It might help us help you if you specify what device you are trying to upgrade and with what tool / ROM version.

Hi all, I’m new to this so I’ll apologise up front for my lack of knowledge. Is it possible to upgrade my xad’s OS ? it currently runs on WM5 on an O2 tarrif, the IPL and SPL are 2.21. If it is possible is there a tutorial and software to do it? I would i like to put in something like WM6 on to it

I m kinda new to this as I only got the phone today but I would really like to upgrade it to either 6.1 or 6.5. Has anyone here upgraded this exact phone before? I m a bit scared of messing it up! Any pointers would be grately appreciated.
