[ROM][4/03/11][ARABIC] MEMRoid Z 2.2 base on HD ARA ROM LeeDrOiD (v1)

when i use desire HD, i like font size , landscape in music player.
i know Z and HD doesn't have many different so i decide to Ported a HD rom for my desire Z.
features:
RUU Ace HTC ARA 1.83.415.4 with tahoma Arabic And Persian font! and Many features from LeeDrOiD HD ROM (tanx to LeeDroid )
Music Player Desire HD (SRS not working)
Music Player From MIUI ROM (can download lyric and picture of any music)
and ... .
if u want to delete Arabic Keyboard:
install root explorer , then go to system / app / and click on (Mount R/W) to see R/O . then find com.parfield.inputmethod.arabic.apk
Requirements:
* You will first need to ROOT your Desire Z
* Apply Radio S-OFF/, S-OFF
* Install Clockwork Recovery: The easiest way is to root your phone as above and download Rom Manager from the Market, which has an option to install C'Work Recovery.
* Wipe

install 7-zip
then right click on MEMroiD_Z_ARA_v1.7z.001 and in 7-zip / extract files.
pass : MEMLi
u should see a zip file (for flash) 286 mb

Here you go, I have not tested this rom and Im not really into sense, but I did download all 6 of the posted 7zip files and 7zipped them into a flashable zip. Rapidshare was the only free file share site that would host a file this size (281 MB (295,625,440 bytes)) for free, so unless you have a radipshare account be prepared for a 20 min download...lol
Again i did not test this Rom's zip, I just merged the files into a usable zip, so flash at your own risk, just trying to be helpful.

There are multiple zips.. use 7 zip and extract to make all the zips into the full ROM.

this rom support english , arabic and persian language (i change the persian font to tahoma)
+RTL right to left for persian and arab people.

i have flash the rom. i like transparent widget and its cool.
but i found that we dont have root, maybe u forgot some script in installation.

I downloaded that and was a bit skeptical about it, so I unzip it and got 6 zip files I tried merging and didnt work

flash has too many bugs at first
First Flash: Phone booted but was stuck on the HTC LOGO for quite a while, it freak me out because the lockscreen was there but when I pulled it down, took me straight to the HTC Logo, I turn it on and again, lockscreen appeared, unlucked it and took me to the logo screen
Booted phone: Phone started off in Arabic, was hard to nagivatem later asked ne which language and I picked english of course, when I tried to type my emai;, laters came out in arabic

other than that, it has HTC Sense with some nice apks, well packed rom, but needs data fixed and english keyboard

Hii all of you!! wwhy both of files doesn't work for my SGSII. It makes me stuck at the boot logo. i run a stock KE7CF-rooted. I'm from tunisia and i need only a simple file to patch to get only arabic without dsp manager and other mods. Thank you guys and Good luck for this work

Thank You! I have already perfect Hebrew (RTL, numbers...etc) with the help of the attached files. being rooted and using Root Explorer all i had to do is to copy and overwrite the original ones (first i did a copy of the originals and a backup ). maybe same files with yours??
anybody interested feel free to try them.

i am using lite'ning ROM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1095274 in madmack's blog (you can find his ROM in this forum) the deodexed appear as a must:

i didn't use his method, i only copied the files.
i am not even sure that this are the exactly same files. i got my files from an Israelian forum (if you know Hebrew i can send you the link). from the forum i understood that madmack's ROM is Arabic supported already and that in lite'ning ROM the files should be applied (copied).

I think the easiest answer here is to do this: -
Open the zip file that is the downloaded rom
go to folder "system/app"
Delete any apk files that you don't want installed
Dray ang apk files that you do want installed into this folder
You can download "7zip" for free - it allows you to delete and insert files into a zip file.
for your 2nd question: -
CWM backs up and restores correctly using one of the custom kernels (no formatting of sdcard).
I've used Lupus, and ArcFusion - they both work.
There is a "glitch" with all CM10 versions of CWM - each time you move up or down in the menu the display does something funny (@besttt describes it as "dances"). This doesn't affect the way CWM works, only the way it looks.

moreover i knew the "glitch" because i have arc fusion xD but i'm curious....in your signature i have see that you have fxp141 with corrections...which are this corrections?? and v6 supercharger isn't included in the rom??

