M7 Lollipop 5.0.2 Base: 7.15.401.1 and 7.17.1540.7
This is my initial m7 port of @lyapota's m8 ModPack for Sense Lollipop roms.
We should all thank him immensely for his great efforts!
This should work on any Sense Lollipop rom currently available for the HTC One M7, with the exception of heavily modified roms.
Please make a backup prior to flashing this mod.
You can revert or add any changes at any time, by reflashing the ModPack.
I will be updating this, as more mods are added to the original package, and with whatever mods I see fit to add myself, in the future.
I already have many more ideas.
But these will come in due time...

only issue seems to be in settings > display that the home button options (swipe up for google now, hold for menu) are replaced by the recents apps options from the m8
its an easy fix, just wanted to point it out

I have a mod idea, but I don't know if is feasible or not. I am a right handed school principal who gets about 300 emails per day. As such, I often go through my email and delete unnecessary items quickly as I'm walking from one place to another. What is easiest is to simply check the boxes with my thumb as I'm walking, however, that box is all the way on the other side of the screen. Is there any way at all to flip it so that the little box that I can check next to the email in the HTC email app is on the right hand side of the screen instead of the left hand side of the screen?

Realized when I uploaded and saw Nits post again, haha.

Is there a way to enable the option to disable the NFC and the Power saving icon with a future update?

I noticed that even though I chose not to change the APM (I like the one included in NuSense), it is changed. I cannot reboot into recovery and I now have a stupid reminder that restarting will clear the memory. I had read that installing this APM would do that, so I made sure that the box was unchecked. Not a huge deal, but very annoying. And all I really wanted was the centered clock!

Having a strange issue. I installed the Google dialer and now every time I call someone that name and number gets added to the favorites. Minor thing. Anyone else experiencing this. Thanks for the hard work santod!

Yeah, I had complained about the ModPack APM confirmation dialog on the NuSense thread (sorry, Santod), and I was actually coming over here to warn of what I subsequently discovered and you just described .

Question? If I switch to the Google dialer will I lose the ability to sync my Facebook contacts like on the GPE?

Wrong thread? Anyway, I believe the Facebook sync is a function of Facebook's app and independent of your dialer.
Now, how does one properly replace the Sense dialer with Google's? I've messed with adding the apk, but incoming calls always reverted to Sense...
Edit: I hadn't seen that Santod added new mods including the Google dialer. I'll have to check it out.

Well, having avoided this ModPack because of how it messes up the APM, I just flashed it to get the GPE dialer. The dialer seems great, but the APM is messed up. Knowing that the ModPack install breaks the native NuSense APM if the ModPack's APM isn't selected, I selected the ModPack APM along with the GPE dialer.
Now all the APM does is reboot. when I select power off or restart recovery, it just reboots. Ironically, when I selected restart, it seemed to do a "hot restart".
Next I'm going to run a test on a clean install of NuSenseSIX v10.1 to see if it's something in my current data or boot image that's causing it to mess up like this.

Any thoughts on the APM funkiness? I just restored a clean install of NuSenseSIX (with the native APM included), and after flashing build 5 of the ModPack, with the new APM selected, it fails to work (as described two posts up).
Does NuSenseSIX need to be installed without APM originally in order for the modpack APM to work?

I will be redoing how that's included though, in the next update.
But it should just work for now, has for me every time.
I also previously had my own native apm.
But I have flashed many times.
So I will try the latest pack on a clean rom install with native apm again, when I get a chance.
Really don't see why it wouldn't work though.

Thanks. Very curious. I'll try build 6.
The first time I flashed an early release of the modpack I installed APM over the native APM, and I recall it seemed to work fine (my only gripe was the extra confirmation on restarts).

