How to Minimize Video like the SGS3 - Galaxy S III Themes and Apps

Hey
All the things listed in the video
(Download In the description below) Enjoy!

Thanks! I was hoping the pop up play would work with youtube videos. I hardly watch any videos I load into the phone. Too much effort to find properly configured ones.:X

Can you record videos like youtube

well one thing i wonder is how to record videos that u see like the ones off you tube is there an application or some way to do that
Your question is quit vague......but you should be able to recorde anything and just log into youtube on your phone then upload the video straight from the phone. Hope that is what you were asking

How is Youtube support?

Is there an app? Or do you have to use the touch Youtube site?
from what i've read, the first time you visit a youtube clip, it will ask you to download an extension, and after this it will play it like would any other video. it's not a seperate application persay, but merely just an extension to IE to allow you to play the youtube clips.
I could be wrong on this, but I have seen videos of youtube playing, so it's definitely there.

I just read on Wikipedia it will run it in a sort of media player app, but they state that Adobe Flash 10.1 is on the way so this could be improved, or hell, there is the possibility updates will bring Youtube apps and better support.
There is built-in support for viewing the videos, but Google will need to develop a separate Youtube app if you want the off-browser experience.

Chances are that Google are already working on an application for YouTube.
App in Marketplace that plays Youtube over 3g is craptastic, horrible quality over 3g. Seriously over 3g the quality is worse than on a Blackberry. WTF MS?
Microsoft doesn't own YouTube, so I dunno why you're asking them.
And the quality is probably poor because it's playing 240 or 360p version of the videos instead of HQ.
That's why Google needs to release a YouTube App.
Microsoft has more important things to worry about, like, the actual operating system.
The youtube experience on WP7 is amazing.. its the first phone i ever used that didn't require a full fledged app. I sort of like it that m.youtube.com works out of the box and there isn't "an app for that" - with that being said, people are free to use the youtube api and make their own apps and google may do just that. However with m.youtube.com the quality for me is amazing. I don't watch it over 3g since AT&T rapes us with 3g bandwidth costs but over wifi the quality is beautiful. M.youtube.com also works with your login id so you can easily play your favorite and surf the website. It isn't a pretty package, but hell, sometimes its better that the web integration works this well rather than waiting for a required app
Apparently the youtube app adjusts the video settings if not on wifi. Which doesn't make sense since my 3g connection can more than handle youtube....
Maybe contact the developer and see if we can get settings adjustments.
edit: nevermind, it lists microsoft as the developer so I guess maybe an update will help?

Youtube in Chrome/JB, how to open an embedded video and go to youtube's site?

I like to use the "Watch Later" feature that Youtube has, but since I updated to JB and Flash was replaced for HTML5 in Chrome, there's a new (and simpler, VERY simpler) youtube design for their embedded videos. I can only advance forward, back, pause, and fullscreen. The watch now icon no longer is there. I also can't seem to click on the title of the video which would usually open the video again but on youtube's site.
Anyone else notice these issues also?

Note 8 trouble with embedded YouTube videos in Flipboard App

Hi there - I'm having trouble playing embedded YouTube videos in the Flipboard App on my Note 8. When I click on a video in a Flipboard article, the video box goes black and only the audio will play. This happens with every YouTube video I try to play in Flipboard articles, but non-YouTube videos play fine. I've tried restarting and closing all other apps, but nothing helps. I was wondering if anyone knew of a setting that might help fix this. Thank you.

Watching YouTube on Samsung watch

Hope you’re doing well. So I bought Samsung active 2 around a month back, and I am trying to install an YouTube app which will play videos. Surprisingly, I didn’t find any app in Samsung store. I tried to browse the videos through Samsung internet but only half of the videos will play and remaining videos will not play. I am just wondering how you are guys playing YouTube on your watch.

Not sure if I’m only facing this issue. On Samsung internet I can only play videos from home page. And I can’t play videos from the search. May I know if it’s working for you?

My observation was that videos over 30mins tend to either load slow or not start at all, regardless of video quality but the ones under 30mins start instantly. Quality for the density and the size given of the Super AMOLED (360 x 360) display is crisp clear and the amoled colors shine really nice with the *seriously deep pitch black color*
Perfect for short videos while *on the go* :good:
Edit: i will check and update regarding playing videos from search, can' t remember atm.
