Question A12 TWRP not booting - Moto G40 / G60

Hey, I want to flash PE13 on my moto g60.
I am trying to boot to A12 TWRP from windows cmd but my device gets stuck on moto boot splash screen as soon as the process gets finished on cmd.
Attaching the CMD Screenshot.
I'm running android 12 stock rom. Saw the closed TWRP thread, someone else has also mentioned the same issue but was not replied to with a solution. Can you please help me out, this is the only smartphone I have for two weeks.

That's weird.... Platform tools are from the Google's official page? Just checking.
If yes...then honestly I don't know.
Maybe @Raghu varma can help with an idea on this.

Did you not clear the data before flashing the twrp?

I cleared the data. Tried flashing it from another windows PC. It worked. Weird.

It appears to get to the part where it starts to load the OS. In this case try to get into recovery. If you can get into recovery, great! Then just adb sideload the latest ROM from OnePlus.

Did it, problem persist. :crying:
I'm not see the video but why you flash twrp and flash any other rom and try ?
Finally, OnePlus has told me that motherboard is not working. So have to change phone.

Can anyone get a Solution to this screen problem?

Phone always greets me with this pixelloided screen.
Its becoming an issue slowly.
Whenever I press the power button i get this screen. It persists for a while and goes off by itself.

How to do that without unlocking BL?

Not that I'm aware of, you might want to try a Factory Data Reset first. After doing the appropriate backups first of course.
If that fails, unlock the BL, flash stock. Once you verify it works lock the BL again. You might have to FDR again to get the Play Store to show Certified if clearing data under Apps doesn't work.
I wish I could still trust my Robin, but I have a battery heating issue that nothing seems to fix. Hence my signature showing my former backup phone as my DD.

Yes, Magisk works fine on A13.
Just make sure you boot the patched boot.img file and direct install. To avoid possible issues
@Rifle003 Welcome to XDA! You can also click the yellow How To Guide quick filter located at the top of the list of threads in this section, and you'll find several helpful threads about rooting this phone - at least some of which include information about rooting Android 13 - which that itself is no different than rooting Android 12.

That actually increases your chance of issues. If it successfully boots the "fastboot boot"'d one, but messes up the "direct installed" one, then you've incremented the antirollback counter, but now will fail to boot, which could lead to a brick if you messed something up like forgot to install the bootloader to the second slot.
The best way to install is to "select and patch a file" from magisk, then "fastboot flash" it to both slots. Of course also make sure that you "fastboot flash" the bootloader to both slots as well (prior to installing A13).

Yes, I already managed to fix it and installed the firmware. But never got around to installing TWRP. After I install TWRP on the phone, I start a cycle of reboots and nothing else, and so I've reflashed and tried differently every time, but still can't get TWRP installed. Maybe you know how to solve this problem?

Type this on Google: brp 3.5.2 v2.7 pling
And download exactly that version.
This TWRP is for Miui 12.0.x and custom rom based on that.

Question Does anyone have TWRP of 9rt

Thanks for your reply
Do not flash trwp. From my own experience.

TWRP is available, but only for booting and NOT flashing.
I've never needed to even boot it because I've just flashed ROMs via fastboot.

That's because you did not install the fastboot driver. your phone is not recognized in fastboot mode because you did not install the driver.
