Question Trying to run a vm... but failing right at fastboot - Google Pixel 6 Pro

Hi.
I read, that I should be able to run VMs on my device. The Google Documentation says to run 'fastboot oem pkvm enable', but fastboot says
Code:
FAILED (remote: 'Unknown OEM command')
fastboot: error: Command failed
My fastboot is up to date (fastboot version 33.0.3-8952118). I am running the January 2023 Stock ROM...
Any ideas why this won't work? (I am already rooted...)

So I got unlock code from motorola, all good. But, when I go to do the unlock I get this error
FAILED (remote: 'Command not supported in default implementation')
fastboot: error: Command failed
This is on Win 10, Mac 11, and Ubuntu 20.
I enabled developer options, usb debugging, and oem bootloder unlock....
No clue What I am missing here....

have you ever tried to reinstall the Stock Rom with Rescue and Smart Assistant (LMSA) from Lenovo and then try again to unlock the Bootloader?
make sure you use the latest adb/fastboot binaries
in my case I couldnt execute `fastboot reboot fastboot` because my adb/fastboot binaries were to old. I followed wiki.lineageos.org/adb_fastboot_guide.html to get the latest versions.
also have this problem, still can't figure it out

Some distros will need you to run fastboot with a priviliged user. Try "sudo fastboot".

Unlocking bootloader once again after locking it.

Hi!
I've been following this thread and everything gone fine. I converted to global, then did OTA and after that I've relocked my bootloader. Everything is okay but I would like to root my phone now. Hence I need to unlock bootloader again but old unlock code seems not working and I cannot get new unlock code via fastboot.
After trying with old unlock code (which I get when I was on Tmobile) I got this output:
Code:
fastboot flash cust-unlock unlock_code.bin
Sending 'cust-unlock' (0 KB) OKAY [ 0.013s]
Writing 'cust-unlock' FAILED (remote: 'Flashing is not allowed in Lock State')
fastboot: error: Command failed
After this failed attempt I thought that I will try to get a new unlock_code.bin from OnePlus but I've met another problemwhen I was trying to get unlock code which we need then paste on OnePlus site:
Code:
fastboot.exe oem get_unlock_code
FAILED (remote: 'Unknow command')
fastboot: error: Command failed
Any ideas what can I do right now to unlock bootloader once again ?
EDIT:
SOLUTION:
If someone will be in the same situation. You don't need to flash unlock_code.bin for another time. You just simply do:
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
and it's working as champ. Remember it will wipe your phone.

TWRP failed install on 3a XL Android 9

I have been trying and failing to get TWRP installed on my Pixel 3a XL running Android 9 stock image
Trying the recommended install instructions from the TWRP website, I keep getting the following error;
Code:
C:\platform-tools>fastboot boot twrp.img
Sending 'boot.img' (65536 KB) FAILED (Write to device failed (no link))
fastboot: error: Command failed
C:\platform-tools>fastboot recovery twrp.img
fastboot: usage: unknown command recovery
C:\platform-tools>fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
Sending 'recovery' (65536 KB) FAILED (Write to device failed (no link))
fastboot: error: Command failed
I have ensured the bootloader is unlocked, I have updated drivers from the OEM package, I can see devices properly with fastboot and adb, and I've even flashed stock images with fastboot. I've tried looking up this error, but all results point to solutions that don't work, or deleted posts. If anyone has some insight, I'd very much appreciate it.
Update to the latest version of Android or try an older version of TWRP. The latest version of TWRP doesn't like Android 9 (possibly other versions as well).
I believe this was the last update for twrp on android 9