OK - I think the problem to APM only occurs when you don't install it. My initial flash of the ModPack included the APM option. The native NuSenseSIX APM was replaced and the result worked fine. When I decided I preferred the native APM, I reflashed the ModPack with APM unselected, the result was not reverted to the native APM. Here's what I believe to be the case currently:
When you flash the ModPack on a clean instance of NuSenseSIX v10 with APM unselected, your native APM will be broken.
Once the ModPack is run with unselected APM, a subsequent install of the ModPack's APM will look fine, but the functions don't behave as expected.
All that said, THANK YOU for porting and extending this ModPack! I really like having the GPE dialer in particular (and I'm cheerfully using the ModPack's APM and it's reboot confirmation to use it).

With the introduced venom theming its really easy to create themes yourself! At the bottom of the post attached is the venom kitchen, other required files and an easy to follow tutorial.
Feel free to create some themes and provide it for our users in this Thread. If the theme looks nice we will add it with credits to the venom hub, so all users can download it from there!

Q: Several HTC Widgets are missing - can't add them to my homescreen.
A: Settings->apps->all apps: choose HTC Sense and clear data.​
Q: How do I install the Rom?!
A: Installation instructions are in the 5th post at the bottom.​
Q: What`s the md5 sum thing?
A: It ensures, that the Rom is downloaded correct and completely to avoid weird issues when installing/using the Rom. Google for "md5 sum checker" and you should find what you need.​
Q: My phone stucks on HTC splash screen
A: "fastboot erase cache" in fastboot and flash the boot.img or use the boot.img flasher provided here.​
Q: Whats the boot.img. Why we need to flash it?
A: The boot.img is the kernel and has to be flashed if you want your Rom running well. HTC Dev Unlock doesn`t allow to install the kernel directly when installing the Rom in recovery, that`s why you need to install it manually.​
Q: I found a theme or mod, will it work on this rom?
A: It's NOT recommended to use mods/themes that don`t clearly state, that they are compatible with our Rom. Themes/Mods always use framework files which will break mods/stuff in our Rom.​
Q: My question is not listed here, what to do?
A: Ensure you used the xda search, google and your brain before asking a question in the thread. If you can`t find an answer yourself we will answer your question for sure! (-:​
Q: What`s that CM Status Bar brightness mod?
A:

A: Make sure Auto Brightness is NOT activated​
Q: Why do I have an empty space in EQS?
A: Just hide NFC in tweaks hide n reorder, our device does not support NFC​
Q: Why does show unlock animation not work?
A: It DOES work as long as you`ve been on homescreen before you locked and have the clock widget there.​
Q: Why is infinite scrolling sometimes laggy and I even see an empty screen?
A: The implementation is still buggy, but we left it on user request.​
Q: What`s the Ultra/smooth Rosie?
A: Your HTC Widgets got some kind of 3D effect which may make your Rosie laggy. You can see that 3D effect clearly on the HTC 4x4 Weather widget.
Smooth: Flattens all widgets besides the one you start scrolling
Ultra: Flattens all widgets for best performance
Q: Why does my swype2unlock doesn`t work?
A: Seems you mix up sweep2wake from shows bricked kernel with swype2unlock
sweep2wake is kernel related and makes it possible to turn screen off and on by swiping your finger from back to menu key.
swype2unlock isn`t a kernel feature. It makes it possible to unlock your Lockscreen intead of moving the ring by sliding your finger from back to menu button and NOT to wake your device and put it into sleep.​
Q: The cube effect isn't working on the app drawer
A: The cube effect just appears when you swype from the all tabs over to the frequent to the download tab.​
Q: Volume wake isn`t working after some time when the device is in deep sleep.
A: This is a kernel issue, no way I can fix it in the Rom.​
Q: How do I know whether a tweak needs a reboot to work?
A: Usually the white reboot button top right corner will turn white. Just press it and your device or Status bar will reboot and apply the tweak.​
Q: I have problems ending a call, problems with lags when making a call, or low volume issues.
A: Some users reported that it`s related to the fine/finest volume tweak. Set it to normal to fix your issue.​
Q: I have Dialer or other FC after a mod/Theme/Rom flash?
A: Always fully boot your device first, then boot again in recovery. One S creates some cache issues after flashes, which most of the time are solved when wiping cache in recovery.​
Q: I need someone repackaging a kernel
A: Kernels don`t need to be repacked for our Rom. We don`t have ramdisk tweaks. So you are able to flash the kernel straight from the kernel devs thread.​
Q: What are the correct sizes for the app drawer and notfication pulldown background?
A: Try 540x960.​
Q: What are the correct sizes for custom carrier logo?
A: Try 100x100​

