Extended battery for Canadian user? - Galaxy S III Accessories

Hi guys,
I've been looking furiously the last few days for an extended battery that I can have shipped to Canada. I looked at Amazon, but they don't ship to Canada and the Canadian price on Amazon.ca is a bit too much for a Hyperion. Ebay.ca has it as well, but they charge 25$ shipping (more than the product itself ) so I was thinking of the Max Power 4500s. I saw a review on the forums of it, and not many people seem to use it. Is it worth using, without the fear of damaging the phone? If not, is there any other extended battery you guys can recommend, without me having to pay a fortune (student, btw :silly.
Thanks .

Bump, anybody? . I was hoping to order something today.

Try This
Try this: amazon.com/Hyperion-Extended-Compatible-GT-i9300-T-mobile/dp/B008GWIVTQ
I don't have an Amazon account so I couldn't check for sure, but according to the shipping rates and policies it shouldn't be $25 for shipping international. Hopefully this works.

Thanks for the link. That's the same one I'm trying to have shipped to Canada. However, Amazon.com doesn't ship this particular one and the equivalent .ca website has it for the full $34.99, which is weird considering the savings the American site is offering. I was thinking of just going with the Max Power for $10 off of ebay, but not many people seem to use it.

Try Contacting Hyperion
Here's a link to the seller information page: amazon.com/gp/aag/details/ref=aag_m_ss?ie=UTF8&asin=&isAmazonFulfilled=&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&seller=A2J4FIRE2AQPV8#aag_legalInfo
Maybe you can contact them and ask if they can ship it out to Canada for you?

I'm not sure what price you think is reasonable. But I bought the hyperion on amazon.ca. For $35 I will say this.... no fuss, no muss. No duties charges. It shipped really fast. The only disappointment was that there was a small crack in the side of the case from shipping. After contacting Hyperion, they sent a new cover to me. The battery is worth every penny. I couldn't stand the lackluster battery life of the stock battery.

awesome deals on HTC excalibur (s620, s621) batteries on ebay

If your htc s620 is old like mine, and you need a battery replacement, check out the deals on ebay:
The forum won't let me send any links so, I suggest you go to ebay, search "s620 battery" or "s621 battery" then sort by "Price + Shipping: lowest first".
Lots offer free shipping to Europe and North America. Just thought I'd share. I had one shipped to Toronto, Canada from Hong Kong for under 3 dollars (shipping included). It arrived in just a few days and works great!
SrK
overstock.com also has tons of accessories. S620 battery for $3.50..
Got mine from Amazon for $5.15 with shipping.

If you are trying to ship it from the US, personally I think it will be that price or above, but you should ask in ebay...maybe I'm wrong.
Why don't you try and see if some seller from hong kong can give U a better price for the battery with shipping included.., maybe you can get a good deal.

Genuine Samsung Battery? Where to buy?

I don't want to risk any after market disaster with my SII. I want to buy a standard capacity genuine Samsung battery, but I can't find them.
Anyone have a reliable source that isn't a fake or a copy?

What's the reputation of this site? (on international shipments)
Gmarket sells the genuine korean made battery at a much lower price than the retail. At least, it is here in singapore. However im not sure how much will international shipping cost.

For my Galaxy S II, I bought genuine spare batteries (3 of them in fact), a car dock, and a battery charger from ExportPrive. I had them delivered to Melbourne Australia. They arrived within 4 days. I wouldn't buy them from eBay, as you just don't know how genuine they are.
Many people here on XDA-Developers can vouch for ExporPrive. Just use the search function.

Not sure about international shipping prices though.

best place to purchase it

Where's the best place to purchase it? with the cheapest price?
I know negri-electronics has a coupon which brings it down to $685, is that my best bet?
At Negri, I think the "VZsucks" coupon might be over... if so the $35 off coupon is probably still up. That brings it to like $700 ish.
Clove and Handtec are around the same price. Like $685 - $695. They have foreign transaction fees if you buy with most credit cards though.

Good luck! I became obsessed with this phone quick, it's difficult to say no.
I just bit the bullet and paid the extra cash to get it full retail from Verizon. It only ended up about $721 after taxes. Not the cheapest phone purchase I've ever made, but with flimsy Samsung plastic exteriors I figured I'd rather have a local warranty ready to go.

