One of the users here has been kind enough to make a youtube video of the rom. Take a look here so you know what you are getting yourself into!
Here is what I have been working on and running on my phone for quite some time. Figured I would post it for anyone else to use.

** Current workaround to Face Unlock not setting up correctly**
1. Change lock type from slide to pattern and set it up!! (may work with others, just change it from slide)
2. Go through and set up face unlock...will get an error at the end (Unfortunately Settings has stopped)
3. Press OK in the popup message and on the "You're all done!" page and exit settings..do not go through the pin/pattern setup again)
4. Facelock should be working...if someone wants to verify this working...

This is sweet, good job!

Putting it through its paces right now. One minor suggestion would be to have status bar transparency defaulted to off (opaque), unfortunately transparency makes a UI difference I can feel. Other than that, haven't been able to "break" anything yet. Thanks.

Great rom. Many options with the twisted settings especially the miui like custom carrier setting in the status bar. Thank you chef.
Is there any way to get the cm color settings option or does anyone know of an app that is similar? I use voodoo color but it doesn't affect the brightness so much as the cm option

Pretty nice, would like to point some suggestions for the rom
Spelling error on power menu settings XD. (says Shwo the Reboot Menu)
Wish to see an option to hide nav buttons in the power menu settings so it's not there when wanted full screen during a game or app.
Option to customize nav buttons as being able to replace current nav buttons with other icons that's available in xda.
Lastly being able to set an alternative lock screen (don't know if the option is there or not but didn't see it in the lock screen options.)
Great job on the rom and love the given options of the battery icon styles which is nicely done

For the lock screen there are two different settings. Options and styles...look under styles. The nav button options, I may do something like the battery options, but would need which ones you want.

All, I have integrated nav button style selection into the rom. I just need a list of about 10 preferred button styles to choose from.

+1 I usually make long press search my "power button".
moustro, ROM is great... Battery drain is epic. However, I'm using Franco's latest nightly. Not sure if his latest nightly is better than his previous, or the previous ROM I used was draining tons of battery..... And I didn't even full wipe my phone.... But its all great and smooth

Do you have spanish ui in the rom buddy?

Tried lockscreen wallpaper settings and it just didn't work so well. I could not get it to work no matter how I tried.

Flashing Instructions​:
First time on Jellybean? You MUST do a one-click wipe of the phone first.
NEWBIES, STOP AND READ THIS FIRST!!! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35539014#post35539014
1. Download full ROM, verify MD5 checksum and copy to phone SD storage.
2. Download and copy Jellybean X2 Format utility to SD storage: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2077277
3. Install EL26 (Chris41G) kernel or EL29 Directboot kernel.
They can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1662295
( Look for: GB - Stock EL26 Repacked Kernel or GB - Direct Boot CWM )
Note: For success, EL26 & EL29 kernels are recommended for flashing this rom!
4. Reboot into recovery, flash JB X2 Format then the ROM. You may flash a JB modem at this point if you like (required to run JB), but no other mods until ROM has fully booted the first time.
5. Let ROM boot fully and settle for a couple of minutes during the initial boot.
6. This ROM will not funtion fully unless you are also running a JB modem.

The rom already includes Kobridge camera and his full set of CSC tweaks.
I may add the volume button to take picture feature to this as well sometime in the future.

Hey TD, I made up an animated gif for you. Since this is Stock TW base, and people can theme as they want, and have a ball with 3minit settings, this just shows a clean flash with no edits. I grabbed a couple frames out of the boot animation too. This is the starting pallet. Enjoy. I think it's 21 frames total, and it's on a loop so if folks miss anything it will come back.
Note: Animated gifs do not display in the xda mobile app. You can view it like this: Long press -> More -> Open in browser.

Awesome ROM! That is so much for this! Running very smooth on my AT&T SGH-I337 S4.
Only issue I've seen is you cannot choose gallery when trying to set wallpaper for the lock screen so you can only choose stock imbeded into ROM images. But again very smooth and not one fc

Q: Does ART work?
A: No. It only works on odexed ROMs. This one is deodexed.
Q: When is the next release coming?
A: There are going to be no announcements of scheduled release dates for this ROM.

Q: My benchmark scores are lower than when I used _________.
A: That's nice, but it doesn't mean much. As long as the speed of the phone is to your satisfaction everything is working as it should. Benchmark scores are used to show off if anything. Now you may be asking, "Why don't benchmark scores mean anything?" Well it's because there are so many factors that can alter a benchmark score that it makes them unreliable as a performance indicator.
Q: What benchmark app do you recommend?
A: If I had to choose, Vellamo Mobile Benchmark
Q: How can I help with this ROM?
A: Rating the thread 5 stars helps a lot. I don't really need testers, but would prefer to have someone in addition to myself try to port some mods over to the ROM. For example, if someone in the thread wanted a launcher with different modifications, I wouldn't really have the time do it it all by myself. People who contribute apps, themes, etc will have their mod listed under "Downloads" and will have their name in the credits.

