Question Could we see the spark home of the redmi note 12 turbo model? - Xiaomi Poco F4 (Munch) / Redmi K40S

hello!! I'm currently using the spark chrome on the k40s and it's working very well. Thank you again. I would like to ask you to build a ROM for the xredmi note 12 turbo model for the domestic market in China that was released this time. This is the phone I want to buy when the Sparkrom comes out.

Redmi Note 5 released in TW with support for LTE 2 and 4

The Redmi Note 5 Pro was recently released in Taiwan this week. Over here, it is sold as just the "Redmi Note 5".
Interestingly, the specifications (link in Chinese) list LTE coverage for bands B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28. Other hardware seems to be the same otherwise.
Unless they made a typo, it looks like this is a similar situation to when the Redmi Note 3 was rereleased in TW as the Redmi Note 3 special edition (Kate) with expanded band coverage.
Will this mean that Roms for the Xiaomi Red Note 5 Pro (WHYRED) may be incompatible for the Redmi Note 5 special edition?
there is no "PRO" for regions other than INDIA
the phone for the rest world is Redmi Note 5 China/Global etc
Anyone know where to buy this TW version?
Seems like it supports the same bands as the RN3 SE.

Honor 7X AL version works well in North America?

I'm looking to buy a new phone and considering both the Honor 7X and the Redmi 5 Plus. The main deterrent from the 7X is that listing that are priced competitively are all for AL or TL versions of the phone. The AL version has 1 out of 8 Bands for 4G and 1 out of 2 Bands for 3G on Telus in Canada. It also comes with a custom "Global" ROM that the seller installs. I'm wondering if the AL version can be rooted so that I can install the same ROMs shared on this website. Or at the very least using OTA to update to a non-Chinese version of Oreo. I'd also like to know if only using half the bands for 3G is going to affect my reception. I don't care about 4G too much since I don't use data.

Note 10 plus 4g vs 5g international version

Hello all, I was planning on getting the Note 10 plus international to use on ATT in the US. The reason being is because the Exynos has support for rooting and custom roms. My question is if i were to purchase the international version, what would be the difference between the 5G and regular 4G? Would the 5G work in the US? Regular bands seems identical on both devices, but would the 5g also work once they are available?
Thank you in advance
I currently have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 SM-N950F/DS Dual SIM. It been working great for the past couple of years.

This is up to you if you want too future proof the device with getting 5h or not so? I recall 5g will be rolling out slowly in the US.
Thats the idea, but will it actually work? On att in the US if I purchase the international 5g model?
Ps. Is the snapdragon versions still an issue to install custom roms?
I don't know if it's important for you, but the 5g model is single sim only. Dual sim is only available on the 4g version.
Had the dual sim for my note 8 because of availability, but I do not have a need for the dual sim. Just was curious as to the band compatibility of 5g because i cant find anywhere where it states that the european 5g is the same as us 5g

WIll this be a good phone for roms in the future ? USA LTE bands

Im wanting to run this phone for usa tmobel it only supports 3 out of 6 lte bans.
Im on wifi most of the time so it not a big deal but I would like at least 10 up and dowm.
I was going to get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 but this looks like it may be a bit better for roms, am I right?

Question International or T-Mobile?

I am considering purchasing the OnePlus 9 or 9 Pro. As a longtime T-Mobile customer I want to know if the International version of the phone is 100% compatible with T-Mobile. I have read on some web sites that there are frequency bands missing on the International version that are supported on the T-Mobile version. I would prefer to buy the International version because updates would come sooner. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks!
Yes, my last 2 Global OnePlus's works great with tmobile usa including 5g...
I used 3T, 5, 6T, 7Pro and 8Pro international version with TMO sim and no issues. All works great (in my area) including 5G. (not sure about the SA band on OnePlus though, only recently updated my sim card and 5G SA works on my international S21 Ultra).
You'll have to make sure you get a model with the right bands when it comes out.
I always buy from the manufacture. The mobile cell providers always have to add their crummy annoying software tweaks.
I do not case which one as long as custom recovery and custom rom are available
I'm also a long time T-Mobile customer, and I will always buy from the manufacturer going forward. T-Mobile puts too much crapware on the phones. I also like to root and mod my device, and it's a real pain to do that on a T-Mobile device.
Been on TMo for ages. Still will alway sbuy the unlocked international version.
