pulling out the sd card - Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile General

hi,
i bought my touch pro2 with an sd micro sandisk card , i cant pull it out ,
how do i do this ?

Similar to a standard sd card, push it in a bit, release and it should pop out enough for you to grab it. Same thing when you insert it back, it should push a bit further then come back and lock.

thats what i thought but it wont go out , should i use more force ?

if you pull it out when its in lock.. you might break the lock..

yeah its annoying...i tried pushing it to pop out and then pull it, it seems like it stuck on something. I had to use tweezers to pull it.

Problem with SD Card

I don't seem to be having much luck with my Desire what with Youtube sync problems, connectivity issues and now a nice new problem has occurred for a second time so I thought it was worth throwing it out and see if anyone else has experienced this.
Twice now my phone has popped up with a message saying its unable to complete a back up of my settings to the SD Card. After this message is dismissed I can no longer access the SD Card and I have to restart the phone to get it back again. I can eject the sdcard from the settings menu but obviously you can't actually get the thing out so that option is kind of worthless.
Starting to think it might be worth getting a replacement handset, but not certain there is anything actually wrong with it. For reference I have a 4gig SD card that came pre-installed as seems the norm with the HTC Desire.
Your memory card is probably loose.
Happened to me ONCE. I took it out, gave it a clean, shoved it back in and had no problems since,
Fon22
I have the same issue Intermittent and irritating. I have taken it out and reseated it but after a while it comes back again.

[Q] Reset/reboot without removing battery possible?

I have an issue whereby my Arc S freezes up and the only thing that works (for a short while) is that the white LED's light up either side of the Home button. I am investigating this and may need to do a repair with PCC. But it would be nice to be able to reset the phone without removing the battery each time. Is there nothing built into the firmware that overrides everything using a key combo?
I problem might be cuz of ur memory card.
Remove your memorycard and use for a while.. If your phone doesn't freeze...
Then get rid of your old memorycard and buy a new class 4 or better memory card.

My external SD card is going bonkers

I keep seeing a message saying sd card was suddenly removed, and then it reactivates the SD card and everythings fine, and sooner or later, the cycle keeps repeating.
I saw this happening in the last week or so on my galaxy s3 i had before the note 2, so i know its not the phone and its the card.. but i was wondering what i could do to maybe fix this? I already tried formatting the sd card once, but im thinking maybe this card is permanetely damaged somehow?? Anything I can do to kinda get it to stop acting up or am i out of luck?
If you can backup the contents of your SD card to a PC, try this video...

This is apparently a recurring issue, it happens on my 64gb uhs1 card too, and its a genuine card. I still haven't been able to track down the cause of it, and it's fairly annoying. The card just locks up and ignores commands sent to it and the kernel times out on it and sees it as dead. No actual data loss or anything.
yeah.. i feel like everytime i turn the screen on i see 'preparing SD card'
im thinking it has an effect on battery too.

ex sd card

hi guys
have no idea if this is related to the rom, i doubt it
been using this for a couple weeks
suddenly today my ex sdcard wont show up
no error like theres a problem, just as though its not there
ive taken it out and put hack in , still no go.
not at home to try it in the pc
any ideas?
I read somewhere here on xda that blowing air into card slot or sliding piece of paper in, can fix this. I didn't believe it but their were several positive reports.

SD card mount - unmount, unexpectedly

Hi guys!
Recently, my tab S4 shows the message "SD card unexpectedly unmount", or similar. Even though I have not removed it. The tab s4 by itself mount it again but is just a fact of time to unmount it again. Is not a cycle but I cannot find a pattern. I am a little bit concern as the SD could get damage for this unexpectedly unmount.
I have already done a Scandisk on windows then put it back and works perfectly, but sooner or later it all starts again.
Any thoughts?

Can you elaborate more about it?
What type of TAB S4 do you have?
What brand of the microSD, what size, what type?
Any more info that can help us help you?

This is almost certainly a failing/damaged card.
Irrespective of what windows tells you.
Been there done that several times.
