[Q] Which browser for offline viewing of pages?

Hi, it happens many a times that I am at home and push a few links to my phone for later reading in the tube (where there is no net connectivity). These links fully load in my Dolphin Browser HD, and I exit the browser without clearing the history or the cache. But when I open the Browser in the tube, the links start refreshing automatically, and since there is no connectivity, it gives me an error. So I can't access the page which technically should have been there.
Is there any way out? Any browser/addon which supports offline viewing?
I'm fairly sure there is an add on in the market for Dolphin which lets you save pages for offline viewing. I think it's called "Read It Later" or something similar.
Thanks. I already tried Read it Later, and it keeps FC. It is lame and doesn't work at all.

[Q] Facebook and Instagram not loading on home wifi

Hello everyone. My Note 4 is a wonderful phone, and I love it to pieces, but I have just one gripe about it. Whenever I am connected to my home WiFi, my Facebook posts and Instagram posts do not load. I know it is not an Internet problem because all of my other apps I use(reddit, chrome, etc.) load completely flawlessly. If I'm connected to my friends WiFi, or cellular data, Facebook and Instagram work just fine. What could be my problem? Thanks!

Oct Oreo update: my 5X now refereshes all apps all the time

After the October update, my 5X now refreshes all apps all the time. The simplest experiment is have zero apps open, now I open a web browser (chrome, firefox, etc) and then switch to the home screen. Now when I switch back to web browser it reloads a web page. The same happens with all other apps (e.g. podcast player). I have eliminated all background apps. After rebooting the system reports 720-ish free MB of RAM. After I start a web browser, it reports 600-ish. So there is still plenty of memory, but the apps just can't stay in memory.

Tapping URLs opens Play Store, which then crashes

I'm using a OP5T with rooted OOS.
I'm encountering a problem where tapping URLs in certain apps (Boost for Reddit, FB Messenger, Tapatalk, etc) won't open my Chrome browser, but will take me back to my launcher with the "Google Play Store has stopped"
I have quadruple-checked that Chrome is set as the default link handler, have denied Play Store from opening any URLs that arent play.google.com, cleared cache/data, rebooted etc, but the error still persists.
I've found people having a similar issue, but in their instances it was them being taken to a Play Store listing for shady software instead of the correct URL (due to malware). In my case, it seems like the phone is trying to go to PS instead of Chrome, then crashing PS when it can't complete the request.
Any ideas?
