MBQ_:
I'd greatly appreciate it. If I can get a monthly donation income of at least 8$ USD a month, I can link it to my PayPal, so no money has to come out of my pocket. If I can get a significantly larger income of 8$ USD a month, that could open up opportunities for dedicated servers, or improvements throughout the site including things like: Better download speeds, more FTP users, etc.

Enjoy!
Better version is coming later to make this a bit smoother and because I don't own the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, I don't know how does this ROM work on Toro. At least everything should work!

Hmmm. Weird. Did you flash another kernel?

My PC is compiling the next version. Next version must work.

I didn't flash a different kernel. Just this ROM and gapps.

OK then it must be caused by my notebook. Wi-Fi doesn't work so well on my notebook when I use Ubuntu on it. So maybe my ROM wasn't uploaded successfully. I have added all the required files to build this ROM for toro.
It's 5 Am here so I let my notebook finish ROM compiling..

I started a fresh build and 2 hours left until this ROM is built.
I double checked the files and everything is right so I don't know why it won't boot. Maybe .zp package was corrupted or I don't know..

Love the ROM & thanks for the update. +1 to awesome new 'fuller' screen boot ani.
Anyone else getting persistent AOKP Statistics notification?
As I do miss the integrated PA, I love that Xposed will get more exposure (pun?).. because it's awesome and really changes the game. Great ROM-- look forward to testing more.
Note to anyone looking: When using the dpi changer, I find that when changing the dpi or res of an app, for changes to apply, need to click on the wrench, FC the app, back out, then hit the play button to see changes. fwiw. Hitting the Save button alone doesn't seem to really FC it.
Gmail settings that look nice for me are: DPI 225, res 800x1280, tablet (for good split screen layout)
..Same for Settings (com.android.settings)

The TouchWiz Launcher does not depend on the Samsung core framework, so it can be used. S-Pen should definitely work (in its basic form), although S-Pen Gestures have not yet been added back into the ROM.
John, yet another huge thanks goes out to you. I hope you're getting some well deserved rest right now! I did notice that the build.prop device DPI is set at 280. Will this give us issues with Market Compatibility? Obviously there is a difference between Xposed + PA Prefs/Hybrid Engine, however I'm not very sure of the particular differences between how each works. I haven't seen any Market issues yet (was cautious because changing the entire system DPI on my older devices (without PA) caused those Market issues).
Anyways, everything is working great apart from the known issues (which are quite irrelevant). Lots of merges to CM were made last night for our t0ltes, and I'm sure AOKP will see continuous action, so this will just keep getting better and better. Awesome first mr1 release, thanks again!
Wow.... and I was just starting to settle in with Jelly Beer. There is no way I can't give the new Jelly Bam a try. Thanks a billion!
does anyone know if this rom natively can handle an exfat formatted exernal sd card, or, do we have to flash the perseus kernel to get that to be "seen" properly?
thanks!
EDIT: so, natively, this rom can NOT see external sd cards formatted with exfat; I tried to flash the perseus kernel with this rom, so I could see my extsd card, but the phone would NOT boot...
My problem is, all the computers in my house are either win7 or 8, and when I go to format my ext sd card, it only gives me EXFAT as an option; any ideas on how I can format my card for fat32? I was an all OSX house until a few months ago, and osx allowed fat 32...
thanks again!

Should be fine....i've been using TWRP since about a week after getting the phone and haven't had a problem flashing any roms yet, even when the OP recommends to use CWM
I don't want to start any drama considering the circumstances but can anyone briefly tell me what the differences between this and carbon are? The features lists look very similar.

well as you know carbon tree was forked from liquidsmooth
since then they went there own way
since then many things were added in liquid , I wouldnt know if these were kanged from liquid or added to carbon via an other way or if they werent added at all or what was added since then by team carbon .. I do not follow what thy do on there github at all..
liquidsmooth as there own kernel and so does carbon , afaik each kernel is unique to these specific roms and kernel plays a critical role inhow phone behaves so your best bet is to try them both ...
I could give you my opinion but ofc im biased ..
I can tell you one thing for sure when I joined liquidsmooth a few of the 'pub' optimizations were used already but not all of them , this has been corrected so you can expect the maximum smoothnest possible in an oasp based rom .
I personally got the highest linpack results I ever did before on this rom , 245 (average) @ 1.9ghz .. nugh said .
now lets not bring up the 'c' word anymore thank you (lol)

ok if the last person in the other thread told you it was not fixed then why would you assume that it would be magically fixed in this rom when they are based off the same 4.2.2

ok if the last person in the other thread told you it was not fixed then why would you assume that it would be magically fixed in this rom when they are based off the same 4.2.2

The OP says that there is kernel support for Voodoo audio, yet I dont see it anywhere in the ROM settings and it isnt available for the Note 2 from the play store...am I missing something?
Otherwise...great ROM. Glad to see Liquid back on the scene.

I can confirm this is also happening to me. When navigating to settings and clicking on lockscreen, I get an error message, "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped."
I hope I provided the logcat properly, this was the first time doing it. The logcat and device information can be found HERE

Its happening on the jellybro 4.2.2 rom as well but its better than all the random reboots on 4.2.1 though

I was happy to see your build:good: I run liquid on my droid4 and it kicks ass.
Few issues-lock screen and settings both crash in settings. Also Bluetooth will not turn on.
Trying to choose a color for battery, the selector is way over sized and you cannot see the set buttons.( same issue in all color selectors)(not in log)
the back button in settings also drops you into google now sometimes. (this happends alot on the back button in general)
I hope you whip these quick.
You ROM whipped cm10.1 in autu bench mark by 2000!
Cm10.1 13500
Liquid 15500
Logs for above issue.
http://lang-world.com/downloads/xoom-logs/2013-02-17-07-33-57.txt
So tried to install this ROM. Android keyboard crashen ll the time. Tried to fash it with other Gapps, but it didnt work. Flashed again without, works, but wrong language. Set it to german, keyboard crashes. Tried it with other german languages, crashes. In english keyboard works. Maybe in other languages too.
Lockscreen-stettings crashes, navigation crashes. In Performance i couldnt over- or underclock. Its not working. Bluetooth not working. If i set it on, it goes off after tens of a second. The right statusbar for me not showing. If i re-order or add buttons there, settings crashes.
Re: [ROM][4.2.2]2/16[RC1] LiquidSmooth |Flooding|
Language in the keyboard doesn't work because the included keyboard isn't the international version the 2 setting crashes are a known 4.2.2 bug and so is Bluetooth, thanks for the info on the ov and uv issue though.

Using Thumb Keyboard...no problems except the navigation bar settings causing the crashes.

bluetooth is working on cm10.1 4.2.2, maybe they patched it along with the settings crashes.

Thanks Deadman, as everyone else has said I can confirm the same defect with regards to Settings. I'll keep an eye out for an update and from there I'll happily test if a fix is found.
Do some one sort you out with a log-cat or would you like me to send one through?

You just made a lot of people happy :victory:
This ROM is amazing! Been running it since last night and this is the first time I haven't had data crap out even once! MMS works even after 24 hours (which hasn't happened yet!)
Very customizable too, more then CM but less then AOKP....Give this a shot, you won't be disappointed.
Nice lowrider haha.. Thanks DHO

Lowrider, how did you get data switching to work? Has BRD been working on it? Or did someone beat him to it? I haven't been in IRC lately. But that's awesome, thanks for bringing this our way.
