Guys i just bought asphalt 7 and downloaded the latest 1.0.5 version all i can say is that the tracks are showing no reflection and the world detail is also to low ! Previously i used pirated one in which the graphics quality was way to much better does anyone knows why gameloft made the graphics details for S2 so low ? And is there any way to correct it ?

To me graphics seems OK but I have problem with steering, not very smooth. I have set max sensitivity but still have to tilt device almost all the way judy to make soft turn then when return to straight car turn suddenly to opposite side and I keep hitting sides of the track.

hi mate, u gonna have edit build prop in asphalt 7 folder using root explorer or summat, its no longer on my phone, head over to mobilephonetalk, check asphalt 7 thread , read the posts,explains how to in more detail, i agree its horrible on low res graphics

Yes there is actually a way to correct that
1. You go on you device to Android//obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM / DeviceProfile.xml
2. Then copy the DeviceProfile.xml to your PC and make a backup of it
3. After that open the file in notepad and edit all the graphics you want from false to true.
4. Then just simply copy the modified DeviceProfile.xml to the com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA7HM folder on your device
5. Run the game
6. If the game crashes the you just gotta try modding the DeviceProfile.xml until it works fine for you
7. If the game still doesn't start with the modification then just use the old backup-file and then run, it will work...
(on my nexus 7 the version 1.0.4 ran 60 fps but the 1.0.5 runs some 20 fps...., so what dahfug Gameloft did?)

Will I have to guess where I'll edit setting about my phone? I have a SE Xperia ARC S (LT18i)
Some options when I change them true or false the game doesn't open and with others the car in 'car select' menu is invisible, all is dark except headlights.
So it doesn't get any better than this. and by 'this' I mean extremely slow loading screens and ugly low quality cars, in race game speed it's acceptable but with some slowdown sometimes.
Before that I used version 1.0.0 and it was amazing, high quality graphics and super fast.
By the way, what is build prop? It doesn't exist in game folder.

If i want to change whole device screen resolution from 1280x720 to 960x540
I just need to change the lcd density/screen resolution at build.prop and change all apps to 960x540 compatible (included launcher/dialer) , then change the details of my model to Xperia P (which is a 960x540 resolution)
Is it this way will work?

You cant change the resolution of the screen. The density is another story though.

If you have CWM installed then make a backup. Then apply the changes you think will work. If it works then good if not restore the backup.

341.54 PPI (my PPI i think 340 if didn't rmb wrong) need to change to what value?
Edit: Checked, LCD density is 320, so what value i gonna to change to suit the 960x540?

i tried to change before, but seems Launcher is not suitable for this resolution and those apps like subway surfers still is 1280x720 (define by the watching the FPS (2x~4x) ), so means i need details of my XS to XP then the apps need to re-download?

For unlocked bootloader, CWM backup works on latest version. I think version 4 is newest
I have no knowledge about resolution. Maybe check white paper, on Sony site, for the P for its specs.
After build.prop changes reinstall apps. Market should see changes.

You can't decrease or increase screen resolution. The number of pixels are a hardware thing. You can change DPI, but that won't have an effect on the performance, but on how big or small everything will be rendered on the screen.

Oh ya.. This is the answer i want :crying:
It won't increase performance then no point to change it
that means we can't play subway surfers with full fps.. (even lose a samsung galaxy s)

I hope you weren't using subway surfers as your lag test. I just went to the store to download it and every comment about it said that the app made the phone lag/laggy.
My kids play temple run, looks similar, and no lagging here
Edit: I just played both and I have no lag. Game played smoothly. Only played a couple minutes though

yeah, temple run is constant 60fps and never drop, asphalt 7 still ok, but not constantly smooth also
max temp for cpu is how much? i would like to set it higher to prevent cpu decrease while gaming :silly:
I was just curious if there is any way to improve the graphics so it looks like the iPhone version? Or the international galaxy s3?
I've downloaded chainfire 3d and tried installing the game with powervr plugin enabled and when I try to run the game, it just crashes.
If there is any mods or editing in order to make the rendering of the game graphics much better, feel free to share
There is no way to do this with the Andreno GPU. Don't waste your time and phone's battery life with such mods.
The best you can do is an overclock with powersave mode OFF.
Well battery life isn't an issue for me but if there is no mods to improve it then guess I'll just stick with it.

