Money Clip Case - Droid 2 Accessories

Hey everyone.. I'm wondering if anyone has seen a nice money clip or credit card holder case?
Or aside from that - any ultra-thin silicone case? I get that the case has to stick out a bit on the sides to latch on, but all the cases I have seen have almost doubled the thickness of the phone.
Thanks for your help.

Try Zagg's Invisible Shield it's got heavy duty protection and it adds the thickness of a piece of paper. If I can get some money for it I'm gonna get one and put my thick case on top of it (for grip).

I've got a Zagg on the screen, but I'm looking for something to provide some protection for the rest of it.

They have a full-body version that covers the entire phone not just the screen.

What kind of protection/case do you use for your smartphone...
Silicon Case (Phone stays in while being used)
Plastic Case (Phone stays in while being used)
Pocket Case (Phone has to be taken out for usage)
Premium Case (eg leather & other materials)
Screen Protector (foil & others)
Something else
None
All answers are greatly appreciated!
I voted for Plastic/Silicone/Protector. I use either the Seidio Innocase II Rugged which is a hard shell with silicone exterior, along with a 3M Vikuiti screen protector.
I appreciate any support since we are developing some for different devices....

Just a little screen protector. Cases are for chicks to accesorize with. Though my fiancée thinks cases are stupid, so...... =P
I vote for LCD screen protector. I think they can make my phone moer durable and beautiful.

Hard Back cover goes for me on xperia x10
i use a traditional leather case from Noreve. They are expensive but worth every penny
Plastic Case (Phone stays in while being used)
Invisible shield . works really well .
Pocket case for me
protection
almost all of them
I'm currently using a silicone and TPU bumper case along with a screen protector. I'm pretty sure I'll have to remove the bumper when I use the Game Klip I'm buying, though - but it's not a big deal because the bumpers are soft and easily come on and off.

Help finding a worthy case!!

My wife has the Case-mate tough case for her Inspire 4G and I love that case. Unfortunately, they don't make cases for the Atrix yet. Any one have any ideas on a similar 2 piece rubber interior with the hard shell? I really like the design and protection it offers. Thx in advance!
Get the Otter Defender Case. I have dropped my phone plenty of times and there is no sign of damage to my Atrix.
Otterbox Commuter
it has silicone (rubber-style) inside with a hard shell cover outside. Minimal size with maximum protection.

Agreed I love my Commuter, and it matches what the op asked for better than the defender.
Defender - Hard plastic inside/ soft rubber out
Commuter - Soft rubber inside/ Hard plastic out
Try the $5 hard case from Amazon
I have tried 4-5 different cases ranging from $3 to $30 and I ended up with the $3 hardcase:
(1) $4 Silicon case: it got a little loose after a few days. Would come out of the sleeve if yo drag it too fast from the pocket. I still have 4 of different color at home.
(2) $25 feather case: it is a one piece design, basically protects the batter cover but not much on the front. Returned it.
(3) Otto case: Way to bulky! The whole idea to get an Atrix is for its sleekness!
(4) $3 hardcase (black) from Amazon: I love it the best. It does not add too much to the phone (1mm) and it fits very tight! It gives enough protection on the front (the edge on the front raises about 1mm). The only caution is that once it is installed, it is very hard to remove it. You can remove it by plying open the snaps on the four corners using a flathead screw driver, but woul probably destroy the case.
Thanks for the replies guys, I do like the Commuter! Probably gonna order one off Ebay this weekend! I don't like the the hard cases, but I've seen them allow dirt inside and end up scratching the plastics on the backs of phones.

have the speck case droped it one time phone poped out of the case and got scratched up do not recommend it go otter box
Well I have to vote for the spek case. I dropped my case and it cracked the case but phone was ok and stayed inside the case. I went and got another one, I find the otter box a bit bulky.
Both cases are very good IMHO
+1 for speck case, great size to protection ratio!

