Language support in MIUI

I have been trying MIUI for the first time and I must say it's an absolutely wonderful rom.
I was thinking about the native language support though. I know it's built by a bunch of Chinese people in Chinese language and then translated to English, German etc. But since it is based on CyanogenMod which have built in language for Swedish, Danish, German and so on why isn't that kept in the MIUI builds?
I want to flash this amazing ROM, my question is can I use multilanguage keyboard with MIUI?

Any New rom w/spanish language installed?

How to add new language (Spanish) to custom ROM?

Hello
I have a Moto e4 XT1762 woods with a custom rom installed. Unfortunately, all the custom roms that I have tested do not come with the Spanish language installed.
When configuring the system, I choose the English United States language and then I add the Spanish language. In the Language preferences section I choose Spanish as the main language and the system tells me that "May not be avaliable in some apps".
With this I want to explain that in the Settings section everything is in English, and that is what I want to change, so that everything can be translated into Spanish.
I ask you if there is any way to flash a package that has the Spanish language and can translate all the parts of the system that are in English.
Thank you in advance for whatever you can contribute.
From what I know, you can't. You should, instead, offer your collaboration to the developer of that ROM, so they can include it, when they build.
