Would it not be a good idea to be able to filter out posts. For example: I have an XDA I, and I hate the sight or seeing XDA II results.

Photo App/Photo Editor

I found this girl on Instagram and her photos look pretty cool. Just curious if anyone would know what apps she might be using. She doesn't look like she's going to reveal which apps she's using.
Here's the link to her photos.

This is with a iPhone, my sister does this. In my opinion it looked horrible, and way over done.
Sent from one of my phones! Thank me.
Looks like just hdr mode on iphone with the saturation really turned up and tweaked brightness and contrast. My amaze 4g took better pics

You can do it with friend caster photo editor. And I agree brother,it looks horrible.
FROM A GALAXY BETTER THAN YOURS.
That's what we like to call over-cooked HDR. You can pretty much do the same thing by adding one of those old school filters or a yellow tint filter and pushing up the contrast and saturation. It's pretty much used as a distraction for bad composition
Does anyone know its this is an Android or iPhone app for this framing effect?
Sorry didn't want to start a new thread.

Anyone noticed redish photos with white backgrounds indoors?

Hey there, new to this forum. Wondering if anyone has experienced a reddish tint in photos with white backgrounds indoors. Looks like this...

Yeah I get that too. Apparently its pretty common across many phones from many manufacturers. Just Google "phone camera red tint" and you will see what I mean.

Thanks for the reply. Yea noticed that searching as well. Also had it on my g2x. Is it just bad software recognition of white then?

I seem to notice it worse with incandescent light. If I were to guess I'd say its a general Android driver problem since most all of the devices experiencing it are Android. Though I've seen fewer cases of iPhones doing it as well so I really don't know at that point.

I don't seem to get it anymore with camera zoom fx

This is an issue with many smartphone cameras, regardless of manufacturer.
It's a combination of hardware, software, and a mixture of different White balance values.

Samsung flexible displays, what's to come?

I don't know if everyone saw this year's CES Conference, but Samsung released a bit of information on some nice lookin' devices.
Flexible displays
Innovative technology
A tablet that folds into a phone?
I'll let you be the judge, what do you think?

What's to come is HUGE foldable full HD unbreakable screens that are twice the size of our GN2, lighter and faster. That and a lot of sad looks from currently proud GN2 owners. Sigh.
Where's my robot girlfriend?

That video is sick!!! Thanks for sharing this....I've been on the HTC bandwagon for a while and finally jumped ship to the Note 2. No regrets and this video proves this company is moving fwd. I'd recommend fast forwarding the video to 4:13 and 6:27 to cut to the chase...
You're welcome sir

Just as soon as we all spring for a foldable display they will perfect augmented reality contact lenses and we wont need displays at all. People will just walk around staring into space and talking to themselves.
No wonder we end up looking like the Grays after another 100,000 years of evolution.

I don't even have errors that can describe the level of awesome that is.

Medical advice. Nexus 7 + eyes problems

Hello everybody.
I know e-inks display are better for reading but since I love my N7..
Do you think that use it as a primary reader could be dangerous in the long time? I'm talking about little permanent problems and things like that?
Thank you
Sent from my Nexus 7 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
It's really hard to damage your eyes, only way I know how is to burn them with too much brightness (look at the sun for example) or a strong enough laser.
Reading in the dark or reading on bright displays can only give you headaches or make your eyes dry up if you are prone to that sort of thing. If you have issues with dry eyes while looking at any monitor or get headaches while having to concentrate too much in the dark to read, then using the tablet as an e-reader might give you trouble. But nothing permanent.
Oh thank you. Very glad to hear this
