Brando UltraClear Screen Protector for HTC Snap now available

Here.
I have an UltraClear protector for my Vox - I would agree with the numerous comments elsewhere on this forum that these screen protectors are excellent.
EDIT: Just received my protector today, with the usual excellent speedy service from Hong Kong (to the UK in this case). I'm very happy with it - fits perfectly and to the usual Brando high standard.
Where can I buy one for myself ?
Can I know where can I but iy ?
I'm also looking for a screen protector for this phone but I'm not sure if the Brando will fit. The link you've posted says it's for the HTC S511 which is supposed to be this phone, http://www.navigadget.com/wp-content/postimages/2009/06/sprint-htc-snap-s511.jpg.
I have the HTC Snap S521 which is this phone, http://www.letsgodigital.org/images/artikelen/681/htc-snap.jpg.
Both seem to be known as HTC Snap, could you please tell me which phone you have and whether the screen protector covers the whole screen and if you need to cut the screen protector to fit the screen.
Sorry for the slow reply. I have the same device as you - i.e. the one shown at http://www.letsgodigital.org/images/artikelen/681/htc-snap.jpg.
I ordered the screen protector from Brando at the link given above. It fits the device perfectly, covers the entire glass screen area (i.e. including the whole area beyond where the actual pixels of the screen stop) and does not require any cutting. Delivery is fast from Hong Kong and it's easy to apply - I'm very happy with it.
There does appear to be some confusion with the various different versions of the device around - I just had to return a case which didn't fit properly.
Thanks for replying. Great to hear that it fits perfectly I'm going to order one as soon as possible.
I'm not sure what kind of case you are looking for. The device has almost the same measurements as the iPhone. I have bought this one and it fits perfectly, http://www.crumpler.nl/?page=details&product_id=TCC-003&sid=97cc53d0a0cc21c3bd716da439427c1b .
Received my Brando protector today, it is a perfect fit! Thanks for the link.

I have the Brando UltraClear installed, along with the Talkie Tech case. Great combo!

I use a cheapo screen protector i got from ebay at usd2.5 plus shipping. Screen colours are now rubbish. Am going to remove the current anti glare protector and replace it with a clear protector and see how it goes. Desire is in a pvc or pu leather pouch from ebay again for usd5 and it came with a screen protector as well
i have a resin case( £4), its like silicon but alot less flexi, makes buttons harder to press and hard to get on and off but feels like it will protect it better than silicon. i have the official htc screen protector got 2( £3) cannot get them to fit properly always abit isnt completely on.
its really easy to make ellectronics water proof just cote them i have even done it my self with when messing with refrigerating my pc cpu's.

Skinomi Carbon Fiber Skin Review

Well, I have a carbon fiber skinomi skin and its awesome. I've been using it for about 2 months now and I definately recomend skinomi. Not exactly easy to put on, but it does last, considering It's in my pocket all day with keys and what not. The screen protector that comes with the skin is fantastic! No scratches yet, and I know it would have definately been scratched by now if the screen protector wasn't there.
------------
Pros
------------
- Durable skins
- Won't peel
-Looks awesome!
------------
Cons
------------
- It was a little hard for me to put on, especially if you never did this before
- The skin doesn't cover every single inch of the phone, some pieces are a bit small
I found the fit was not what I expected it to be. The back is a nice material and it looks good, but the holes for the screw covers didn't line up all that well and I had to trim it down a smidge.
If I had it all to do over again, I'd buy the skin here:

I've also ordered a MATTE screen protector since I couldn't stand the reflection!