This is my initial m7 port of @lyapota's m8 ModPack for Sense Lollipop roms.
We should all thank him immensely for his great efforts!
This should work on any Sense Lollipop rom currently available for the HTC One M7, with the exception of heavily modified roms.
Please make a backup prior to flashing this mod.
You can revert or add any changes at any time, by reflashing the ModPack.
I will be updating this, as more mods are added to the original package, and with whatever mods I see fit to add myself, in the future.
I already have many more ideas.

only issue seems to be in settings > display that the home button options (swipe up for google now, hold for menu) are replaced by the recents apps options from the m8
its an easy fix, just wanted to point it out

I have a mod idea, but I don't know if is feasible or not. I am a right handed school principal who gets about 300 emails per day. As such, I often go through my email and delete unnecessary items quickly as I'm walking from one place to another. What is easiest is to simply check the boxes with my thumb as I'm walking, however, that box is all the way on the other side of the screen. Is there any way at all to flip it so that the little box that I can check next to the email in the HTC email app is on the right hand side of the screen instead of the left hand side of the screen?

Is there a way to enable the option to disable the NFC and the Power saving icon with a future update?

I noticed that even though I chose not to change the APM (I like the one included in NuSense), it is changed. I cannot reboot into recovery and I now have a stupid reminder that restarting will clear the memory. I had read that installing this APM would do that, so I made sure that the box was unchecked. Not a huge deal, but very annoying. And all I really wanted was the centered clock!

Having a strange issue. I installed the Google dialer and now every time I call someone that name and number gets added to the favorites. Minor thing. Anyone else experiencing this. Thanks for the hard work santod!

Yeah, I had complained about the ModPack APM confirmation dialog on the NuSense thread (sorry, Santod), and I was actually coming over here to warn of what I subsequently discovered and you just described .

Question? If I switch to the Google dialer will I lose the ability to sync my Facebook contacts like on the GPE?

Wrong thread? Anyway, I believe the Facebook sync is a function of Facebook's app and independent of your dialer.
Now, how does one properly replace the Sense dialer with Google's? I've messed with adding the apk, but incoming calls always reverted to Sense...
Edit: I hadn't seen that Santod added new mods including the Google dialer. I'll have to check it out.

Well, having avoided this ModPack because of how it messes up the APM, I just flashed it to get the GPE dialer. The dialer seems great, but the APM is messed up. Knowing that the ModPack install breaks the native NuSense APM if the ModPack's APM isn't selected, I selected the ModPack APM along with the GPE dialer.
Now all the APM does is reboot. when I select power off or restart recovery, it just reboots. Ironically, when I selected restart, it seemed to do a "hot restart".
Next I'm going to run a test on a clean install of NuSenseSIX v10.1 to see if it's something in my current data or boot image that's causing it to mess up like this.

Any thoughts on the APM funkiness? I just restored a clean install of NuSenseSIX (with the native APM included), and after flashing build 5 of the ModPack, with the new APM selected, it fails to work (as described two posts up).
Does NuSenseSIX need to be installed without APM originally in order for the modpack APM to work?

I will be redoing how that's included though, in the next update.
But it should just work for now, has for me every time.
I also previously had my own native apm.
But I have flashed many times.
So I will try the latest pack on a clean rom install with native apm again, when I get a chance.
Really don't see why it wouldn't work though.

Thanks. Very curious. I'll try build 6.
The first time I flashed an early release of the modpack I installed APM over the native APM, and I recall it seemed to work fine (my only gripe was the extra confirmation on restarts).

OK - I think the problem to APM only occurs when you don't install it. My initial flash of the ModPack included the APM option. The native NuSenseSIX APM was replaced and the result worked fine. When I decided I preferred the native APM, I reflashed the ModPack with APM unselected, the result was not reverted to the native APM. Here's what I believe to be the case currently:
When you flash the ModPack on a clean instance of NuSenseSIX v10 with APM unselected, your native APM will be broken.
Once the ModPack is run with unselected APM, a subsequent install of the ModPack's APM will look fine, but the functions don't behave as expected.
All that said, THANK YOU for porting and extending this ModPack! I really like having the GPE dialer in particular (and I'm cheerfully using the ModPack's APM and it's reboot confirmation to use it).
