Did try it and its similar to Cronos Ginger. On my Hero the speed similar to Ele's v2.3.5.

Still using this ROM, so far so good.
I thought there is a GOD mode in the settings. Is this missing from this ROM?
I really miss the CM settings.
Downloaded. Instaled. Works fine but I am not impressed with speed. It seems that SalsaSense is faster.
Will try it for couple a days to see how things go around.
EDIT: Problem with importing contacts from .vcf file. It is done but after importing there are no any contact shown, and under accounts I can`t find phone account. Google sync is working.
the ROM is great but i have problem with market! I got force close every time when open market!

This rom is very good, I love the way it's so clean.
But, I've had market problems, namely certain apps not showing in the market. And I would prefer the old market, but those are the only things!
You can use ele's old market addon from his thread.

This rom is kick ass fast!!!!!i used the market from elelinux page n it works fine if any has problems just clear data in applications of market n install the market from recovery!

OpenHero is a new completely open source ROM for GSM hero. Neocore wont unpack for me EDIT: an uninstall, and new install of neocore solved the problem

Wlan, multilanguage, different widgets are working fine.
The speed is nowadays like the all the great 2.1 roms out there, very good.

Red? Well I guess it's different from Green. I've not tested, but can anyone else confirm?
I only have one issue with vanilla roms, and that is that when I choose my locale (Norwegian), the clock changes from saying 12:00 to 12.00. I would really like somebody to point me in the right direction to fix this?
Could this be an error in Android, or is it the ROM?

Thanks iceandfire pretty frickin nice. I dont usually go for "themed out" but this is not too over done. switched out the kernel with matrix 5.5, changed the launcher, added some voodoo color modifications http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1002090 now its really functional eye candy , I have no 4g reception where im at right now so all I can say is that the radio appears to turn on and search.
Yeah the 4g is working on my phone with this rom, the 4g switch in notification bar does not toggle though. Have to go to wireless and networks and enable it that way.

I updated the ODEXed version. It now includes the AIO mod.
Loving everything about this rom So far it has been running excellent. There were just a few things I noticed, that I thought I would bring up.
Just noticed a few apps such as Voice Search and Talkback appear to have issues updating:

Only issue so far is the lockscreen wallpaper, but I am using widgetlocker instead, and I miss the 4g toggle, but that is an issue with AIO. Since I'm stuck with sammy roms (I need 4g), I was wondering if you would have any interest in adding theme Chooser, or possibly the ability to remove specific notifications either DX or CM7 style? I might be able to get ahold of a dev for some help on such, if such help is wanted/of interest

The lockscreen wallpaper issue may be related to the Gallery3D.apk you have included in the ROM. I've seen the same problem when you try to use a third party app to change the wallpaper.
Thank you for this. I have wanted a AOSP looking ROM since I got this phone. I was almost done with a Kang for myself but it doesn't look near as good as this. One suggestion maybe as an add on. Would it be possible to do a mms that didn't use bubble. The chat window would be more like Google talk but black instead of white? If not no worries. Thanks again.
Great rom. Alot of things are just like asop. The only thing is the highlights in the notification pulldown are still blue.

If Steady Hawikins stock repacked EL26 kernel was used it may be the reason why you are getting these errors. He has since updated if you have not already changed kernels.

google plus issue
Love the Rom but I noticed that google plus has a sign in issue
FIXED: There was a different window opened in my notificaation bar asking to allow my permissions for my google account. I clicked that, it passed and i was able to log into google plus. Thanks.. please disregard the issue.

Its a very good rom buth..
Drains the battery very fast(with smartassv2)
When typing an sms or something in browser something hapend and comes back to the main screen...very very anowyng.
When you close the internet has something that makes him reopen himself..i have to close it 2-3 times .
Hope the bugs will be fix soone.
For battery drain I suggest you to pm to tuxkid and ask for his kernel with Undervolt ..
For the other bug.. try to wipe dalvik cache .. I think is because of 2g/3g connection
Hi I am loving this ROM and might actually keep it on my phone longer than any other one I've tried. I just have one issue:
Some websites, for example Bioware, have checkboxes/radio buttons and buttons missing. In this case, whenever you go on Bioware's website and there is no cookie for it, it makes you choose the language. The radio buttons are completely invisible beside all the languages, and the "Choose Language" button was also invisible; only the text showed.
I'm guessing there are missing resources in the theme? I've had this happen before with other themes.
