No, it doesn't.
However, you can install Lawnchair launcher, with Lawnicons and Lawnfeed plugins, and have themed icons.

Install Unicon (I think its now called Icon Themer)
Install Icon pack of your choice (I'd suggest Belle UI)
Apply icon pack in Unicon

unable to get the dynamic icon working using xposed, unicorn and belle ui.
another option was to use nova launcher which supports dynamic icons.
was wondering if there is some way to port this feature to touchwiz without having to use 3rd party launchers or xposed...

Latest version of Nova Launcher supports dynamic icons and it works just fine, was trying to get it working on Touchwiz (without using Xposed)
SO FINALLY OUR XDA DEVELOPER MEMBER @amirzaidi Created Rootless pixel launcher and updating it day by day with new awesome features .
Features of Rootless Pixel Launcher 1.4
1 . Swipe to open google now pane
2. Rounded pixel icon.
3. FOR WEATHER enable location and refresh google now page.
4. Date widget
5. all pixel feature .
6. Blue accent color.
7. For app shortcut you need to be on Android 7.1
8. Google Wallpaper and ok google working
9. Google pill animation.
10. more features in new version

Removed the 4 columns grid on Motorola's OS
A lot of work went into the app suggestion library to make it semi-work
Added the Pixel Launcher app icon and updated the version name to 1.5

Ya non suggested version not developed properly just downloaded suggested version apk and go to setting and turn off suggestions...

On My Moto G3 Stock grid 5x5 not works too.
Well custom rom users can use original pixel launcher as i said its for rootless phones stock one
How did you edit the grid size from 4*4 to 5*5 l.

The 5x5 or 4x4 grid is DPI-related and currently works functionally identical to the Pixel. If you want to change it, change your own DPI.
The Lawnchair Launcher is based on the Google Pixel launcher, brought to you by the dev on XDA, deletescape. It's much lighter than Nova Launcher with essential customization that allows you to change the icons and etc. It works really well with our Mi A1.

I was bored in class so I've made on inkscape some wallpapers for my OnePlus 5.
I recommend you to use it on latest OnePlus Launcher and/or OxygenOS, I based the design on it. (PS: stock 411dp used)
Let me know if I can improve it with any request.

Important:
There are many version depending on your battery icon(stock, circle, with %...), "Dash charging" icon and "100%" don't fits well, but it's inevitable, I think it doesn't matter at all because 100% icon only last about some minutes and Dash charging icon only shows when fast charging so it's last also little time.

I'll support only stock launchers (eg: Pixel launcher, Google now launcher, OnePlus launcher...) since custom launchers are very customizables and I would have to do a wallpaper for every person. Sorry

sure I'll give it a try. who knows I might love it i customise the launcher(nova mostly) to something that's very according to my needs and hence, a bit off with the default setup. but I have google launcher installed too, and I'll keep any eye on this thread for update
Updated OP with important notes.
I've redesigned the lockscreen wallpapers with bigger font and support for all battery icon configurations. I'll do the same for OnePlus Launcher version

Long press homescreen, select "Wallpapers" and swipe to the right for the lockscreen wallpaper, then you can go to the gallery and search your downloaded wallpaper

I want to get the stock miui look with the poco launcher. I really dont like the shape and the way the icons look so if someone knows about a icon pack with the stock default icons from miui system launcher or if i could somehow port them from another device as an icon pack it would be really appreciated!
P.S. i'm not rooted and haven't even unlocked the bootloader at least yet.
