nice that the project has a XDA thread now and I gonna test this rom asap.
Thanks for keeping our good old Nexus 5 up to date.

Should be fixed on current builds (both green bar, and Google Camera flickering).
have a volume wake option?
Does it have issues with network location (Battery saver location)?
Some AOSP-based ROMs have this issue, so many apps (Chronus, Google Fit, f.lux, Instagram) can't get location.

Cant Install Gapps
I've flashed it for about half a day, and it's very promising, it seems a great ROM!
I've noticed only three defects:
- The blue light filter (Night mode) is missing;
- With stock kernel, SuperSU will be in system mode;
- The Clock app crashes if you try to add another Time zone in the main screen.
Everything else works fine.

[ROM][OTA][mkn-mr1]Mokee Open Source for Samsung S4(all variants)

What is the difference?
RELEASE: Tested after integrating new features, more stable than NIGHTLY. (Odexed builds)
NIGHTLY: Built daily with newest code and experimental features, might contain undiscovered bugs. (Deodexded builds)
HISTORY: Final odexded builds once a newer Android version is out and being built.
EXPERIMENTAL: Released when a new device is added or when a new feature is added for public beta testing and feedback. (Deodexded builds)
UNOFFICIAL: Maintained separately by individual developers, usually involves modification of shared code which cannot be merged (affects other devices), therefore maintained by the developer himself.
THIS IS A UNOFFICIAL VERSION BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE BUILT AT OFFICIAL SERVER! I just want you know Mokee and other AOSP ROM can't be official unless alberto96's lineage os be official.
I won't have time to update it anymore, you can use my source to continue it.See you next summer, everyone.(if nobody want to continue it,I will update it mouthly.(Sometimes weekly)
About
MoKee Open Source is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!

There is a error in make SD card as internal storage, so it can't move app to SD card in Nougat.
This error is mentioned in Alberto's post, I use his device, vendor, hardware source to make this ROM, so this ROM have the same problem.

I think it maybe a little better than Lineage OS because source is optimized.
Here is the screenshot, regularly, if it show's 3 hours left, it actually can use 3~4 hours
Lineage OS often show's 2 or 3 hours left, so I think it was a little better than Lineage OS.
But due to the exynos hardware, it will be heat if you use your phone to play a big game or other heavy CPU work, it can't be solved because exynos 5410 is heat and battery drain since it be announced.
Hey, guys.
Delta update is come back now, you will see it in today's update.

Tell me, what bugs are there? And can I use opengapps aroma?
What bugs do we have here?
Does it support remapping the hardware keys (like RR) for example, you can use long press on back button to get you back to home..
Please make a telegram group to discuss the ROM..
And for battery drain, I suggest you to underclock the CPU to 450mhz and use only two cores.
I didn't understand how to use smart pack Kernel, can you explain?

Slight OT is fine, but when users decide to act stupid they should be dealt with with the appropriate means - its really annoying for me when OT turns crazy. Wow nice! For OOS?
As usual there's a large focus on battery life. F2FS is upstreamed to the latest version and I spent a couple days single picking useful commits from Qualcomm's repository with fixes and power consumption improvements.
You should see an improvement in battery life.

@franciscofranco The king is here!!!!Tnx buddy!!
can it be flash over another custom kernel?
Thank you for supporting Oneplus 5! Using now and it's very smooth.
Just want to report also that the stock screen gestures (double tap to wake, draw O for camera etc) are not working yet

Nope....first stock kernel...after custom one....
Great work Franco!
After a reboot, the phone boots to default color calibration and it takes like 10-20 seconds to switch to DCI-P3 or SRGB.
PS:Gestures are broken too.
The kernel is systemless?

Color calibration did not reset for me. Working fine. But Gestures don't work when screen is off.
I don't see the discount price for the Manager & Updater in the PlayStore.
Edit: price already updated in the store
@franciscofranco
fsync seems to be causing issues for me. With fsync disabled some apps fc after being cleared and some other work fine. After reenableing fsync everything returns to normal.
I´am running the latest stock rom with the only modificatiion being your kernel and magisk.

