How To Guide UNOFFICIAL TWRP 3.7 beta from MikaelaNeia install guide android 13 - Xiaomi 11T

I have downloaded the image from GitHub 3 days before the creator removed it so it's basically like archiving it. Works on MIUI 14
Install steps are:
1. download the twrp.img from MikaelaNeia
2. Connect your phone to PC and boot to fastboot and flash the twrp.img file as boot <fastboot flash boot twrp.img>
3. boot to recovery <fastboot reboot recovery> and copy your stock boot.img from firmware to your device.
4. Flash the stock boot img and don't reboot yet.
5. copy your twrp.img to your device and go to Advanced ----> Install recovery ramdisk and tap on twrp.img
6. install it and reboot to system.
That's it
If you were rooted, you have to root again by flashing magisk apk

Unfortunately the picture is too small to read from it. It is great! It means your device can receive fastboot commands! I can guide you how to install stock Oxygen os 3.2.7. That also means you lose your data from internal storage. Do you want Oxygen os 3.2.7?

This is actually quite easy
1. Unlock the phone using the well documented process
2. Download TWRP for Mi Max 3 (on your PC)
3. Get ADB tools on your PC
4. Download Magisk.zip on the phone
5. Put your phone in fastboot mode
6. Boot TWRP on the phone ( no need to install, you can disregard the encryption comment)
7. Using TWRP flash the Magisk.zip you have downloaded
8. Reboot - and you are rooted

Instructions to install twrp and root not wifi error on all rom

Resources:
1. TWRP img: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1M04t6uspBLDJfHXFfJQeOzqDRSk56UMF
2. TWRP zip: https://drive.google.com/open?id=16IbNJJspaqqimqdLeNGBnkRoj3rZ0zcR
Copy all into adb folder
Proceed:
1. Connect the device in fastboot mode, enter the command cmd: fastboot boot TWRP-3.3.1-1004-ASUS_ROG2-CN-wzsx150.img (boot, not flash boot, I do not write missing)
The machine will automatically boot into twrp
2. In Twrp choose Advanced => ADB sideload, enter the command: adb sideload TWRP-3.3.1-1004-ASUS_ROG2-CN-wzsx150.zip
3. Reboot into Twrp, select Advanced => Install root
Done, start and enjoy!

I was on ww 1908.12 with twrp installed. I then updated to magisk 20.0 by flashing the zip through twrp. This caused me to lose twrp and I get an error unbootable slot when trying to enter into recovery now. Since there is no dev support I figure I'm not missing much without it. I was able to update to the latest firmware ww1908.25 by downloading the file from the op gdrive link. Moving it to root then apply update. Go to magisk install to inactive slot and reboot.

Never used MIflash so I don't know how that works. I thought it's only to install stock rom, but I might be wrong. Use ADB to install custom ROMs
With the img file you can boot to twrp with ADB command. Then after installing a custom rom use the zip file to flash it .

find dee_stroy twrp img one. use adb (platfom-tool), then turn off your device and make it go to bootloader state (fastboot). on platform-tool open cmd. (just type on folder path cmd) then type fastboot boot (the name twrp).img and you are set to go. if you wanted to install twrp permanently, after u boot twrp via bootloader, copy the twrp zip to your device and install it. the procedure is all; the same for every rom tho. nothing has changed

This has been documented elsewhere...
The short version is
1) fastboot boot twrp.img
2) adb push twrp-installer.zip /sdcard
3) use TWRP to install the zip
If you also want Magisk you have to install that again. Flash from TWRP or follow the usual process.

First install:
Use the first install.bat file included in the extracted zip folder, in Fastboot mode.
With Twrp/wipe format data type yes/reboot twrp(if errors red lignes, repeat the operation by restarting on the Twrp each time).
You need to update with OTA not directly with TWRP.
You may be using an older version of TWRP.
These roms are Hybrid you can use the update.bat file included in the extracted zip folder, in Fastboot mode.

Disable force encrypt, to remove the encryption on partition
D.F.E is not necessary if you:
Format the data
To update
If you use a TWRP which decrypts the data.
No lock screen security.
