Looks pretty obvious to me. The IMEI has been blacklisted. You probably bought it from a disreputable seller who either stole the device or bought it from someone who had.
This is why you NEVER buy phones on eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Always buy from Swappa. Even Amazon sellers can be suspect.
I would say you should seek a return and refund with the seller, but I am guessing that they most likely knew it was blacklisted, so you're probably SOL. You can try calling the number on the screen, but if the device was indeed reported stolen and/or has a lien on it, there's nothing they can do.

It literally tells you the reason.

Artemis Faulty Display

Hi all.
I bought the p3300 about 4 months ago in Prague.
2 weeks ago a problem started, as the display appears awkward.
the touch screen still working, and so does all the functions,
but the screen appears white.
i sent it to a lab, but they didn't know how to fix it.
(no HTC repair center in Israel.)

what should I do? should I buy a new LCD screen and install it?
another q - is it recommended to install new ROM in order to have more program memory?
thank you.
Ronny
anyone? please?
U should check cable LCD-to-systemboard.... If you have no warranty
i have warranty but it's invalid in Israel, as HTC has no representatives here.
sending it to europe will cost as buying a new LCD.
anyway, i checked the cables and they seem fine... though i don't have spare ones to replace...

Samsung Taylor

So i was given this phone as a gift,

i couldnt find much info on ebay for how much it's worth??
the samsung taylor is what they gave out as pre-release phones for developers. it's pretty much a limited edition phone which you won't ever see hit the shelves. If you've got one, you could probably put it up on ebay for $500, and see if you get many bids on it. It's just that given there are very few of those phones around, you might not get many trying to buy it either.
in saying that though, i know quite a few people who want phones with physical 3-pair keys (back/start/search). So you might get a good deal if you spread the word.
make sure it doesn't have a Microsoft asset tag under the battery, I'd be careful there.
Thats an interesting gift to be given.
I would personally keep it as they are quite unique.

Will the Chinese version work in USA networks

Good morning guys. I am no professional when it comes to phone bands, network, etc. So I would like to ask for some help. I recently purchased a Chinese version of the one plus 3 and will use it in the USA under T-Mobile. Seller said in his item description that it will work in t-mobile, AT&T just fine however I did my research and found mix answers some say it does some say they don't.

Hard to talk to these eBay sellers sometimes. I just want the assurance
T-Mobile
AT&T
Aw so it means it not. That sucks seller telling me it does work. I'll have to return it and look for a USA version of the phone

LineageOS - Mi Max 2 // Cant use samsung pay with my Gear Sport

Every time i start the Samsung Pay - Gear plugin it throws this error: Unauthorized Modifications have been made to your device, Call Customer service for more info. (RD-FX). So after getting this error a couple of times i decided to check the log dump for Samsung Pay and found this:

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

}
My phone isn't currently rooted so these errors don't make any sense. The only issue i could think of is the fact that im using LineageOS. So after some more digging i came across this in a live log:
I don't know if this means Samsung Pay classifies kgsl-3d0 as untrusted or if it is the other way around but this problem must have something to do with that file. Im just wondering if someone else has encountered this problem before and if it's possible to solve it.

How to unlock bootloader of Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Canada (G988W)

Hi, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Canada (G988W) several months ago. I can not unlock the bootloader because of the missing "OEM Unlock" in the development mode.
I tried the method on Youtube such as turning off auto time and date and changing the date to half a year before the actual date, but it did not work.
I had even asked for help from several merchants who did rom service of samsung mobile phones; however, they all told me they were not able to do it because of my software version of G988W.
Can anyone help me?

Yeah sorry pal, S20 Series with U/U1/W model numbers are locked, and cannot be unlocked (at least not officially).
There are some paid services claiming to unlock it, however, it is not recommend, for there won't be a lot of development. Beautiful device though.