[ROM][9] LineageOS, ResurrectionRemix, AEX, PE // personal builds

This thread was formerly "[ROM][9] LineageOS 16.0 + AOSPExtended + PixelExperience // personal builds" - yes, once again, the title can't fit the full names of all these ROMs :/
This thread hosts personal builds of LOS 16.0 and other Android 9 (Pie) ROMs for Mix 2, currently built from @wight554 's trees. Similar to Oreo, full credits to Wight and others behind the scene for the bringup, allowing us to build upon the awesome work.
Currently I build the following ROMs, usually monthly (in sync with security patch):
LineageOS 16.0
ResurrectionRemix 7
AOSPExtended 6
PixelExperience 9
Small changes in my builds:
Default stretch-to-fullscreen (force apps to render in 18:9) - LOS official solution defaults to OFF, which complicates setup
Grey-blue DeskClock color scheme (when possible)
Navbar stays on the right side of the screen under 270° rotation (optional - set the behaviour with "setprop persist.ui.seascape.disable <true|false>" in a rooted shell)
Signature spoofing support from MicroG
...
What's working:
Everything?
Instructions:
Coming from official MIUI? Since the new encryption has been implemented, you only need to wipe (not format) /data.
Flash any Pie firmware (firmware Stable V10.4.1.0 recommended) for builds starting from May, or firmware Stable V10.0.2.0 otherwise.
Use official TWRP or OrangeFox.
Download the latest build and optionally GAPPS (PE comes with GAPPS though, don't use any from external sources)
Reboot to TWRP
Flash the latest build, GAPPS and whatever other additions you need
Reboot
Extras:
Read here if you want to use unencrypted data - post is from Oreo thread, but still applies to Pie
Downloads:
SourceForge folder: https://sourceforge.net/projects/andyyan/files/ - new releases in the "9" folder
Root: use Magisk
Google Apps: http://opengapps.org/
Source Code:

https://github.com/wight554/
About "official" status:
Currently I don't plan to apply for "official" for any of these ROMs, because 1) Wight is the actual maintainer who did the bringup and maintenance work, and 2) I like to be able to apply changes at will to the OS itself without restrictions from the official team.

Just an additional note: I'm not as enthusiastic about building ROMs as I was early this year, so expect less regular updates and/or unanswered fix/feature requests. I'm just a builder, not nearly as capable of Demon or Wight doing all the heavy lifting, so I'll only do what my ability/time permits.
Thanks for all your work, Andy

Statusbar customizations like network traffic aren't merged yet, just wait.
Can we have that slide down gesture to bring the notification bar down like we had in PE Oreo? Thanks
Hey,i have a question. Is it possible to port full screen gestures from miui 10 to los 16?
Are the quick settings on the status bar still a bit off on PE edition?
Folks who have tried, please do let me know about the battery consumption. This build added some CPU governors to the kernel and defaulted little cluster to one of them, and I'm not sure of its actual impact. It's my first time fiddling with kernels and I can't guarantee the change will be satisfactory.

I acknowledge the lack of padding there, but I don't quite want to look into it now. It's supposed be a problem for PE upstream anyway.
Greetings!
I've downloaded the rom last night. And until now, I have no problem: the camera works perfectly, the sound sound good and gaming performance are good.
The thing which attracted me was the mention of "Lineage OS" and I'm not disappointing to see that it's so close of the official and stable version . I'm blind in context of "find the bugs", so maybe we could find some but this is not my domain.
Is it possible to have the full screen for apps in this rom? I mean the option without the bars on the top and the botom of the screen