You need to search the thread for fxp 141 fixes by @besttt.
The fixes for 141 are not complicated. Just one file to be flashed after install.
I just run supercharger to set the "min frees" and to bulletproof my phone app. You don't need services.jar modified on this rom.
It is fast!

no, exactly nothing.. hehehe but before, the first post messed up, I edited it with my phone.. then I restore my previous post before edit

DXLM3 is ready and tested! If I can I will upload as soon as possible.. uploading in Indonesia for 300Mb takes up +6 hours

note : Extrat that file boatlaware.zip
Than you can flash as your target boatlawere or extrat it to pust file if you want just necessary file
In there you will see to like knox or any other stuff that i have deblot in rom before.
Installation
Must be install From Stock Lolipop/custom lolipop
A. Included Boatlader Sboot.bin
1. Download Rom Target in HP
2. Download sboot.tar.md5.zip in computer windows
Extrat that file in windows computer until you get
sboot.tar.md5
Insert that file to BL in odin collum
Than done From HP
Reboot to custom recovery (Recom TWRP)
Wipe cache, dalvic data, system
Instal zip rom
Reboot to download mode to flash sboot.bin from odin computer
Instal sboot bin in BL Codin computer
Reboot outomatically

B. Without boatloader sboot.bin
In your Hand Phone
--Download Rom target
--Download KUD Kernel from here
KudKernel
Reboot to custum recovery (Recom TWRP)
Wipe system, data, cache, dalvic
Instal mbokarna.zip rom
Instal KUD kernel.zip after that
reboot
Note :
My recomendation is use stock kernel and install boatloader first for the best result!!
If you want switch to other kernel easy be doing after that...
This is original kernal i9500 PF1 if you want back to original after try with other kernel.

Im not edit system/etc/permissions/platform.xml just stock have.
Will see it if make problem to externel...i will give path to solve that...

Im not change stock have before so that will make problem looks like titanium backup. Just flash with that to solve it.

If you want I can give you examples like easy voice recorder Will only save to Android folder of extsdcard and not to the root folder. Please enable the functionality so that third party apps as well as inbuilt apps can access the root of extsdcard. Thanks

What folder structure...you give voice record for example and i have give that.
And This is titanium backup. That can akses to external to. That not defold app.
If you not belive...and you in stock rom now. Flash my path in anyrom stock lolipop that you have...than see it...

Yes I mean saving directly to storage/extsdcard. Most apps will only save to android folder in extsdcard.

I'm extremely happy to see you here @zuziemanis. Thank you for making an odex stock for i9500. I've just Odin my phone back to original pf1 Russia downloaded from sammobile because i bought a new battery & can't get nfc to work on vova rom. Then i found out the nfc placement is differently placed on other model of phones, i tested with an Xperia Z Ultra.
Now I've to download yours & flash it. I find odex rom is faster in performance

This works with stock odexed / deodexed Samsung 5.0.x SDK21 Touchwiz firmwares. Debloating is not needed but there is a little possibility that it doesn't work on some devices. Have to use the bundled uninstaller when you want to revert it.
IMPORTANT: It is only a test version which means it's not stable. Don't try this unless you enjoy beta testing.

This is what he meant (photo). As far as i know this started on kitkat, some apps doesn't allow or don't have the option to choose custom extsd folder/location. So it's not rom related

Ok..only stock way in here...
Look like that depending from each aplication have. Or any other ristriction from os.
Never think abaout it before. Will try see it if i have free time to understand more about it first.
