Phone details update

Hi Admins,
Do you think it would be possible to update the phone specs in the Forum User settings to have the latest phones and specs, as it doesn't have all the newer models.

Already mentioned a few times.
It's not (easily) possible to do this. Because the patch for the PhpBB just allows 2 models.....

We can try to modify this patch and make it support more models.. any heads up?

XH01=0.5XHERMES+0.5TYTN ?!? IT WILL HELP U WITH SEARCH TOPICS!

OK , please use the search function . Hermes Wiki explains all you need w/details .
Remember to use HardSPL before you do anything .

i can not download roms from "4shared"

a lot of roms are deployed on "4shared.com", but i can not download them from this site.
i am from china,i searched the reason by google and baidu.a lot of guys have the same problems.
the best rom i love is DeepShining ROM,but the latest version is on 4shared,........
would u like not to deploy new version on that??

Windows Phone 7 Total Unbranding (or Debranding?), by ansar.

Dear forum members,
I successfully changed even the SPL and it works.
In the up to now WP7 unbranding ROMs it was changed the Radio, the XIP, the OS and BLDR etc.
So we can call it debranding, or not?
I can not estimate yet the implications on future developments but fore sure only the vendor ID checking is left.

Hi, is there any way to change the boot loader on Omnia 7 to some how re-enable Download Mode on devices that have the 3 button Download Mode combo disabled?

Hi,
- By changing the flashing process a bit.
- Yes it is definite for all htc devices, and any other brand too since the process is not device specific.
- I do not know yet because my device is unlocked but other users can feedback.
I am just testing an HD 7 to see if it is faster/stable than a previous unbranding rom inside.

Are there stock (branded) roms with the release build for the optimus 7? Cause I'm running build 6536 now and I would like to have the release build.

if i understand you can replace the RADIO,XIP,OS,BLDR Partition into an nbh file without broke is signature.
Can you explain a bit how to do this please.

I've searched far and wide for TWRP and custom roms for SM-J260Y/DS, but haven't gotten any results so far. I was wondering if anybody here has anything for this phone. So far TWRP exists for its other variants, but then they don't seem to be compatible with the one I have.

Sorry sharing the link is probably not allowed on XDA, but just google: "Samsung Galaxy J2 Core 4pda". You might also need to use google translate as it is a Russian site.

Yes, it's one of the files in the link a shared with you. Also I should tell that it is Russian by default for some reason. I don't know the tree source unfortunately.
