General SystemUI Tuner Night mode - Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4

Night mode in systemui tuner causes black screen like the warning says may happen. You can reboot by holding power + vol down for 15 sec and this should bring the screen back if you happen to have this issue.

My systemui tuner "horror" story
Careful with this app as triggering the wrong app can cause hard to correct consequences until you comprehend what has happened.
Certain apps are intended to say run only at initial setup. Evoking them after that can cause glitches a reboot will not fix.
I had to remove a null mark (presumably) with a 3rd party app because it was untouchable with the settings clear data pathway. It was quite the pain to track down and reset
When the shortcut was tried the window just flashed, and nothing more. However when connected to the C port it gave a popup warning that only rebooting removed.
Fortunately I avoided having do a factory reset to clear it.

[Q] My lockscreen and power menu is gone

So I was using the hardware test on my T-Mobile SGS2 by dialing *#0*# and I tried the sleep mode test. After quitting the hardware test, I realized that when I press the power button when my screen shut off, I don't see the lock screen anymore. It jumps right to the home screen. Also, when I hold the power button down, I don't get the power menu, instead, the phone shuts off. I feel like the phone is still in the hardware testing mode, at least for the sleep mode. Any clue on how to fix this?
Edit: I did notice that every time I restart my my phone, the factory test service starts running.
Bad move. I believe the only way to fix this is factory reset....

Unfortunately that's the only solution I see to this.

[Q] Phone keeps shutting off by itself

The model of my phone is SGH-T999. It is not rooted (I'm going to root it soon though), its running Android 4.3 and I do admit I've dropped it a few times but it has a cover. It shuts off at the most random moment and restarts itself, and sometimes it won't go past the Galaxy SIII logo before restarting itself once more. Theres a possibility the lock button has something to do because when it stays in that startup loop I play around with the lock button till it finally finishes the startup succesfully, but I don't know how the lock button can make it shut down on its own while its turned on without me touching the "power off" option in the window that comes up.
Let's assume for a minute that the Power Button is not the culprit of the reboot. Its certainly possible that the button causes reboots during Boot. Several people have discovered, this button can get stuck.
So given that, let examine your Reboot. You may have to try a factory reset to see if that helps. Typically if there are a lot of background apps running, the phone may get warm and reboot.
Speaking of temperature, you may want to use some Battery Temp monitor like TempMonitor. Stock firmware tends to have low tolerance for temperature and may force Reboot.
Holdin the power button will force a hard reset btw. So if itz sticking that'll do it.

Stuck at Black Sceen Crash

I just did a reboot of my tab and it got stuck at what I call "Black Sceen Crash".
Looks like being switched off - but isn't.
It does react on screen touches with a very brief vibration.
And it gets a litte warm.
Does not react on long pressing power button - so no reboot, no download mode, whatsoever.
Guess I have to let it run out of battery - which might take couple of days with screen off. We'll see.
Any idea what to do or what could have caused that behavior? Any similar experience?
Before trying to reboot there was no mobile connection, and I wanted to reboot to get it reconnected. Otherwise no problem.
I am running stock Samsung ROM, rooted, Skyhigh Kernel, OC/UV.

Yeah, I also discovered long pressing power button alone does not force-reset the device. I managed to reset it though by press-hold Power + Home + Either Vol Up/Down. Give that a try.
I can't remember whether it was the Vol Up or Down, try one then the other if it didn't work first time. Good luck.
After a while (30 min probably) it did not any more react on screen touches and was cold. Off maybe? Still no reaction on long pressed Power Button. Tried Volume Down+Home+Power Button - and fortunately it revived the tablet. Strange. Thanks for the hint!
I face the Black screen of death and the device (T805) was not responding to any reboot, recovery or download mode actions, sent it back to Samsung support and they claim an internal piece of HW need to be replaced, I refused that and asked for refund or new device... After a week I got a replacement device...

My Pixel freezes sometimes

So I normally just close the case cover and it causes the tab to go to sleep. A couple of times when I pull it off the charger, it wont respond to touches at all. And I am forced to hold the power button down until it turns off and then I can turn it back on and it works fine after that.
Has anyone seen this type of issue before.
I have similar issue but during use, without go to sleep. Pixel freezes sometimes and i am forced to do a hard reboot.
Is there a way to get the advanced menu for restarting it vs just powering off?

Yes, if you are rooted, install Xposed then the module gravity box.

Amazon Version LG G820QM lock screen loop need to do factory reset.

After changing quick setting options in pull down, my phone has gone into a lock screen loop every second. I have spammed the display and managed to get into the camera app but can't get into setting to reverse the problem. ADB sees the device as "unauthorized".
Factor Reset seems to be the next option.
I have read every forum and can't get factory reset to work
tried
Unplugged and plugged I held Vol down.... Held power in a until first logo appears, release power and repress. I also held power down for a few seconds then repressed power at red spinning LG logo. I tried a bunch of other things but didn't work
I have the Alexa version with out the action button. G820QM
Any advice welcome. TY

Just hold down and power constantly until you see the recovery loading screen