A: Again - the Hub is the place or make your own and choose it from your SD.​
Q: Why do I need the additional addon package?
A: You don`t need iit, but it saves you the hassle to download the full ROM, if you only want to remove bloatware or add useful stuff like new boootanimations, fonts or AOSP apps.​
Q: I installed Venom Red Theme on 1rst ROM installation, but I don`t see anything red?
A: You need to activate Skin under personalize, Status Bar and Sense Themes in Tweaks app first.​
Q: Will there be CRT On/OFF support in the next release?
A: NOT possible, because HTC changes some required code in their libs, that makes it impossible.​​​

The Rosie (HTC Sense launcher) needs about 5-10 minutes to get the best speed, so it needs some time of playing until you have the best speed

Q: Should I wipe before flashing this update?
A: You should always wipe between rom updates. No wipe, No gripes!
Q: Why's the rom file so big?
A: Since i have included a fully customizable aroma installer and full multicarrier, 4 custom themes and basically 4 rom styles, this increases the rom size a large bit. The base rom is about 500mb and the aroma installer is about 1gb
Q: What's the white line at the top of the screen?
A: This is the MIUI Battery Bar, accessable in Hyperdrive Control
Q: My screen won't turn off when i plug it into the charger!!?
A: You need to disable Screen Candy in Settings/Display!
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom??
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Thus this is not the roms fault.
Q: The Aroma installer keeps freezing up on me?
A: Unfortunately this is an issue with the Aroma installer program, keep trying, just pull battery and reflash!
Q: The Note 2 keyboard swype doesn't work :..(?
A: Yes it does, you need to into settings/language and input/samsung keyboard settings icon and check swype. You also need to download the correct language for your phone!!
Q: My phone is freezing up after being in landscape mode and then i have to do a battery pull to unlock it??
A: Disable ripple effect when using custom lockscreen Remember however, for best stability i still recommend stock lockscreen.
Q:My LED light wont stop blinking or turn off?
A: You need to go into Settings/Hyperdrive Rom Control/ LED Settings and disable light manager and your LED will not spaz out.
Q: My model number is not right, help?
A: I changed to verizon s3 model number (SCH-I535) to the Verizon Note 2's (SCH-I605) in order for S Note To be Fully Working.
Q:I'm getting a strange text from verizon- VZMNM
A: You need to go into your verizon account online and disable the backup assistant feature. Then these texts will stop!
Q: My GPS is not locking on for me?
A: You need to do a permissions fix in recovery. This should fix it!
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced
Q: My wifi is slow to connect, why could this be?
A: I changed the wifi scan interval in order to save battery, you can change it back yourself by using a build prop editor and looking for wifi.supplicant.scan.interval. The default value is 90.

Q: I'm having xyz problem?
A: For any general problems, first try a reboot along with a cache wipe, dalvik cache wipe, and a fix of permissions along with a read through the thread!!
For problems with apps try clearing app data along with a reboot and cache wipe

i can't get this to install, i can't even get into the installer.... when i click Next on the Terms and Conditions screen, it does nothing.... just hangs....

Here's what I have so far:
1. WiFi will not turn on. The on/off button justs flickers and will not stay in the on position.
2. The model number in "About device" says SCH-1605. Build.prop can adjust that.
3. There's no APN category in network settings.
I did select AT&T in aroma. I will do a fresh install to see what happens.