Expanded Desktop is a feature that will surely be merged in the future. As the other user said, there are 3rd-party apps that can achieve the same goal. I myself am using Tiles since it places a shortcut in Quick Settings.
Hi I haven't touched this kind of thing I'm a few months and I forget some of the finer details.
I have a few questions.
Firstly, do you have to add treble to your mix 2 to get this to run, or is that optional? If so can someone please send me a link to the thread. Would be greatly appreciated.
Secondly, I am on RR6 based on 8.1, if I just do a general wipe and flash the new ROM and gapps over the top, will this cause issues?
Lastly, I am on Icemans TWRP, do I HAVE to use the one suggested in the description (I did read it before someone yells at me, I just want to know if I HAVE to, because I'd need to set up ADB on a PC again and that would be a real pain in the behind).
Many thanks in advance as usual guys. Love your work and appreciate your patience and effort with this kind of thing. God bless

Treble is built into the ROM itself, you don't need to flash anything to achieve it.
Judging from the fact that you're using a super old TWRP though, you likely are on an old/unencrypted RR, and thus will need DecScript if you don't want to format /data (read OP).
That TWRP is MANDATORY, though most TWRP builds allows flashing images within ("install image" option), so you might not need a PC.

That was really helpful thanks. I am running unencrypted and what do you mean treble is but into the rom? Is it old style with device drivers built in or will flashing the new ROM flash the drivers to whatever partition they have to go to and give me treble?

This is Treble-enabled but this is NOT a GSI (Generic System Image). You still flash as you would do a regular ROM, just with a Treble-enabled recovery.
Quick update to sync with Wight's updated battery data - from this build on you're supposed to use newer firmwares. OP has been updated with the mandatory new firmware requirement and TWRP build from Wight.
Thanks for your work,I have used aex for two days.It is very nice. But I notice a small problem that sometimes the fingerprint unlock is very slow and I have to touch several times to unlock it.Is it a bug of this rom?
Duble tap on screen for wake up dosent works too

AEX (AOSP Extended) and other Official GSIs are the best Images You can get for now (No big Bugs). Only one unofficial GSI was running good for Me and that was Pixel Expierence from XDA. I really have to find a way to edit the Vendor Content of our XZPs to gain more Features and stuff Like that. There are just many things i miss on my Xperia which are available on My AMOLED Axon 7 after editing the Vendor/OEM Image manually with Root... But no Wonder, the OEM Images are directly from SONY... But i'm looking Forward. Treble is the best what happend to Android in all this Years

Same here in all Points. What a nice Gift to the Holidays My XZ Premium feels like a actual Device again. Think i'll get one for My GF too. The Prices are low atm and it's just a Solid Piece of Hardware combined with Treble. Was thinking about Xiaomi for her but the G8141 plays Out the Most actual Devices in the Price Range (~300€). Only real Upgrade for me could be a XZ3 but looks like that has to wait now...
Edit. Think the XZ Premium has the better Design and Speaker Layout. But damn, i would Like to have a 1440p OLED SONY ?
@OP
Could You add the Vendor Partition to the Wipe Menu ,and System and OEM/Vendor Options in the Image Flash Menu from TWRP? I have that Options on My Axon 7 (OKI Labs TWRP Mod from XDA). I'm also unsure if the AROMA TWRP Patch Out of this Forum is already included. The TWRP Versions we use is a bit older i think (3.1.xxxx).
Everything besides Bluetooth is working really Well. Performance is a lot better compared to My Axon 7 and more will be possible after playing around with the Vendor Content. Great Base to Play with!
Thanks again! I'll spent a Coffee next Year!
Just modified the source codes and complied it.
@Miustone how's the camera in our XZP with AEX? Is it still as 'grumpy' as it was on Oreo?
I remember you working on enhancing the camera for AOSP.

It is much better right now. Full Camera 2 API Support including RAW and with the right APP like Open Camera do You have full Control of everything. The Sleep Dead Bug is with AEX no problem btw. Just enable the Always on Display Option and it will never sleep. Battery is pretty good and i get over the whole day with LTE+, Wifi and 4hrs+ Display usage. The Treble Kernel is really good and with some fine tuning with Kernel Adiutor is everything even better
I'm playing right now with the Vendor Partition eg. the build.prop and gained already some nice optimizations like better responding Ok Google Commands and better Noise Reduction. I think there will come soon some good stuff to Treble on our Xperias :fingers-crossed:
