Heya Guys,
been enjoying the desire HD for some weeks now, really loving it. has anyone come up with an solution for the GEP zoom bug?
temp solution is; type about:debug, goto settings, select enable GEP zoom.
this works, for the current session, if android calls proces.finished it's forgotten even though it stays checked in the settings.
i found this thread for desire, but it seems to be dedicated to some of the desire builds, or cyoagen mod. [APP-HACK][SENSE] No text reflow on pinch-to-zoom in browser
would love to have this fix for the desire HD without the need of root or S-off.

You probably will need root for it, but no s-off.

ok, missed my exam today cause of this bug. has anyone come up with a solution yet?
I have ported it for Desire Z, it might be compatible with HD as well, you can try after a full backup. If not, I can port it to HD when I have time.

OK, I ported it to Desire HD as well, try and let me know. I tried it with a Desire HD build on my HD2, hope it works
hey guys i cracked my hd2 screen awhile back and it work for awhile but soon the touch screen stopped working. im wondering if there is anywhere i shuld go to get it fixed. its not that i cant live without my hd2 because it isn't as great a phone as i expected but it did the job. im also wondering about the new nand android roms going onto the hd2 wat do u think of them and can u help me find one the has android 2.3 on it. i hope you guys can help

I'd like to ask though, Why is the Widget clock+weather isn't working for me!, cause it used to be ok, but not for 2 days it can't load the weather... so.. it kinda suxx..
It might have any connection to which rom i am using???
are you using Android Revolution HD rom ? if you are then download the zip in my attachments and flash it through CMW... reboot phone and u will be fine secondly i personaly thing you should have waited for htc sensation if you bought desire hd 2 days back.. its an old phone now.. you should have gone for htc sensation which releases in about a week
Hello can anyone please tell me if there any Android OS maybe custom that can turn trackball light on when screen is on,or any app i am now on 2.3.7 elelinux-7.s-hero-v3.7.

I already searched the forum for my problem, I didn't find it. I have rooted desire with S-OFF. The problem is that the screen orientation changing doesn't work for almost everything. I am sure that the sensor is functional because the landscape mode works only for the camera and youtube app Can anyone help please, I'ts really annoying... If not a solution, maybe some idea where is the problem coming from, some brainstorm session on this post...
Settings/display and check auto-rotate screen (if thats what u mean)
