Love the ROM & thanks for the update. +1 to awesome new 'fuller' screen boot ani.
Anyone else getting persistent AOKP Statistics notification?
As I do miss the integrated PA, I love that Xposed will get more exposure (pun?).. because it's awesome and really changes the game. Great ROM-- look forward to testing more.
Note to anyone looking: When using the dpi changer, I find that when changing the dpi or res of an app, for changes to apply, need to click on the wrench, FC the app, back out, then hit the play button to see changes. fwiw. Hitting the Save button alone doesn't seem to really FC it.
Gmail settings that look nice for me are: DPI 225, res 800x1280, tablet (for good split screen layout)
..Same for Settings (com.android.settings)

Is there any way to add targets to the lock screen?

The TouchWiz Launcher does not depend on the Samsung core framework, so it can be used. S-Pen should definitely work (in its basic form), although S-Pen Gestures have not yet been added back into the ROM.
John, yet another huge thanks goes out to you. I hope you're getting some well deserved rest right now! I did notice that the build.prop device DPI is set at 280. Will this give us issues with Market Compatibility? Obviously there is a difference between Xposed + PA Prefs/Hybrid Engine, however I'm not very sure of the particular differences between how each works. I haven't seen any Market issues yet (was cautious because changing the entire system DPI on my older devices (without PA) caused those Market issues).
Anyways, everything is working great apart from the known issues (which are quite irrelevant). Lots of merges to CM were made last night for our t0ltes, and I'm sure AOKP will see continuous action, so this will just keep getting better and better. Awesome first mr1 release, thanks again!

Wow.... and I was just starting to settle in with Jelly Beer. There is no way I can't give the new Jelly Bam a try. Thanks a billion!

does anyone know if this rom natively can handle an exfat formatted exernal sd card, or, do we have to flash the perseus kernel to get that to be "seen" properly?
thanks!
EDIT: so, natively, this rom can NOT see external sd cards formatted with exfat; I tried to flash the perseus kernel with this rom, so I could see my extsd card, but the phone would NOT boot...
My problem is, all the computers in my house are either win7 or 8, and when I go to format my ext sd card, it only gives me EXFAT as an option; any ideas on how I can format my card for fat32? I was an all OSX house until a few months ago, and osx allowed fat 32...
thanks again!

I included a multi DPI play store so there should be no compatibility issues.

BT works? Looks like there's lots to play with here.

Bugs
Report All bugs here: http://www.allstardevs.com/showthread.php/2791-Bug-Tracker
READ MEOK, let me clear this up with the GApps thing and the beta builds. There are two GApps, one with a wokring camcorder and camera (4.1.2), and one with the 4.2 camera where video doesn't work. For the one with working camera, click the link in my post that says that is has a working camera. To flash that one, you have to be on the build that says with camcorder and torch (V2).
If you want to flash the 4.2 GApps, then you must be on any build besides the one that says that it has camcorder and torch. If you decide to flash these GApps, your camcorder won't work. The camcorder just doesn't work with the 4.2 camera. I hope this clears things up and sorry for the confusion .

This is a stock android ROM. The UNICEF ROM was a TWiz ROM. This ROM also has many 4.2 features including boot animation, apps, about phone, wallpapers, and much more stuff. It is based off of my Oct. 31 AOKP nightly. All-Star 4.2 is in my opinion, really fast as well.

Here is a Quick example of Per-App Settings.
Lets say we want to change the look of Gmail app.
1) Launch Per-App Settings located into Settings-ROM Tools.
2) Find and Click on Gmail app.
3) Turn the toggle in top right from OFF to ON
4) Change some stuff. (For example DPI to 220 and resolution to 800x1280.Tick Tablet.)
5) Click save to save changes.
6) Finally click the Play button to launch the (Gmail) app with the new settings.

This ROM is based on the Android Open Kang Project (AOKP). The idea to start a ROM based off AOKP with added features for us was started out of curiosity and boredom. We started compiling ROMs for personal use and later started sharing them. After sharing it with a few people, we decided to take it a step further and fine tune the way we do things. Since then, is been nothing but fun and a true learning experience for all of us involved. We've received high praise from not only users but fellow developers of other ROMs that enjoy seeing things done the right way. Our 4.2.2 version made it onto various devices to include the HTC One, Galaxy Nexus, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO LTE, Nexus 4 and some other devices. We hope to do the same with our 4.3 version.

Oh man, I'm IN! Nice work....DLing as we speak. :highfive:
IMPRESSIVE!! I can't remember the last time I wanted to run someone else's build over one of my own. Excellent work! Smooth as silk. No issues of any kind at this time.
Two teeeny issues; Goo Manager shows as installed but has no icon, can't be opened from App store and I don't see it anywhere in integrated settings. Also, I can't use my Font Installer. It goes through the process, but doesn't alter the font. Other than that, sweeeet!

This stuff is like rock n roll at this point, man. Nothing is truly 100% different or original. This has some integrated features typically only offered on ROMs other than AOKP. What it comes down to is this: All of these different ROMs are based off of CM, AOSP, AOKP, and PA in one way or another. After that, it simply comes down to dev preferences. They add or subtract what they like or don't like and post it to see if others feel the same way. Hybrid settings, Dirt settings, certain theme changes, things like that make this different from your average AOKP. My penny and a half...

Thank you brother. BTW I think the font issue has to do with a custom font being an integrated part of the ROM. Not the end of the world.

Me too
also confirming 4G. and that this thing is super stable.
question for any inclined to help a brother out, and trust me I've done lots of searching and reading. is there any relief for those affected by the camera focus issues on AOSP based roms for this phone? the camera is serviceable for me, but is total fail when it comes to Barcode Scanner or scanning barcodes from the Amazon Mobile app. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd greatly appreciate it. If I can get a monthly donation income of at least 8$ USD a month, I can link it to my PayPal, so no money has to come out of my pocket. If I can get a significantly larger income of 8$ USD a month, that could open up opportunities for dedicated servers, or improvements throughout the site including things like: Better download speeds, more FTP users, etc.

OK then it must be caused by my notebook. Wi-Fi doesn't work so well on my notebook when I use Ubuntu on it. So maybe my ROM wasn't uploaded successfully. I have added all the required files to build this ROM for toro.
It's 5 Am here so I let my notebook finish ROM compiling..

I double checked the files and everything is right so I don't know why it won't boot. Maybe .zp package was corrupted or I don't know..

You just made a lot of people happy :victory:
This ROM is amazing! Been running it since last night and this is the first time I haven't had data crap out even once! MMS works even after 24 hours (which hasn't happened yet!)
Very customizable too, more then CM but less then AOKP....Give this a shot, you won't be disappointed.
Nice lowrider haha.. Thanks DHO

Lowrider, how did you get data switching to work? Has BRD been working on it? Or did someone beat him to it? I haven't been in IRC lately. But that's awesome, thanks for bringing this our way.