1.To get WiFi I installed Ktoonz kernel the only thing is after it caused Lmt to force close.
2. Like mention before Build.prop can adjust the model number.
3.After restarting the phone APN appeared.

ROM is probably the fastest I've ever been on I mean Jesus talk about speed. The WiFi thing was fixed after installing a different kernel. Hopefully OP will post a separate zip for the kernel we can flash. Also after running the hacked YouTube app, it basically knocks out any data/WiFi data transfer and only a reboot fixes this. Had to go back to my ROM. Hopefully once all this gets cleared up I can come back. Other than that superb job my friend. :thumbup:

1. Download full ROM, verify MD5 checksum and copy to phone SD storage.

3. Install EL26 (Chris41G) kernel or EL29 Directboot kernel.

5. Let ROM boot fully and settle for a couple of minutes during the initial boot.
6. This ROM will not funtion fully unless you are also running a JB modem.

The rom already includes Kobridge camera and his full set of CSC tweaks.
I may add the volume button to take picture feature to this as well sometime in the future.

Since this is the initial release, please let me know if I overlooked anything or there is something that should have been included. Keep in mind, this is a stock based rom. Any theming can be done via the 3Minit app.
The 3Minit framework app link and homepage are on the OP. Noone likes a leach! Everyone please take the time to thank and support the developer for his continued support.

Hey TD, I made up an animated gif for you. Since this is Stock TW base, and people can theme as they want, and have a ball with 3minit settings, this just shows a clean flash with no edits. I grabbed a couple frames out of the boot animation too. This is the starting pallet. Enjoy. I think it's 21 frames total, and it's on a loop so if folks miss anything it will come back.
Note: Animated gifs do not display in the xda mobile app. You can view it like this: Long press -> More -> Open in browser.

Sharing Policy​​
Do not use any parts of this rom without my explicit permission for each item you would like to use. Violators of this rule will be reported and dealt with by Forum Moderators​​
1. You MUST READ Through the Entire first page of the Thread
2.You MUST be ROOTED
3. It is recommended to install with CWM Recovery (however TWRP should work fine)
1. Download latest Hyperdrive Rom version
2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
4. Wipe cache and dalvik cache
5. Install Rom
6. Reboot (First Boot may take up to 10 mins)
7. Let Phone sit for 10 minutes
8. Reboot again
9. Enjoy!

If you have a bug or issue with the rom to report you MUST also add:
1. Details of what Happened before and after the issue
2. The exact steps which can be taken to reproduce the issue, so that i can reproduce the issue on my device.
3. A Logcat of the force close or problem. If you do not know how to take/use logcat please read HERE on how to do so.

A: Unless specified otherwise you need to wipe before Flashing every Hyperdrive Rom update, I do not release many updates with only minor changes​
Q:What is the format for setting the custom clock?
A: Use [H] for hours, [M] for minutes, and for seconds. Here are some examples for 2:07 (+ 5 seconds):
HH:MM = 02:07
HH:MM:SS = 02:07:05
H:MM = 2:07
HH = 02
H = 2
MM = 07
M = 7
SS = 05
S = 5
Q: Why is there a press and hold to add items on my launcher homescreen?
A: Move a widget from screen to screen and it will go away​
Q: The icons on my power menu are just blocks or black circles?
A: The power menu icons color can be set via HyperdriveTweaks/colors/Power Menu Icon Color. To see the original icons, set the color to transparent​
Q: I do not have any options on my power menu?
A: The power menu is now fully customizable and you can add or remove the options you want in Hyperdrive Tweaks/System/Extended Power Menu​
Q: How do install an OTA Update?
A: Over the Air Updates can be downloaded about going to Settings/About Phone/Check for Rom Update​
Q: Why can't i see the text on the menu?
A: You can now set any color for the menu text color in Hyperdrive Tweaks/Colors/MenuTextcolor​
Q: What is the md5 sum?
A:Checking the md5 sum ensures that you have a correct download and helps to ensure you avoid any weird errors​
Q: What is the number icon next to the wifi icon in the status bar and how do i remove it?
A: This is the network traffic speed meter which tells you how much data is being used. It can be toggled on and off as well as color customized in Hyperdrive Tweaks/User Interface/Network traffic speed​
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom?
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Having Issues with Battery life or your Battery isn't where you want it to be. Please Read THIS Nice Summary Here ​
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced. To make wifi work when it wont turn on or connect, change this in the build.prop:
ro.securestorage.support=true TO ro.securestorage.support=false​

