Spigen Order - Galaxy S III Accessories

For those who have ordered with Spigen in the past, how long does it take to get the items shipped out? Are they fast to get the items shipped out? The reason I am asking, I placed an order on Friday morning (14th of September) and have yet to have any updates via the tracking #. I also sent them an email, and no answer yet, anyone have a direct phone # to spigen?
I got everything shipped via USPS Expressmail International to Canada, and I have another package shipped from another vendor from within the US, also via express and this one has updates every couple hours.

That is quite normal actually. you will not see any updates for a few days, and even when they provide you a tracking number it will only show that it was processed in the local US mail office and that's it. Here is how my order from them went:
-I ordered their galaxy S3 case from spigen.com on Aug 31st.
-I got a shipping confirmation from them on sept 4th
-The USPS.com website only said that it was processed in the local Los Angeles office
-On Sept 14th I got a US international package with my case it.
I live in Calgary in case you were wondering.

My experience with spigen main site has been nothing but terrible! Slow response and no notification of shipped item has you wondering for days, long refund process etc....
Cretouch is authorized third party dealer. They are really good with customer service and also have live chat so you can get your answers same day! All their items ships out same or next day depends on time and I usually get it within 3 days. Also they offer FREE shipping to US residents unlike Spigen main site.

No way should Express take 2 weeks to Canada. It should arrive within a week of placing your order.

I'm from the southern California area so shipping is much quicker since they're based here, but I also order from them through Amazon. If it's fulfilled by Amazon, you'll usually get your items quicker. Anyways, ordered the neo hybrid lumi and modello cases from Spigen through Amazon yesterday and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Give Amazon a try if Spigen direct website isn't working out well.

I am really hoping it arrives before Friday. As for xgear, I might be ordering a Spectre Tempered Glass Screen Protector, sent an email this afternoon and within a couple hours I got a reply.

Next time I'll know for sure in case I need to order something again! I'll definitely consider them. I was finally able to get an email back, and if I dont have any news before Friday, I will most likely get a refund, according to SPG...

Their website only had international first as international shipping

I just bought a case from spigen, I live on east coast US. I ordered it direct and got it in 3 days flat with the standard shipping.
I also had an issue with the case and have emailed them and they got back to my email the same day.

Weird... But I know I checked out with United States Postal Service - Express Mail International. Here's the format of my tracking #: EC##########US.
Either way, I'll wait till Friday, as express shipping is 3-5 days to Canada, 5 being the most, and Friday will be 5 days, if I don't have anything I'll ask to get refunded and I'll buy from another vendor.

Been 6 days since I placed my order via expressmail international, which is supposed to take 3-5days, and have yet received anything.
I placed my order early Friday morning (sept 14th) and it was shipped late Monday (sept 17). They dont mention that it takes a couple days to ship out items. I placed an order via bestskinsever on Friday evening, was shipped that same evening and I received it Friday of the next week, also via expressmail.
Anyways, will update when I get my stuff, really wanted it sooner than later.

is a hit and miss, I live in Texas and some times I get their stuff on 3 days sometimes 7 days and one time it took 2 weeks... always standard USPS shipping.

Check FedEx first apparently they use FedEx to ship from factory to ur local post office first then usps will ship to ur house

Finally installed the screen protectors, really great quality, however, the neo hybrid case have problems with the volume key... Waiting to be contacted to see what they will do...
Probably the last time I order directly from them, slow answers and what seems like poor customer service, to me at least.

Spigen extremely slow shipping time, customer service is only email and limited.
Called no answer, voice mail always full. Looked at yelp, same thing all complaints about customer service contact, and especially delivery time, and tracking information. Their products are 5 star but their customer service and delivery service is so frustrating I couldn't give them 5 stars. I've gone as far as complaining to the Better Business Bureau, etc. I've called all numbers including the one off my charge card and BBB with no success. Someone needs to hire me to get their A$$ in gear, answer the phones, clear and return voice mails and ship the dam products. OR TELL people up front, our products is so dam good your going to have to get on a waiting list. JUST GET IT DONE OR BE HONEST. Right?

