External Secondary Battery Charger?

I had a great external secondary battery charger for my Nexus One. I would NEVER have to plug in the device, only swap batteries throughout the day. It was a perfect system and the charger was only $5 off ebay.
Mytouch 4G doesn't seem to have any yet for sale on ebay. If anyone finds an external battery charger for sale for this phone, please let me know.
I'm also very interested in this and had the same setup for my nexus. Did you just buy oem batteries or did you have luck with any after market options?
at first I tried a battery off ebay that promised to be "just as good as factory" for only $8.
It did not hold a charge at all. I returned it for a full refund.
I bought a $25 dollar factory battery back when the nexus one online store was open and that worked perfectly, of course.
For getting my sister the same battery swap setup on her Mytouch slide, I just ordered an extra battery directly from tmobile, but they charged $50 for the thing
I'm not sure what an extra battery for a Mytouch 4g costs, but probably it will be close to the $50 the mytouch slide battery was if you get it from tmobile.
Ordering from them is probably overpaying, but after my bad experience with nexus one ebay batteries, I thought the extra money was worth some peace of mind. Because I'll tell ya: you cannot tell the difference between a cheap imitation battery and the real thing just by looking at them. They are identical aside from the horrible charge capacity.

YMMV, I got 2 of them for my G1 about a year ago, each would last about the same as the battery that came with the phone. I drowned one when I was swapping them on a rocking boat lol but the other is still working like a champ.
In my g1 I had a seido innocell that packed approx 20% more charge into the same size package.... the batteries are pricey, but worth it to me...

FS: Stock rezound battery and extended thunderbolt battery (HTC) for sale

Bought an 2750mah extended thunderbolt battery online by accident, rather sell than pay restocking fee (just battery, no cover). Brand new HTC, did not come in box (OEM part probably..bought from buy.com - never used).
Also have a stock 1620mah rezound battery (3.8v) used in rezound for about a week (until I switched to extended rezound battery). Known to work well as a higher cap battery for thunderbolt.
Make REASONABLE offer for either or both. PayPal accepted, have positive eBay feedback (same username: Tenchi4U).

Atrix battery for 0.01?

I'm looking for batteries for the atrix because I think mines is dying.
Came across this on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Droi...NFTM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1325791682&sr=8-1
ONE PENNY FOR A BATTERY?!?!?!?!? 4.99 for shipping but..
ONE PENNY FOR A BATTERY? wow. i may buy like 3 of them. Or spend a dollar and get 100!
It's actually the BH5X, while our phones use the BH6X
I found the BH6X for $15. still not a bad deal. Bought that and an external battery charger for $20 total!

Well buy 100, with shipping it will be 501.00 with shipping.
They won't combine shipping. Its how I do it on eBay, .1+5.00 or 5.00 w/ free shipping.
Just picked up two of these and a charger on Ebay for under $15. That should extend the range of the Atrix to a couple of days.
I actually bought one of those for 1 cent without realizing it was a BH5X instead of the BH6X. It will fit in the case and charge even though it is a little smaller ( I believe it is 1500 mAh while the BH6X is 1880) It is a Droid battery that will fit and work in an Atrix.
However I am scared to use it. I really think it will jack up my battery optimization if I switch between the 2 batteries. I will probably charge it and keep it for an emergency backup only
I am looking for a safe and durable battery, but until now I have just found:
- Motorola original battery BH6X Atrix Li-Ion 1880mAh (21$)
- Anker 1800mAh Li-ion Battery for Motorola Atrix 4G (21$)
On the Italian Amaz. website.
Are they too much expensive?
Thanks

Yeah, your battery will be optimized for the original battery until you wipe battery stats and recalibrate for the new battery.
What I'm doing is just rotating my batteries. So every other rotation i'll have correct battery stats lol. The spare battery in the atrix charges down to 1% in like 2 hours, but then itll stay at 1% for another 8 hours before finally running out.
I need to figure out a better system

How about quality? Is there any risk of malfunction?
Could you recommend a particular brand?
Thanks
I have found:
- 1800MAH HIGH CAPACITY BH6X BATTERY PACK FOR MOTOROLA ATRIX 4G MB860 ($ 6.5 from UK)
- 2 x 1800mAh Replacement Battery + EU Charger Dock for Motorola Atrix 4G MB860 BH6X ($ 9.5 from HK)
- BATTERIE MOTOROLA ATRIX BH6X 1800mAh ($ 13 from France)
- ORIGINAL MOTOROLA AKKU ACCU BH6X ATRIX 4G DROID X MB810 NEU Batterie ($ 21 from Germany) (I believe It is not original)
They do not have a brand.

HTC Compatible battery for Incredible 2

I looked around here and other sites and can't find any info. When i had my DInc. 1 I swapped the battery with a HTC Evo battery. It had a higher mAh.
I just bought this one for $18
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/r...credible-myTouch/dp/B0055EP2CW/ref=pd_sbs_e_1
It arrived 2 days later and its charging now.
I just scored the mugen slim extended 1800mAh (no need for a larger battery door)...off ebay from best deal today, there are much cheaper ones on Ebay, search Droid incredible 2 6350 battery...
Battery from a desire Z would fit (G2) don't know of it's higher mAh though?
When are you getting that One X, rsarno???

[INFO] Alternate extended batteries.

Hello all,
I finally got my Trophy and after some reading and personal testing, I have found a "slim" battery that is less than half the price as the MugenPower extended battery, and works just as well.
In a previous thread somewhere, someone mentioned that the HTC Touch Pro 2 battery (Also used in the Evo 4G) fits into the Trophy.
Upon hearing this, I dug my Touch Pro 2 that is dead out of a box, and sure enough, it fits!.
The Trophy battery is 1300MAH (at least the Verizon one is). That's 200Mah less that most other HTC WP devices.
The Touch Pro 2 battery is 1500Mah, standard HTC size. The Touch Pro 2 isn't any thicker than the Trophy one.
The MugenPower battery available on eBay and Amazon for the Trophy retails for ~$40 USD. It has 1800mah New.
HOWEVER: slimline extended batteries for the Touch Pro 2 \ Evo 4G can be had for as little as ~$12USD via eBay and Amazon.
The one that I purchased is a brand called "Anker". This one has 1700Mah. It arrived new in box.
Since it is designed for a phone that is just _slightly_ thicker, the battery door is slightly stressed. If you want an extended battery that doesn't require a different back, this one will only work if you have a full case for your phone. I use the Incipico Silcrylic case, but any "glove" style case will make sure the back stays on.
The extra battery life is instantly noticeable. Before the extended battery I would be lucky to get through half the day with all Push features turned off and rarely doing anything. (The advertised 5 hours of call time is rather true on the OEM battery).
With the extended battery, everything is set to "Push" (3 mail accounts) along with being able to casually game or read books, and I have yet to hit 20% battery in a day of this form of usage.
I would provide links, but eBay links expire after 90 days, and Amazon seems to go in and out of stock of items rather quickly.
The battery I ordered is Anker brand, for the HTC Touch Pro 2 \ Evo 4G.
Hope that helps someone.
