Are you a bad enough dude to work on FFF? It'd be nice to shorten the boot delay if there's no USB cable present.

This post should be in the developer forum.
Or did you already burn your bridges over there?

Thanks but that is not it. Following your directions only show me:
1. USB debugging (Debug mode when USB is connected) [ ]
2. Allow mock locations (Allow mock locations) [ ]
Neither of these have anything to do with keeping the screen on indefinately while connected to a USB source.
Also please don't start flaming. Gazment has a valid point.

I should also note, mine is T-Mobile USA non-rooted.

I think it may be dependent upon which custom ROM you are running after root. My phone is rooted and running a custom ROM/kernel and under Development the only options I see are:
USB Debugging
Allow Mock Locations

Meh I'd hope if you're an xda frequenter you could have figured this out on your own, not sure it merits a walkthrough eh. BUT I want a MHL adapter with the option of still using the USB to go functionality of the phone. I've heard of this being their plans in the future.

Yea, I'm pretty sure I thought about all this back when the EVO 4G and Droid X came out with the built in MicroHDMI ports. Of course, back then neither device supported USB OTG, and I don't think they had great support for USB HID devices, but I'm not 100% sure. All I know is that it's taken too long for these companies to list this PC-like setup as a major feature over the iPhone, or even in general. Granted it's not practical for everyone, but for us geeks, it's certainly a viable option for an instant-on, extremely productive, lightweight, portable PC setup.
Imagine if they could set up internet cafes or or PC labs were you could just bring your compatible Android phone, and hook it up to a monitor, keyboard, and mouse, and be productive right away. For students who just need to type up a paper, browse the internet, print something, etc etc., this could be a great low cost option for both the student and the university/college/other institution. Of course it might come with tech support nightmares, but it would still be a great idea in theory.

That would require carrying around a separate device which wouldn't be useful to you outside of this setup. Most people always have their phones and most people's (high end) phones have better CPU's and GPU's than a lot of the Android-on-a-stick devices.
This is pretty cool.

Multi windows

Hi guys, I was just curious which ROMs have multi windows. Thanks!!
There is an Xposed module that can do it on rooted stock 4.4.4. I tried it out once but most of the apps I wanted to use crashed in it. It seemed to work OK with Chrome on top and Facebook on the bottom, which is what I used it for the most, but uninstalled it after a few days because it just didn't work as well as I wanted.
Any ROMs? Anyone?! This forum is pretty lame, huh?

[Look for Developers]Windows Font Change APP

Hey, guys. I wanna make a Font Change APP, not the same as 'Font Style', 'DHT Font Change' and more.
It's better to be an Font Store that you can download font whatever you want or make font on your own.
I'm not good at programming, so that's why I'm here. I need to find someone that who is good at programming and also interested in.
But I don't think I can find the one. So at the same time, I'm working on this programs too.
If you want in, just leave a reply or pm me. I'll reply as soon as I can.
Some real stuff
Sorry for my bad English.

I don't really know about this.
So seems like I need to do it on my own?
But it's all in progress, all I need is more time to finish it.
And, i think xda is a bad place to discuss. People aren't friendly.
Earlier I posted a thread to change theme but only a few replied me, so I'd rather just use the Chinese forum.