The last time I got a screen protector of theirs it was through eBay. No problems. Fast shipping

Skinomi screen protectors

Skinomi has their Galaxy Nexus screen protectors and adhesive back protectors up on amazon. I ordered one last night and If it's anything like the one my mom bought for her Blackberry I'll be happy... once I get the damn thing on anyway. I'm really hoping I can get an OtterBox for it though.
How the going to a back protector for that textured back?

Well, It still isn't here... I placed my order on the 24th and the USPS tracking website has said "electronic shipping info received" since the 31st. I have contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back.

this reminds me of when I ordered Notion Ink screen protectors. They sent people tracking numbers and everything.. then 2 weeks down the road, we all found out that they didnt even have any stock and there were delays. They didn't even bother informing their customers.

Sounds like handtec. Im wondering where my skinomi is also. My window for receive date was 11/22-11/28 and i ordered around the 16 th or so. Im gonna cancel and not buy from them again. Lame.

Just wait till you try to do a replacement with them for their lifetime warranty guarantee. I had to make a claim for my skinomi on my Motorola Xoom a while back and they asked me to fill out a form and FAX it to them along with my receipt. I asked if I could use email instead and they told me no. So they said out of kindness they would send me a replacement without me faxing them the form and proof of purchase. The replacement arrived in about 4 weeks during which I continuously asked them to update me with tracking which was never given to me. I will never again order anything from that company even though the skins are actually good quality.

Nope, this: "We're sorry. We are unable to retrieve tracking information for this shipment at this time."
The tracking number basically doesn't exist.
Just got this email back from Skinomi, I thought I would share...
according to them, they actually shipped my skin. last time I confronted them about this kind of situation (with the NotionInk protectors), they readily admitted they didn't ship it or had any in stock. So, I have no reason not to believe them...... I hope?

We must advise though that it normally it may take about 1-2 weeks from the time your package ships for international items to arrive. Unfortunately it usually is not possible to track international items. However 99% of the time our international customers receive their packages during that 1-2 week. I ordered mine from their website, said was shipped on the 26th. Four days later, never got the package (I live an hour away from their warehouse). Contacted them, they said 'lost in shipment with USPS' and they'll ship another one, hopefully its true :/

So I wanted to create a thread where everyone can write bout there purchase experience, whether good or bad..
I purchased mines from Negri Electronics and could not be happier. I recieved her today the packaging was secure and full of surprises. Enclosed was the unit wrapped in a nice bag, a USA wall plug (to compensate for the UK version), an ANDY Android figurine (nice touch) long with a thnk you card from them. The Item shipped Black Friday a day after Thanksgiving, Only because they worked there tails off on Thanksgiving itself to make sure all there units shipped Friday. For that I thank them. I could not have been happier with my choice!
How was your experience, please share

To answer your question about my purchasing experience, it has been good so far. I placed an order with Handtec last Wednesday. If it wasn't for the volume bug I would have received it by Friday. I should have it Tuesday morning at the soonest.

I also ordered "mines" from Negri. It's arriving Wednesday. The experience dealing with them was great so far. Knowing what's in the box (unless I don't get a figure ) is even better! Recommended as well.

The only difficulty was deciding whether or not I should purchase one, since I owned both the N1 and Galaxy S I thought it would be rude not to go for the GNex.
Once I'd decided, it was a matter of popping down the high street during my lunch break to grab one. I was in and out within 5 minutes, so all in all MINES was a rather pleasant experience.

Mixed bag but then I expect no less from Expansys. Phone is here, I'm at work, delivered on time, no issues. I've got a billing issue that I've sent 3 emails in five days, holiday excluded, and no reply.
This fits squarely with my past dealings with Expansys: Product delivered on time as described with crappy customer service.
Got mine from local Phones4U store day after official launch. Went in when it opened to find out they put the sim free price up overnight by £80 to £629 . Didn't buy it.
Phoned head office to complain. They confirmed price increase. I told them about an official phones4u tweet sent earlier in the day that the price would be £549 so they arranged £100 off from local store. Went back and picked it up for £529. Next day, the price went back down to £549.
Bunch of jokers. Only bought from there as didn't want to wait a week for my pre order from clove.

