Now, for your question, there are developers working very hard on jelly bean at the moment, they have just been running into hiccups and roadblocks. Patience is much appreciated and please do not ask for an eta or do something like this again, because it will be met with absolutely argumentation and flames will be had. No offense dude, but pretty much EVERY sub forum has a screen shot thread. They are always in themes/apps and this one is specifically a sticky meaning it will ALWAYS be on top. It is understandable if this is your first device or first time being on XDA, but again pretty much every screen shot thread is a sticky and in themes.

Sorry dude been on xda for a minute and it looks to me like people are posting so who really cares how many threads their are.. The point is I used to post in one haven't seen it in forever so I made a new one, if you don't like it don't bother with it, and I have seen them in general and in themes and apps. I change my setup/roms a lot so do others I just made one I can personally keep up with. BTW I don't think it is hurting anyone. The way i understand it, factory is in Dev (modems, tars), original is like Team VeNuM, etc... Did that make sense?

You need to remember it is a small team of Samsung that do the updates for our phone, not the ones who do the whole phone software itself. They probably did a quick version of ICS for our phone to get people to keep buying it since it's still a top of line phone and want to squeeze any amount they can. So it really shouldn't change your decision if you like the basic device or not.

They probably did a quick version of ICS for our phone to get people to keep buying it since it's still a top of line phone and want to squeeze any amount they can. So it really shouldn't change your decision if you like the basic device or not.

I'm not to happy about spending hard earned money on something that is as buggy as ics. Business is made by making the customer happy with what they pay for. Motorola Photon users for instancewill likely not choose moto next time around.