Battery Callibrator - How to
A script written by zepplinrox that will calibrate your battery. It is pretty easy to use and explains what you need to do in the terminal. It is executable via terminal emulator on your phone.

2. Reboot into Recovery
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset

Q: Should I wipe before flashing this update?
A: Unless specified otherwise you need to wipe before Flashing every Hyperdrive Rom update, I do not release many updates with only minor changes​
Q: This build is really buggy, or unstable or something of the sort?
A: Please full wipe before installing the rom, and in aroma installer leave the default options as is and make sure to read through all the info and instructions in this thread.​
Q: What is the format for setting the custom clock?
A: Use [H] for hours, [M] for minutes, and for seconds. Here are some examples for 2:07 (+ 5 seconds):
HH:MM = 02:07
HH:MM:SS = 02:07:05
H:MM = 2:07
HH = 02
H = 2

A:Checking the md5 sum ensures that you have a correct download and helps to ensure you avoid any weird errors​
Q: What is the number icon next to the wifi icon in the status bar and how do i remove it?
A: This is the network traffic speed meter which tells you how much data is being used. It can be toggled on and off as well as color customized in Hyperdrive Tweaks/User Interface/Network traffic speed​
Q: I'm getting terrible Battery life and drain, what gives with this rom?
A: I would say that 99% of the time bad battery life is user error. You need to check your cpu settings and also check out your battery stats. If you have any wakelocking apps that are waking your phone, you will get drain. Having Issues with Battery life or your Battery isn't where you want it to be. Please Read THIS Nice Summary Here ​
Q: Wifi Connectivity Problems?
A: Make sure Wifi is set to always keep wifi on during sleep under wifi settings/advanced. To make wifi work when it wont turn on or connect, change this in the build.prop:
ro.securestorage.support=true TO ro.securestorage.support=false​

Loving this ROM so far!! I was wondering if it was possible to make the s-pen work like the one on the Note phones? I like how you can scroll and select without even touching the phone with the S-pen on the Note phones. More functionality.

Loving this ROM so far!! I was wondering if it was possible to make the s-pen work like the one on the Note phones? I like how you can scroll and select without even touching the phone with the S-pen on the Note phones. More functionality.
Like how it works in the recovery.

This and the multi window features on the Note 4 would make the note pro rock!

Yeah i noticed that. So far is running pretty well. The only issue running into is random fc for system.ui
I did clean install and first tried the Cyvz kernel and got quite a bit and then did another clean install and tried bonuuz. . This one still does it but seems less
Both times i went back in and wiped davlik and cache. . However it still occurs. could it really be the kernel and i need to use stock? Letting it charge back up and I'll test some more tomorrow

I was getting the system ui crashes with stock kernel too.

Ok good.. well not good, but good to know it is going on with either of them. So yeah, not really sure what it could be. Scott, do you want a logcat the next time it happens to see what is going on? Or is this something you have an idea on already?

I'm on the stock kernel and get the same crash. Other than that the rom is "silky smooth"

Have you guys tried going into the app manager and wiping the cache and data for system.ui? I'm not home right now to test. I flashed mine late last night and was getting them while setting up and we left out early so haven't had the chance to mess with it this morning

No i haven't seen this on my device so a logcat would be great!

What would it take to have this ROM for the LTE version (SM-P905)? I am willing to test drive on my device any releases.