Got mine from Phones4U. It was dreadful from start to finish. To cut a long story short an error in their system for Orange upgrades meant delays. Then delays shipping. It was supposed to come the day after I ordered it but took a week instead; their customer service throughout was dire.
On top of that the "launch" on the 17th was only in one store, and they only told everyone that on the morning of the 17th!
Still, I have it now and love it. Alls well that ends well as they say

That fits my situation as well.
On time, as described.. haven't needed customer service yet.. hopefully won't need it.
Ordered through Negri, cancelled it because Expansys assured me Friday delivery was a go.

Through Expansys-USA, yes. You have to send the phone to them and in-turn they send to the UK for repair. Never had to go that route, but I image it's a long process...
Better than nothing though.
Ugh, it's been a huge fiasco, and I still don't have a phone!
Originally, I ordered last Friday (8 days ago) on Expansys USA for $750. On Saturday (seven days ago), I noticed that handtec would ship to the USA from the UK, it would come out to $50 cheaper, and it looked like it would get here first (at the time handtec seemed very proactive and confident they would ship my order ASAP).
On Saturday I sent a cancellation email to expansys, ordered from handtec, and waited. When Monday came, expansys cancelled my order no problem, and handtec needed all sorts of information (my passport + utility bill) to confirm my address, so my order didn't even get fully processed until Tuesday thanks to time zone differences.
Finally, Tuesday rolled around and they announced they were going to stop shipping because of the bug - I emailed them immediately and asked they send it anyway, they gave me the 24-48hrs BS, and eventually gave me Monday. Bullsh*t.
In the end, if I had kept my Expansys order, I probably would have my GN by now, and I wouldn't be hoping a UK company gets stock they claimed they would have a week ago. At least they upgraded to expedited shipping. .

phantom skinz shipping sucks

what was the quoted time/shipping method? I know that i have bought stuff from places like that and it will take 7-14 days whenever they USPS ground ship it. Its only if you pay for the upgraded one that it gets to you in a reasonable time.

Could also be that they were backed up on the order. Maybe they didnt display it or maybe you missed it? Maybe you ordered it and your payment didnt clear your bank for a few days? There are a lot of reasons why this all could happen just trying to come up with an answer for you
I don't think they was on backorder because I received a email from them the next day saying that it was shipping out that day plus the money came right off the credit card when the order went thru i think my package got lost.I left a email with their customer service i hope they can help me out

If they sent it USPS....they might have lost it. I hate USPS. They lost more than one shipment from my online orders. I had to call them multiple times to find my packages and their online tracking sucks. The don't always update.
It was shipped usps but i never had trouble with them.I order some things off of ebay that came from china and most of the time i would get it pretty quick,I called phantom skinz today and the lady said if i dont get it by thursday call them back and they will run a trace on it

I've wanted this phone for the longest time.
So, last Friday I was expecting delivery of a Note 4. I had gotten a killer deal @ $599 flat I get an email, that morning, from oppostyle, telling me the phone is now available in the US at a savings of $250 off. I know he phone is now a little bit older, but it is the one I had really lusted after. I had watched pre-release and then afterwards, dismayed it hadn't been released for the US market. With the price drop the phone is very attractive.
Anyway, I ditched the Note 4 and the Spigen case I'd bought for it, at my full cost and have ordered the Oppo 7.
Can't wait to get it.

Yes, ordered it on the 12th, came in today, the 18th.
Well, things happened really quickly once they got moving. But very little notice in between.
I ordered Thursday, 3-12-2015, and I got a notice saying they'd received my payment and order, and that they'd post a tracking # once it was available.
But things kinda "went dark" til late Monday, or so. Then yesterday I get a text message, from DHL, saying delivery was anticipated for today.

