[Q] Recover pictures?

Somewhere in the process of rooting, creating a nandroid backup, backing up apps and data with My Backup Pro, flashing a rom, and flashing back to a nandroid backup, I lost all of my pictures but all my videos were saved. Now, when I look in the location where my pictures are stored, all the pictures filenames show up but with 0kb file size and when I long press on a picture it says invalid file. I've tried Recuva and Hexamob to recover the pictures but neither have worked. Thoughts?

[Q] how to backup contact picture without sync

Hello, I often flash new roms to my phone. I noticed that my contact pictures have a very poor resolution after a fresh install and the following sync with the google servers.
Because of that I want the save and restore the high resolution pics without google sync. So there is no need to relink all contacts to gallery pics every time.
Can anyone please give me a hint, how to backup it with titanium backup? Or wich file / folder I have to backup? Thanks.

Final Fantasy 3 save file help

I apologize if this doesn't belong here but since I am a noob I can't respond in any developers thread. Every time I extract the save file it corrupts and only the quick save remains untouched. I can edit it with the editor but as soon as I place it back into its location and try any saves, quick save included, the save file corrupts. And either the original quick save remains or I have to delete the file and have the app create a new save. I have triple checked permissions..rw-rw-r...and even if I could change it my phone says it can't change the permissions. I am at a loss here and am hoping someone has a solution to this. Thanks in advance!

My solution is to use Titanium Backup to store/save your FF3 data. So when you flash a new rom and wipe data, you also use TB to restore that FF3 data.
Bing bang boom, saved data.

So I tried that and the same thing happens. Corrupted save. I don't know if the SIII has some sort of security or if Square has some sort of security they put on these files.

[Q] Titanium Backup failed to create XML data file

Every time I try to create an XML backup of anything (contacts, messages, etc.) it fails. It says at the bottom of the screen something like
"Failed to create file /storage/sdcard0/android/data/com.asdasd.titaniumbacup/files/download/232123-123.xml".
I don't remember the exact path but I browsed there and there wasn't a folder with that name so I created one and I still get the same message. This happens on every ROM that I have tried. Is anyone else having this problem with this phone? Thanks
Same problem here

I'm having the same issue when trying to backup but I have it on my external backup folder that I create. It backs up all my information except for wifi settings and bookmarks. The call logs and texting saves without an issue. I've tried everything to fix it without any luck, but if I figure I out, I'll post it here.

Will deleting Whatsapp delete the media in Photos/Whatsapp folder?

Will deleting Whatsapp delete the media in Photos/Whatsapp folder?
Also wil using App Data Manager to clear data be more helpful? I want to free up some space but I dont want all the pictures to be deleted.
Has anyone done it?
If it's related to a folder within your local user storage then just simply make a backup of these photos. If it's about application data (photos within APPDATA dir) - yes, you'll lose everything by uninstalling the app.
