twitter app start at boot?

is there a way to make the default twitter app run at phone startup? this is the only reason i haven't started using it full-time, i'd never get my notifications if i don't remember each time i reboot the phone to start the app manually...
use Tasker.
it's probably the most useful App out there.
after you download it...
1. open it
2. click New
3. click Ok (profile name is optional)
4. click Event
5. click System
6. click device boot
7. click done
8. click "+"
9. click App
10. click Load App
11. choose app (in this case twitter)

Install guide :
1. Disable any lagfix if have it installed
2. Make sure have the 2e recovery. If your rom is froyo and you don't have 2e recovery, use cf-root by chainfire
3. Make sure you have a backup of your /efs (not mandatory, but highly recommended).
4. Factory reset is NOT required, but is recommended. Wipe cache and dalvik cache if you’re not performing a factory reset.
Installation Steps:
1. Download the ROM and put Spike Speedy Edition v2.0.zip on your internal memory
2. Download clockworkmod recovery from here. You *need* Clockworkmod, this won’t work with stock recovery.
3. Rename the clockworkmod recovery file to “update.zip” and put it on your internal sdcard.
4. If you had Voodoo installed prior to installing this ROM (eclair or froyo), make sure you still have the "disable lagfix" folder inside "/sdcard/Voodoo". If you’re coming from sztupy’s kernel, make sure you have disabled all Lagfixes from CWM.
5. Shutdown phone, wait for it to power down, then boot the phone into recovery mode (press volume up, keep it pressed, then press home button, keep it pressed, then press power button, keep it pressed until you see the Galaxy S screen. Release all three buttons when you see it).
6. Select “apply sdcard:update.zip” (use volume rocker to move up and down, and home button to select). Clockworkmod recovery will boot now (you may have to do apply update.zip twice for Clockworkmod to show up).
7. Once in Clockworkmod, select “install zip from sdcard” (use volume rocker to move up and down and the back button to select).
8. Select “choose zip from sdcard” and then select Spike Speedy Edition v2.0.zip. Then choose yes.
9. The update will start (will take some 5 minutes) and during the flashing you will see some strange big characters on the screen, don’t worry, that’s normal. After the process finishes, you will be dropped back into Clockworkmod recovery. From there, choose go back, and then reboot phone.
10. The first boot will take some time as the ROM will deodex
Special tnx to kalpik for install guide.

ummm.. i THINK it should be "mount system" instead of "unmount system" in your instruction. the system is unmounted by default in cwm (CMIIW), i tried several times with no luck hahaha then i tried to mount the system then flash the zip file aaand it works
CMIIW, im not an expert
thanks in advance
btw do you know how to turn off the capacitive buttons' light?

This afternoon I develop TARS 21s USA version.
Hmm something weird is going on. Before the attempt to run the local update, update.zip has checksum of 7e28346f5ff1341f98710f75677629f2
Now after the failed update, checksum changed to 65bb92966e5c251265e22f8a2365847c
I thought the recovery is just gonna unzip and write the contents somewhere?
same here, md5 is matched but still

Here's what I did. Had to jump through a few hoops, but it did work.
1) Click oh the link on the phone. Gave me the choice opening in File Manager or Solid Explorer. I chose Solid Explorer. File Manager gives me an error.
2) After download, Solid Explorer shows files contained in the downloaded file. Exit out of Solid Explorer.
3) Open Google Drive > Hamburger menu > Recent > 3 dot menu of the '5.8.021S_sta.zip' > download. Now the zip file is in your download folder.
4) Go back to Solid Explorer, copy and paste the downloaded zip file from /downloads/ to the root direction 'INTERNAL MEMORY'. Rename the file to 'update.zip'
5) Open the 'System update' app (stock app) > 3 dot menu > local update . Then it should automatically find the file and ask if you want to update.
Hope this helps. No problems so far with 21s.
