Hallo,
How can I know if my DOPOD 740 has a CID lock and how can I SUPER CID it?
I have found a forum of spv developers when I googled it:

But there is no straight answer if I can perform it on the 730.

Hi,after a long time of trying to get one Mda Pro i finally did it!
I've tried to search through the wiki and the post for the universals and there are some thigs that i didn't understand.... hope that someone will answer...
- I have an MDA PRO sim-unlocked but i don't know if the cid is unlocked. Is there a way to see it???
- Do i need to unlock it or what?
- I need the pda for normal tel usage. no video calls and i need wi fi! Do you have same advice of same good english lang. WM5 or WM6 rom?

Then dowload this here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=354126 and execute it.

Hello. Do I need to CID unlock my Cingular 3125 before I can install a version of WM6?