Help me choose a SGS2 case+protector

Hi guys,
When I look at the forum, it's like advertisements of new products which doesn't tell me a lot. So can you please recommend me:
A case that:
doesn't require me to open some part to access the screen
protects the phone well against drops
is comfortable to hold and touch (my fingers won't get itchy etc.)
And a screen protector that:
protects without distorting the image quality and responsiveness of the screen
doesn't leave bubbles inside (I hate the bubbles) or fingerprints outside
is a little slippery so it won't be a hard job for me to move fingers on the screen
THANKS IN ADVANCE FELLAS!
There is a hybrid case, just search hybrid case sgs2 in amazon,
I'm perfectly happy with that.
Downsides:
- not so slim anymore
- more weight
But my phone feels safe
And I'd suggest the Mumbi-screen protectors,
but you'll still some have fingerprints.
But once applied right (not easy btw )
they fit perfectly
Muta
you can look at the case-mate tough or the otterbox commuter, they both rock.
i bought the case-mate a few days ago, waiting untill it arrives
I also recommend the cases that other posters have, for a screen protector look no further than this.

Ive just recieved a Zenus Air Jacket looks sleek and smart, they do a range of colours, and it comes with a screen protector too, although i tried to fit mine and some dust came out of nowhere and went onto my screen so i had to bin it , hopefully the gorilla glass will protect instead
http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/zenus-skin-air-jacket-series-for-samsung-galaxy-s2-i9100-white-p29786.htm
I have a transparent Casemate Barely There.
It's a bit rigid but I think is the thinnest case on sale.
The transparent one gives to the phone a nice shiny look.

I bought a hardcase, but i had the problem with the echo voice !
i heard my own voice twice !
is the problem fixed now?
In my personal opinion i like otterbox for SGS2, fits well, it has a metal cover for back side and plastic covers for usb port and earphones, i have one.

Personally, I bought a pack screen protector + white case on ebay.
You can search on ebay :
LOT 7en1 Housse Etui Coque Rigide/FILMS Protecteur Pour Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100
sold by citephone
I just tried different case.
I prefer hard cover.
I try
1) Phoenix tough case: i broke upper corner, rubber come out after a bit of time
Vote: 3/10
Price around 15€
2) Samsung Original Mesh Vent case: Too sensitive and since have hole the dust come in and leave and put it many times to clean i broke the upper corner. In any case it offer a very low protection
Vote 5.5/10
Price around 18€
3)Tpu soft cover gel from ebay: it is not so soft but offer a better protection than other but for it's material attire too many dust on the border. It offer a good grip
Price 5€
Vote 6.5/10 (for now)
At end i buy also Case-Mate Tough that have 2 layer protection but it has not arrived.
Arrived
Perfect case optimal protection and grip. 2 thing. Inside silicon collect dust and dont put while phone is on because it press power button to reboot
Incipio NGP case. Martin Fields screen protector.
A lot of people are recommending products that does not stand out. I prefer to make my phone special so it stands out when I take it out. I like sleek , high tech looking things and thats what this setup is about:
I am currently using metal black battery cover:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1263780
with real aluminum black phone case: (see akiba slider or SZLF slider)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1263780
(SZLF or china made version on ebay for $30, search i9100 metal case)
with ultra optics
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1263780
result is a Sleek phone with a premium metal feel to it. The ultra optics cancels out fingerprints while maintaining good optical clarity. (you may need to clean it still every 1 week or so like any protector)
If you are daring, remove the case and just replace the housing for 15$ on ebay every time it gets too scratched.

I got the Incipio NGP case as well and it is pretty sweet--has a great feel and is thin, although the back is a little bit too smooth but I still like it.
That is a good idea on the housing. I might try a white housing.
What is your opinion on a screen protector? I don't like how it adds a layer and changes the feel--and besides, the SGS2 has gorilla glass.

kick stand case and matte screen protector in a good price

i bought it just now since i saw it look awesome on my g-nex's friend.
matte screen protector:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/17075486743...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_1318wt_1163
kick stand case:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/18076968685...X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_1574wt_1396
the kick stand is thin (!) and i think it's a great combonation
There are no perfect screen protectors yet, and so far the basal one offers really good coverage and smooth surface. However, the clarity of the screen is abysmal, also known as the rainbow effect. Even though it's cheap for a pack of three, I'd advise to stick with XO if screen clarity is a big issue.
I've got the same case and i'm really satisfied with it, the stands is really comfortable