Official Moto Ruggedized replacement battery cover at cnn.cn. In stock and shipping. Some good discussion on this as well as a youtube review can be found on here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1020143
I've had it for a week and very happy due to the minimalistic design.
get either an seidio innocase or get an incipio feather case, those 2 are my personal favorites.
the innocase has a nice pad inside so it won't scratch the phones battery cover, while keeping it as small as possible.
the feather case is for the minimalist look, least amount of space consumption and the best for docks so you won't have to pull it out...but its a little fragile, it will protect for falls since it adds a little gap to the front but most likely the fall will take the hit and crack the case.
if you're looking for something similar to the case-mate cases, go for the sidio.
Incipio

I highly recommend one of the glossy black TPU cases you can find off Amazon: $8.50 before tax.
Check these ones out. I'm currently using the plain black and it is very nice.

Samsung flip case + TPU case

I bought the flip cover case because i like the protection it gives the screen, but there was not enough protection on the corners. I had a cheapo $2 TPU case that I had ordered a while back and modified it for the hinge of the flip cover. The cuts are ugly but its a $2 case so I wasnt to worried.
Same tpu case I had on my sg2, I liked it a lot.

Looks good I will have to try that out.

i might hack one up for fun too
Update: I dont think I care for the flip cover. The material that goes around the outside edge is coming off at the hinge and looks like poop. Also its a difficult to take pictures because the case blocks the camera, so you have to let it hang down out of the way.

Great case/holster and cheap!

So I found this case at a mall kiosk. Same as the one in the link below. I wanted an otterbox type case/holster cause I'm in construction and my phone can take a beating. But, all the heavy duty cases with holsters are ugly, to me anyway. So I found this at the mall. Not near as protective for sure, so I'll need to be far more careful at work, but great looking and comfortable .....after I got used to its square edges. It fits snug into the holster as well. Love the cut out for the nexus logo too. My finger rests in it when I hold the phone.
Another bonus is the mime ghost glass screen protector I just got today. It fit perfectly between the sides of the case. The case is very tight and there's no way the thick glass would fit under the case edges. So I got lucky. LOL. I was going to file the glass down if I had to. But no need.
Highly recommended, the case and the mime.

Sent from my N5 cell phone telephone....
Just got this same case but from shopandroid for under 10 bucks and it included a second one free. It's much nicer than I was expecting and I plan on using it regularly after having gone through 8 other cases that just didn't do it for me. The case has a nice matte finish very similar to the feel of the phone itself and it's always a bonus to have the nexus logo visible. It may not be as thin as some cases available but it doesn't add excess bulk or weight either. I don't plan on using the holster much but it also exceeded my expectations. The best purchase for my N5 up to date.

Trident Aegis Case Review w/pics

I have yet to try a case on my moto x for the first 8 months of having it. I don't like small slim cases because they add some bulk without adding really any protection beyond the cosmetic. I wanted a less bulky "full protection" type case that still had some good looks to it. The trident aegis is perfect! It has a nice looking profile (albeit different than the moto x) and protects the phone fully. It is a bit of a lint magnet because the corners are rubberized but it doesn't actually stick in my pocket too much. Haven't gotten tired of the additional bulk or weight and I don't have to worry about my phone anymore. I did botch the screen protector a little bit as the top is caught on the top lip so a small bubble there, but overall not too hard to apply. For $20 over on amazon it is a steal!!
Thanks for the pics that's not as bulky as I thought. Trident makes good cases, I have the Kraken for outdoor activities.
It is a shame that it does not have the M dimple.
I thought the same, but I actually don't miss it too much. It does have a rubber strip where the trident logo is which actually does much in the way of keeping the phone grounded on a table. I can now swipe text without it swinging about.
Although that may be due to the extra weight!

How does the edge of the case feel against your ear? I had the Otterbox on my D4 for about 3 phone calls before taking it off due to the hard edge of the case.
Hmm can't say it feels especially different, it's not hard plastic resting right against your ear as the layer of rubber is just beneath it

Nice review, not too bulky

I've had this case for a couple of months and like it a lot. My only issue is it is a bit of a pain to put on/take off, so I use my Incipio Dual Pro more regularly. Not quite as much protection, but close.
Note that I only use a case when I am out and know that it might get knocked about. If you keep a case on it regularly this would obviously not be an issue.
I love the recent kraken ams case, very tough, not like the old plastic version