What we need is something like pixel/vertex shading or anti-aliasing enabled for our GPUs.
The quality is noticably better on the i9300 and i9305, but still not as iOS (where even the rearview mirrors are reflecting the cars behind you).
I'm just surprised that we can run games like Dead trigger which has insanely great graphics and also by editing some of the text file in the game to activate the "Nvidea" exclusive graphics (ultra setting) with good frames.
I thought there might be some text editing or file editing that will also trigger the same effect for the RR3 but doesn't seem like it
Not all games use the same "engine", so tweaking wont work here.
It could be that the game dev didn't enable them all graphics on non iOS devices.

"Very low" visual quality gives lag free gaming experience,but can't see other people or vehicles.On "Medium" visual quality,the game lags so much... Actually I doubt it will be possible playing Gangstar Vegas on medium settings with our Devices without any lag using any Rom.
Gangstar is damn big and got High Quality Graphics, but we must face the fact that the time will come where our phone will be pushed to the limits and simply has not enough power to run the game...
At least I´m sure that you won´t be able to play it on Good Quality Graphics and witout lag on our phones. :silly:
For best gaming performance I recommend the new Atomic GB 8.0.

Soo.. you want a video of me running it lagfree or something? xD gangstar vegas isn't thaaat heavy graphic, I ran on decent settings gta 3.. :l You just have to get the proper ROM and proper settings, our adreno and snapdragon can do magic.

Gta 3 aint that heavy
I ran gta3 on stock ICS rom and kernel with very little lag
Ofcourse i removed the sound to speed up the game

No, for heavy games and to run them lagfree, are the same settings but with the difference of 1.5 GHz.

If you want to use your phone for heavy gaming, I recommend you to use a GB based ROM like Atomic GB (best for UI) or XGAMER (best for performance) with a custom kernel like LupusGB or DooMKerneL ! Don't install RAM consuming apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. and keep your phone light ! If it continues to lag, try to overclock your phone (but it can be dangerous !) ! That's all folks !

yeah im running it on my Arc S without any lag on medium With 1.5GHz / ondemand / deadline....

I don't get this,ok i get that lt18i is a bit faster than lt15i but with overclocking it can get there.
But i tried Ultimate HD and i tried Racing Bean 3.1 but non of these ROM's don't work with heavy games,GTA3 lags,Wild Blood multiplayer unplayable.gangsta rio lags like hell.And my RAM can't get higher than 200 mb and that's in his best days i mean if i have just maybe 10 apps installed.It's stupid to say that ICS/JB is better than GB in gaming,yes it's true ICS/JB looks so perfect and beautiful but now we have GB ROM's that looks like ICS or JB,here i'm using one it's called Atomic GB 8 and i can get 240mb Ram when i stop apps that are running,that's grate,and when i restart my phone and stop apps i can get up to 250-260 mb,and in combo with DooMKernel v22 ICS/JB don't stand a chance,the ROM doesn't look so much like ICS but it's getting there,if you want Jelly Bean look,there is Gin2JellyBean,but didn't try that ROM myself so i don't know what to tell about it.I didn't try this game yet on my Arc lt15i with Atomic GB 8 ROM but i will.I don't have very big hopes for it but hey...

Probably need a different apk from another device which the developers consider can handle high graphics.
On my phone high as well as medium graphics is blacked out, only very low and low graphics are available to me.

1. Is it universal or only for a specific country? I'm Italian so I have the EU version?
2. When you say it can no longer be opened, you mean it gives error or it opens but get stuck in first screen (as in my screenshot)?

Yes, I had the same screen, my model is RMX1931 CN Version.
I had no problems installing, the user Sergiocubano1 was the one who shared the application and he has the RMX1931 version.

Unfortunately this way it becomes user app.
I tried to replace the APK in "GameSpaceUI" folder in system apps, but this way it made game space disappear, even from settings menu...

Having bluetooth sound lag in pubg game after android 10 update. I am using aptx supported bluetooth(crossbeat). Worked well on android 9 without any sound lag.

all games are working at 60 hz on x2 pro.... i have tried atleast 30 high refresh games and none of them runs at more than 60 hz.
hello, me personally I really have the rage against Realme because we sell a 90hz screen that does not tighten just for Native applications frankly it makes us beautiful! No know Shame, we can not even choose which application or games can work with the 90Hz even if it will melt the battery We can well imagine the choice must still stay with the user is not at Realme !!! Especially since the fast charge is most efficient so I don't see where the problem is !!!! I think that we Should raise a complaint to Realme loan so that they can hear us because only each on its side we will get nothing !!!!!