I'm setting it up for T-Mobile. Slapped the SIM from my Galaxy S3 and my 64gig mSDXC in there, put it in the case, put the battery in and voila.
The case that comes with it replaces the back cover ( put it away in a nice safe place you'll remember ). The phone walks you right through setup. Then just log into your Google account. Easy. Once I was setup, the phone let me know that there was an update available for the ColorOS and I went ahead and did that.
Oppo does a hell of a job packaging the phone. Very meticulous.
Going to be getting a different case than what comes with it, though. The flip style deal doesn't work real well for me, as the phone has to stay in my pants pockets. Still it is kind of cool. The installed screen protector is well fit, to the phone (kind of), but is of low quality. They include a different screen protector in it's own packaging and I'll be putting that on tomorrow. However, I'll be ordering a tempered glass one along with the different case, shortly.
Slim pickings for that, as they don't have the market saturation that iphones and Samsung devices do; so there is not as much monetary incentive to put a lot of 3rd party stuff out there. The choice of cases available is very limited.

Great, Thanks for all of that. I actually checked back on their website and its marked as shipped. even though I didn't get an email regarding that yet. I have also ordered a tempered glass from amazon. My main goal is to get my Wifi Tether going on this phone. As I couldn't do that on my Note 4 because of no root options and to use Titanium Backup again. Enjoy your phone bro and thanks again.

Nope the us doesn't have import taxes. I picked up a nice used one not Long ago and really like mine. And I've owned a one plus one before and this is much nicer. Its a real nice phone. But I think this is a better deal then the one plus one.

HTC IceView case not available

I ordered the IceView case directly from the HTC web site along with my phone. Both items were listed on the order. I received my phone on Friday but the case was not included.
I talked to HTC customer service and they didn't know much. They said they do not have any IceView cases and they don't know when they will be getting them. I tried to speak with a manager but didn't really get anywhere (a "manager" called me back but I think it was just a normal rep pretending). Nobody was able to offer a solution and nobody could offer me any compensation. I tried a message on twitter but that also got no reply. The "manager" is supposed to call me back on Monday but I'm not holding out much hope.
Anyone else in the same boat? Has anyone been able to get more info about when the cases will be shipping?
I ordered my case on May 2, no email or tracking number as of yet. I sent them an email regarding the case with no reply yet.
It seems nobody knows when the case is coming out, including retailers, as places like Amazon UK haven't set even an estimated release date yet.
Amazon were supposed to deliver mine on 4 may but then notified me that they haven't foundb any stock yet.
Not Amazon's fault of course
Strangely it's still listed as "in stock" on the htc store.

Yes so are USB c cables (u like the 3.0.charger). I just gave up and cancelled my order after a week of waiting for an in-stock item to ship.
Just wait until other vendors have the cases etc because at this point I can't even imagine having to rma something.

I'm gonna have to order a cheapo case from Handheld Items until this Ice View arrives, I am freaking out about dropping this damned thing!
No way will I spend $50 on this case (I have been testing a device which was supplied with the case.) It's not quite as nice as the Dotview Ice cases were (although it is also not as prone to tearing at the seam....although my test case *has* torn at the seam). I'll wait until I can grab one <$20....but mostly will continue to keep my 10 in a clear TPU case, like the Fosmon or the Spigen.
Looks like the gave all the IceView inventory to T-Mobile to give away with the purchase of a new phone. That sucks that HTC isn't honoring paying orders placed a month ago but T-Mobile people will be swimming in them in a week (May 18th).

T-Mobile had a deal for a free Ice Case and a free second quick charger if you purchased on launch day or day 2...they didn't say that I wouldn't get these free extras in store and I had to fill out some online form before 5/20 (it launched on 5/18 for T-Mobile) after I finished, they said it could take like 8 weeks but SHOULD be about a month. They waited to tell me that part until after I initialled the last page!
My ice view is coming from the US. Sick of the stock issues and found a seller not charging 100's for the damned thing lolol
I ordered mine direct from Verizon last Thursday, received it Friday. Ended up shipping it back on Monday. NOT worth the money IMHO. Cover doesn't close all the way even without a screen protector, and I found the interactions to be very unresponsive.

Mine will be here tomorrow apparently (kudos to the eBay vendor if it does! Three days is super last from the US to UK ). I will let people know my initial findings.

I ordered mine through Verizon in the US and just registered my 10 on the poland htc site. They said after verification of my IMEI, they're going to send my Ice view after the 1st of June. Who knows if it will work since I'm in the US.