We GSM users don't have the option. We can't go to Verizon and buy a off-contracted one and pop a AT&T/T-Mobile SIM card in there. It won't work. The CDMA/LTE version is for Verizon only.
It may be plastic but it holds pretty well in the hand and its build quality is pretty good.
Brain fart! I should have realized he was referring to a GSM version.
The phone does feel solid, but I'm hard on my phones and this is one I'll probably hang on to for a good year or so. I also don't believe in ruining a good looking phone with cases or screen protectors, and Verizon's insurance is good about getting a refurb to you the same day if you drop it. I haven't had to use it yet, but, well...
Me.
$675 shipped (US only). Steinheil flex installed + an extra unused film. Case included.
All original accessories and headphones never were used. Phone is in absolute mint condition and you won't be able to tell it from a brand new one. No scratches or dead pixels.
Ordered from Expansys-USA for $750, willing to eat the $75 loss.
Anyone PM me if interested.
Or order, wait and pay more and hope you don't have bad pixels. Up to you.

how much? i'm from italy, it shouldn't be too much expensive to ship in europe
I bought it for 30 euro in Finland, but it's worth, really. I think 3500mAh is great, but you will have a giant phone because of the thick back cover with thick battery and it looks very ugly. Otherwise the 2000mAh is awesome, it does't make the S II thicker, just turns the back face into plane... Great!
Hi guys, I have a question about this battery and cover from Samsung. If I have this cover ( Case-Mate Samsung Galaxy S2 Pop! w/ stand) , I will have some problems in using it after the battery change and postcover?
Thank you for attention

The 17.99 price from the OP link seems suspiciously cheap, i'd be worried about some sort of fraud. Mobilefun on the other hand is trustworthy.
amazon.co.uk is the answer 21£ free ship in EU
Expansys USA was selling it for $39.99 around Oct. I didn't receive the battery until mid Dec. It creaked at the top, so I RMA'd it, and they were going to give me a refund instead of a replacement!
That pisses me off because of the time and now if I wanted to reorder it, it's listed at $49.99 ($10 more).
Anyways, long story short - Expansys USA is selling it for $49.99. Hopefully stock is available now so it won't take so long for the rest of us yanks.
This is an expensive battery for sure, but I don't trust after market especially when it comes to batteries.
I need to get me one of these

few questions regarding buying items from abroad.
how do u buy thing off amazon? any additional charges are involved like shipping and taxes? how long does it take to reach India?
sounds impossible but, do they provide CashonDelivery?
what are the other sites you have tried? like ebay (worldwide).
thanks bro.

I buy stuff on amazon cuz sometimes, I am unable to find some things in india, like for example, I could not find a 32gb Class 10 microsd card anywhere, so I used amazon...
No they do not provide Cash on Delivery, but these guys are really safe , so dont worry.
I only order low value Items, with a max value of $50 and so there have not been taxes, I once(a few years back) ordered some protein stuff worth over $100 and paid about $50+ as customs.
As far as shipping goes, yes its expensive, like the custom batteries cost $6 for shipping, some sellers dont ship internationally at all, but somethings when you compare the price+shipping against the Indian market price, I still find it cheap.
As for the question of ebay, when it comes to international shipping via ebay, its cheaper, but the items end up coming to you by post, hence no need to sign it, no tracking numbers unless you pay for a higher shipping fee (but that fee is too much like $20+ for around 200gms)
For me stuff I order from ebay are low value stuff, like a few dollars, like things that I can write off in case i dont get it. So far, I have a 6/8 track record with ebay.com and 4/4 track record with amazon.

Lol true about naaptol, they suck bro
As far as shipping from abroad goes... a lil story... I bought replacement batteries for my P90 cam via amazon a few years back... they were not original but some replacement brand, they cost Rs1600 locally and 1200 on ebay.com... off amazon I got it for $5 for 2... yes Rs250 for 2 instead of Rs.2400 and I paid $6 for shipping and the end cost was Rs550 instead of Rs2400... so ya at times its great savings
What???!!! thats amazing bro.. were the brands in local/ebay/amazon all same? thats real good.. and no taxes for any item upto 50$ right?
