Rogers S3 Help Please - AT&T, Rogers, Bell, Telus Samsung Galaxy S III

Hi I have a s3 from Rogers, I need to send the phone back for a replacement, I rooted and and unrooted the phone, but I still have a status as modified under the settings area, do I need to fix this before sending it in? And also how do I get rid of this? I heard it has something to do with super user still being in the systems folder, but I cant delete it
Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance for any assistance

(Sigh) read the stickies and use Odin to revert to stock.

You would need a rom for phone bro. This kernel alone wont do it for you. My guess is the USA notes have a different layout. There is a high chance you flashed a file or files to the wrong place

What you can do is Backup your current ROM using this guide. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2055950
Then odin one click back to EL29 GB full ROM. Stock or Rooted.
Power off the phone completely. Insert USB JIG and it resets.
Then do what it says in the guide I linked to to restore your JB ROM
After that, you will be able to use a JIG to reset the counter. What happens is the bootloader gets downgraded. Everything from ICS and up is patched. So having a GB bootloader will let you use a JIG.
Why does the flash counter matter? Except to return the phone to sprint or Samsung? And in that case you will want to go to stock anyway.

Kernel messes with notifications?

Not sure if it's the kernel that messes with notifications or not
But i've installed the deviant kernel and ktoonez kernel.
I remember on the stock kernel, i would get snapchat notifications but now I'm not getting them and just remember I flashed a kernel right before it started happening!
Is there a setting I need to change, or can I go back to the stock kernel?
