Just try this rom and mobile banking didnt work, i try magisk hide but no work too
I am curious why lot of new android 10 cant pass some of mobile banking app while rootless... In my test, only nitrogen rom and stagOS rom can pass it

Dirty flash or must clean flash?

[Update] new build with FP chnges reverted (as reported by some)
Those who have issue may update from like below , if no issue stay on this build

Why some apps telling me the device is rooted?
Then I check via Root Checker, it is not.
Well actually I have not rooted my device.

There are some bugs I would like you to know about..
Bug where I can't turn off At a Glance at top of home screen.
Bug where wi-fi calling not working.
Bug where settings opens slowly and at some time it just won't open (although happened only once)
Bug where hotspot isn't working properly (can't use data, showing no internet on other devices when I connect it to them)
And one last thing camera is so bad in this version only pro mode working fine)
That's all I can say for now..

What's working :
Everything that worked in last OFFICIAL build.
There are NO MODIFICATIONS at all. If something didn't work in the last official LineageOS release, it wont work in this build.

Reboot to TWRP recovery

Why Nougat in 2020 ?
Devices like these wont be able to handle newer Android versions. Nougat is by far, the smoothest ROM I had on this device and so built it after I found my device lying in my drawer.
Also, cm-14.1 branch still gets security updates so its a win-win for me

E1001 Error
If you face E1001 Error after Wiping everything (cache/dalvik/system/data).. Then use the terminal to create recovery directory in /cache folder by executing:

I am not there in the group. Just found out my close to 6 year old device with twrp-3.1.1 and old lineage build from 2017 and so though of building a new one with latest security patch.
Also, planning to build the same ROM with Signature Spoofing enabled for installing MicroG.

Sir, one problem face when play music it's stop few second and start after, this type of error face several times. Any soultion for this

Nice work man, please try update it for every 1-3 months for funs. Also please try update kernel to latest 3.4.x revisions (3.4.113).

Do you mean play music as in Google Play Music app or the default eleven music app ?
Also, try using Phonograph, I checked with this app and didn't face this issue.

Did you try flashing the provided zip in that thread ?
Or do you want me to add this as a default kernel for future builds ?
As, I am not quite sure whether I would be able to invest so much time which is why I kept everything as default.
Just trying to keep the device alive without any modifications so that in case my phone dies, I atleast have a backup with latest security patches.

Yes I installed a phantom zip core. It is good to have the latest kernel revision, although this revision is also from 2016 and the kernel is not updated.
Phantom kernel is I think for Android 5, but it also works on 7.1.
I just wanted to suggest if you don't want to set this kernel as the default and add changes with Android 7.1.
But if you don't have time for it, don't do it.
I also only use it as a backup phone and it's my favorite.
It's been 7 years and absolutely no defect.
New battery only.

I installed it and it works great but does anybody have issues with the headphone jack not working and it plays sound out of the speakers instead. Some earphones I have work with it but some don't and the one's that don't work with this phone work on all of my other devices and computer. Is there a way to force it to use the headphone jack?

Confused After This Update.
My sensor isnt working on only nougut ROMS. Sensor was working good in nougut. Currently Stock MIUI,LineageOS andriod 10 of tarkzim have working sensor but sensor isnt working only nougut ROM.DID November security patch of nougut did something other nougut ROMS old builds. No sensor working on lineage-14.1-20181010-nightly-armani-signed (Last official lineage-OS build) Build also.Before this build lineage-14.1-20181010-nightly-armani-signed sensor was working but currently flashing this builds ,show no sensor in CPUZ(Black sensor TAB)
OK GOING back stock MIUI until tarkzim release next stable andriod 10 including fix of bluetooth headphone sound for music or wait next build of nougut including security patch december 2020 including sensor fix.

I am experiencing the same thing with the spotify app as well. I am also experiencing random reboots for some reason.

I still don't understand how the error when installing this ROM occurs, I have followed all the instructions but it doesn't work. Can you explain why my Redmi 1s smartphone failed to install this lineage rom ?

Supported. But GApps survived from OTA might be crashing, so you need to manually flash NikGApps again.

Update: Sorry because Opengapps is not support Android 11 as I checked

"crdroid home stopped working" when changing wallpaper
"swipe from edge for going back" stop working if nav bar is hidden
EDIT : found another setting to set the length to "hidden". Working fine now.
apart from wallpaper issue

You can, but use the EU 20.12.28 for safety

The ROM is working amazingly! There are some glitches that can be fixed by tinkering with the settings like hiding the nav bar and having the gestures work properly.
Also, I don't like the default camera app, but i saw that many GCam ports work perfectly.
I will be staying with this ROM from here on, it's very light, responsive and I have not encountered any bugs.

Most likely yes, android 13 will be

Is it suitable with Rename, Mystique, and Panda Kernel? I asked because according to Franco Kernel Manager there is no sound option to increase earphone volume in stock rom kernel.

Is it suitable with Rename, Mystique, and Panda Kernel? I asked because according to Franco Kernel Manager there is no sound option to increase earphone volume in stock rom kernel.

I tried few times with the system updater. but it shows "apps close"
maybe I didn't perform it properly. but thank you.

hello, how is the performance of this ROM? Do you have any BUT?

1) Does this pass SafetyNet?
2) Does this have the same features as CrDroid v8.7?

Very impressed by the fact that you still provide the last security updates for the CrDroid 7 (A11) rom, I installer this more recent CrDroid 8 (A12) rom on my second daisy (A13 version is still a but young for my usage). I hope I won't encounter any issue and in such case that you will maintain it as well as the previous version (3 security updates/year is fine)
PS: Unfortunately I have a significant issue with the Voltage OS A13 rom (see dedicated topic) and no solution yet which is the reason why I started looking elsewhere...
Edit: no play store with NikGapps-core-arm64-12.1-20220905-signed following the installation instructions, nor magisk. I had to reinstall the last version. I think the installation instruction are false, you need to reboot to recovery after twrp flash to install magisk and the gapps properly.
Edit2: play store won't connect: "no internet connection" but I am connected via wifi...
Edit3: after a new proper install (reboot to recovery after twrp flash and magisk install AFTER gapps, not in inverse order in queue) everything seems ok

Installation Guide
Sideload
1. fastboot flash the 4 recovery image from download link under the "Recovery_Files" directory
2. Reboot device into recovery mode
3. Enter ADB sideload mode
4. adb sideload ROM.zip
5.Wipe data/cache/dalvik-cache
6. Sideload preferred zip files (magisk, gapps etc.)
7. Reboot to system

Warning :
There appears to be an issue with Adaptive charging, it ignores temperature readings. Disabling adaptive charging in settings might resolve this issue. I don't have a device to test my theory with.
Edit: It has been confirmed that disabling adaptive charging resolves the issue.

Anyone can help me how to get Dolby Atmos on this rom working..

This will break user installed Gapps package if an update is installed using local update

Will be updated at least monthly with latest security patches/vendor blobs. I have another build planned for today with a reimplementation of OnePlus Extras made by RisingOS team.
While doing bug fixes and test changes I may make 10 builds in one day (I did this for Nord N200 yesterday ) it all depends on system stability. If it's stable I update less frequently.

New builds will have GAPPS built in so you will be able to use local update.
